Hillary begins her life of crime

This is the perfect time to remind people how Hillary got here.  It all starts with Bill and Hillary in Arkansas, before she accepted the $100,000 bribe disguised as a series of winning cattle futures trades.   Before Whitewater morphed from a failed S&L and was confused in the public mind with tawdry trysts underneath the Presidential desk, Whitewater was a piece of land.

Here is James Taranto from April 21,2015:

It involved an Arkansas land development known as Whitewater that was partly owned by Bill and Hillary Clinton and managed by Mrs. Clinton, then the state’s first lady. …

“Clyde Soapes was a grain-elevator operator from Texas who heard about the lots in early 1980 and jumped at the chance to invest. He put $3,000 down and began making payments of $244.69 per month. He made thirty-five payments in all—totaling $11,564.15, just short of the $14,000 price for the lot. Then he suddenly fell ill with diabetes and missed a payment, then two. The Clintons informed him that he had lost the land and all of his money. There was no court proceeding or compensation. Months later they resold his property to a couple from Nevada for $16,500. After they too missed a payment, the Clintons resold it yet again.
“Soapes and the couple from Nevada were not alone. More than half of the people who bought lots in Whitewater—teachers, farmers, laborers, and retirees—made payments, missed one or two, and then lost their land without getting a dime of their equity back. According to Whitewater records, at least sixteen different buyers paid more than $50,000 and never received a property deed.”

This was her beginning.  Since then she has gone on to much bigger things.  If the Clintons reoccupy public housing I am confident they will exit as billionaires.

Why would Russians prefer Trump?

“Democrats liked secret-stealing Russians so much better when they called themselves Communists.”
The media has turned the hack of the DNC into an full frontal attack on Trump.  Forgotten is the fact that the hacked e-mail show that the DNC stacked the deck for Hillary when it should, by modern rules, be neutral in the selection of candidates until the votes are counted.  Now the story is that the Russians back Trump.  But while this has yet to be proven; if it's true, why?

One comment, by CJW in The American Spectator article: WikiLeaks Crashes the Party has  a plausible answer:

The next question is why would the Russians prefer Trump? The Russkies are no longer the agent of world communism with that role taken over by the Democrats so they are not our Cold War adversary. The Russians have problems with Muslim terrorists on their southern border and have had terrorist attacks on their soil just as we have.

The Russians should be our ally in fighting the Muslim terrorists, just as they were an ally in fighting the Nazis. We do not have to be friends, just allies fighting a common enemy. Maybe the Russians prefer Trump, as any normal person who cares about defeating Muslim terrorism, because they believe Trump will fight Muslim terrorism.

There are two points that are so obvious that most people overlook them because they are stuck in a time-warp where Russia = Communism.  But are they?  Or are the simply a dictatorship?

ISIS, Palestinians and Democrats vs. Civilization

When ISIS operatives bomb civilians creating mass casualties, cut the throats of elderly priests and shoot up a Christmas party in San Bernardino, militant Muslims celebrate.  The 9/11 hijackers were praised by Al-Qaeda.

Osama bin Laden was hailed and adored by much of the Muslim world.  Here’s how he is described by a Saudi journalist: “He’s the father, he’s the brother, he is a leader, he is the Imam.”

Successful terror attacks on Israelis are followed by Palestinians passing out candy in celebration

Taking a page from the ISIS, al-Qaeda, Palestinian play-book, in the U.S., when a thug robs a store, attacks a policeman, tries to take his gun and charges him before being shot, Democrats erect memorials to the thug, call him a “Gentle Giant” claim he was hunted down and shot in cold blood while his hands were raised, throw a party and invite the thug’s mother for a prime time speech.

In between these two events they loot Ferguson, Missouri and burn down the rest.

In Baltimore, a city run by Democrats for over 50 years, Freddy Gray, a 25-year-old with over 20 criminal court cases behind him, was arrested and died in police custody.  Six officers were accused of killing him, all were exonerated but the city gave his family a payday of $6 million.   That beats getting a piece of candy but this is America, not the Middle East.

When you celebrate cop killers and accuse cops of systematically murdering young black men you should not be surprised that a meaningful number of your young admirers decide to shoot a cop on their own.

“What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now!” and "Pigs in a blanket, fry them like bacon" is not a cry and response that sane people want chanted.  To simply pass by without comment or claim it wasn’t you when your lunatic fringe begins a murder spree - killing five cops in Dallas and three in Baton Rouge, ambushing cops in their cars or during traffic stops - is totally unacceptable.

And let there be no mistake, the Democrat lunatic fringe is going mainstream.  Today it's impossible to tell where responsible Democrats leave off and advocates of shooting cops begin but they're all in the same party and no one is trying to drive them out.  The Black Lives Matter cop haters are just too big a part of the Democrat voting block so they are catered to.

To make heroes or heroines of people who were shot trying to kill cops is not OK.  It puts the Democrats in the same camp as the Muslims cheering the death of infidels and Jews.  And it encourages more of the same in the same way that ISIS encourages more “lone wolf” attacks by its fans in Europe and America by idolizing those who murder in its name.

A talk radio host in Norfolk, Virginia was bothered by the Democrat’s celebration of moms whose kids were killed in a segment called Mothers of the Movement.  These speakers included the mother of Michael Brown, the so-called “Gentle Giant” who was killed after he tried to wrestle Officer Wilson's gun away from him in Ferguson, Missouri.  Another Mother of the Movement was the mother of Trayvon Martin who was shot while trying to batter a neighborhood watchman to death by slamming his head against the pavement.  One irate caller with a bad connection ranted for several minutes about the unfairness of police in New Jersey, New York and – I assume – Norfolk, Virginia.  His high-speed complaint was mostly undecipherable but appeared to justify the attacks on cops.  I would suggest that police in Norfolk watch their backs because someone has a grudge.   It's worth noting that the Virginian Pilot, the city's main newspaper, is a big supporter of Black Lives Matter and has a history of covering up crimes committed by black gangs.

The Liberal press went wild when Gabby Giffords was shot by a nut of no known political persuasion when someone found that Sarah Palin had targeted Giffords for defeat in the upcoming election by placing cross-hairs on  a map of her district.  Palin was accused by every Liberal with access to the media of being responsible for Gifford’s shooting.

Let me just get ahead of the next cop shooting.

Unlike Palin who did nothing to encourage anyone to shoot Giffords, Hillary and the Democrats have blood on their hands.  The German public understands this and shows Angela Merkel drenched in the blood of the victims of Muslim immigrant crimes.  Replace Merkel’s face with Hillary’s and you see the reality of race, crime and Democrat politics in America.

If Trump Wins

If Trump wins:

1. Oh My God! Moving to Canada.
2. Prepare the articles of impeachment.
3. At least we have the Congress to rein him in.
4. Will he move to the White House or stay in his apartment in Trump Tower?
5. Tacky, tacky, tacky.
6. My vote didn’t count because I live in DC.
7. You have to admit his wife is pretty.
8. Those cabinet appointments were not that bad.
9. Can I have an interview Mr. Trump?
10. You know that Rich Lowery made me do it; I secretly like you.

Democrats honor mothers who raise delinquents that attacks cops

Ann Coulter has the guts to say it:

Whatever questionable choices were made at the Republican National Convention last week, I didn't hear of a single speaker whose sole accomplishment was raising a delinquent who attacked a cop.

But as the country reels from the cold-blooded murder of five policemen in Dallas and three in Baton Rouge, Lezley McSpadden, mother of Mike Brown, America's most famous cop-assaulting criminal, appeared on stage at the Democratic National Convention.

Welcome to Hillary's convention, celebrating the anti-police group Black Lives Matter!

The whole raison d'etre of BLM is the belief that cops are wantonly killing "black bodies." But only four of the dead black kids being honored were even killed by cops. Two were murdered by black gang members.

Of the four deaths that involved the police, all the victims were fighting the cops when they died.

Let's step outside of the Hillary's lies and remember the real story about Mike Brown.

As absurd as BLM's other cases are, none have been so authoritatively disproved as the yarn about "gentle giant" Brown begging for his life from Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson before being shot in the street like a dog.

Within a few weeks of the "hands up, don't shoot" narrative being broadcast as fact from every media outlet, we saw the video of the "gentle giant" robbing a store and roughing up the clerk shortly before his encounter with Officer Wilson.

This was followed by extensive investigations by both a grand jury and a Department of Justice led by the most racist, anti-police attorney general we've ever had, Eric Holder. But even Holder's Justice Department had to concede the whole "hands up don't shoot" story was a bald-faced lie.

Officer Wilson was completely cleared in the shooting of Mike Brown. As the investigations proved, Big Mike had violently assaulted Wilson, grabbed for his gun, and was charging the officer when Wilson shot and killed this raging behemoth.

Cops lives are tough enough but Democrats want to make it tougher..

It would be a lot easier if they weren't being constantly harassed by BLM and their lunatic accusations of racist policing.

It would be a lot easier if they were not being targeted for assassination and mass murders by homicidal nuts ginned up by BLM. (Shooting deaths of police are up 78 percent so far this year.)

And it would be a lot easier without a group -- officially supported by the Democrats -- leading marches down city streets, chanting, "What do we want? DEAD COPS! When do we want it? NOW!”

Keep in mind that it was the media that spread the lies that did the real damage. the media are like the mosquitoes that spread the Zika virus, they're not the virus, they're just the carriers. And the results are horrible, leaving death and destruction in their wake.

Because of the despicable lies put out by BLM agitators, Wilson had to give up his career, move his family and will be forced to live in fear for the rest of his life. The town of Ferguson was destroyed, businesses burned to the ground, police officers attacked, people injured, the National Guard called in, and massive taxpayer money expended to contain the riots.

And police officers hunted down and killed by criminals pushed over the edge by lies in Dallas, Baton Rouge and towns and cities across the  land.

Here are the media Zika mosquitoes now!

cnn_bogus_hands_up_3-23-15-1
"Deadlier than the male"

Ann Coulter concludes her column by asking:
But Hillary invites to her convention the mother of a man whose criminality destroyed a police officer's life, tore the country apart and gave birth to a murderous cop-hating movement. Will a single reporter ask Hillary to disavow that?
Of course it's a rhetorical question. Reporters approve of what's happened. They worked tirelessly to spread the hate. This is their movement now!  Besides, it's good for business.

Black Lives Matter Kills Again

The San Diego Police Department said early Friday that one of the police officers involved in a late Thursday night shooting has died. Another officer who was wounded is in surgery. Police made one arrest in the shooting and are not pursuing any other suspects.

SAN DIEGO — A San Diego police officer died from injuries sustained in a shooting late Thursday, authorities said. Another officer who was wounded was undergoing surgery.

Police arrested one person in the shooting and weren’t pursuing any other suspects after a long manhunt in the Southcrest neighborhood. The suspect hasn’t been identified.

Police said the officers were shot while making a stop and immediately called for help. The fallen officer suffered many gunshot wounds.

The officers weren’t immediately identified.

Video footage showed officers out in force with numerous squad cars with emergency lights flashing lining a street, officers on foot, and a helicopter buzz overhead.

The shooting comes with law officers around the country on alert following the killing of officers in Dallas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this month.

Donald Trump Delivers Scathing Response To Hillary Clinton, DNC at Press Conference 7/27/16

Action begins at 33:35

Negative ads bounce off Trump's chest

She is in trouble. He neutralized her biggest advantage in this race: money. Negative ads bounce off Trump's chest. Any normal Republican candidate -- Jeb, Rubio, Cruz -- would be Dukakis Man Walking by now after such a barrage of ads.

Not Trump. What scandal can Clinton use to dissuade his voters from crawling over broken glass and going to the polls this fall? Divorce? He's had two. Bankruptcy? Four. DUI? He doesn't drink and besides, he has a chauffeur. He gave money to a crooked politician? Yes, and her name is Clinton.

There are two reasons for this invulnerability.

The first of course is leadership. Unlike Clinton, Trump is a leader. He was the captain of his class in military school, elected out of 99 guys. Hillary was valedictorian at Wellesley. That's not leadership but rather the mark of a good advisor. One of the reasons we want a general or a governor as president is they have proven leadership skills. His come from outside of politics.

The second is message. Make America Great Again.

Trump's voters are fed up with the system. It's rigged. She's one of the biggest riggers. Not indicted. And the emails show the skids were greased for her in the primaries.

Not so Trump. They threw the kitchen sink at him. He didn't duck it, but caught it, stood on it, and shouted, "What else do you have?"

MARATHON MOTIVE MYSTERY

“A priest was killed and another person was seriously injured following an attack at a church in Normandy, France, where officials said police killed two hostage takers … The motive is not yet known.” – US ABC News following an attack that left elderly priest Father Jacques Hamel dead and a parishioner in serious condition.
“The identities of the attackers and motive for the attack are unclear.” – The Associated Press.
“Officials said the two assailants, whose motives were not released, slit the throat of a priest before they were eventually shot and killed by police.” – Cox Media Group.
“The rapid intervention brigade of elite police units went into action to ‘neutralise’ the two men whose motives are so far unknown.” – The Kuwait News Agency.
“The men shouted ‘Daesh’ and cut the priest’s throat before being ‘neutralised,’ police said. Le Figaro newspaper reported that the priest died after his throat was cut. The men’s motives are still unknown.” – The UK Telegraph.

Father Jacques Hamel, who is now said to have been beheaded by Islamic terrorists.

“French President Francois Hollande said today’s attack and hostage situation at a church in Normandy was carried out by ‘terrorists who claimed allegiance to ISIS’ … the motive is not yet known. – Yahoo news.
“The nun – who did not want to be named – told Le Figaro newspaper: ‘They entered brusquely and took over. They spoke in Arabic. I saw a knife.’ … It is believed that the men were carrying knives. It is unclear at this stage what their motives were.” – The International Catholic News Weekly.
“I will not talk about the motives of these individuals.” – French Interior Ministry spokesman Pierre-Henry Brandet.
“Police said the men, armed with knives, shouted ‘Daesh’ before slicing the priest’s throat, using an alternate name for the Islamic State militant group. The motives for the slaying are unclear, and IS – also identified as ISIS and ISIL – has not taken responsibility for the attack.” – United Press International.
“Two attackers backing the Islamic State stormed a village church during Mass in northern France on Tuesday … The Islamic State’s Amaq news agency described the attackers as ‘soldiers’ of the militant group.” – Finally, from theWashington Post, we have a motive.

The press cannot admit that their pets, the people they bring forth as victims, their new-foud allies in attacks on the West are bloodthirsty animals who delight in death.
We can be sure that the Virginian Pilot is equally puzzled by the motives of Arabic men who slit a priest's throat, staba anun and yell Allahu Akbar as they commit murder.

Black Lives Matter story you won't see in the Virginian Pilot

DNC Protest 01

UPDATE: On Tuesday afternoon, organizers of the Black Lives Matter march screamed at white reporters to adhere to a scheme of racial segregation.

“White media get to the back! Black media come to the front!” shouted an organizer with a bullhorn.

The organizer, annoyed that people weren’t immediately adhering to her instructions, began hectoring white journalists who hadn’t complied.

“Excuse me, sir!” she yelled. “Somebody needs to tell this person to get to the back…. Somebody needs to tell these folks to get to the back!”

“We are not afraid to put people out!” the organizer yelled. “White people to the back! Black people to the front!”

As the Democratic National Convention’s agenda shifts to gun violence—including the deaths of black men at the hands of police—the tone among many demonstrators in Philadelphia on Tuesday was emphatically hostile to cops.

“This is an anti-police rally,” one local Black Lives Matter activist told a crowd, speaking from a microphone in the back of the pickup truck. At the march, which was called “Black DNC Resistance March Against Police Terrorism & State Repression” and began near Temple University, protestors chanted: “No Justice, No Peace, Take it to the Streets and Fuck the Police.”

One woman, wearing a bandana across her face, held a sign declaring, “Blue Lives AIN’T REAL.” Another demonstrator carried a poster that read, “A violent system will meet a violent demise.”

Confessions of a Public Defender

I am a public defender in a large southern metropolitan area. Fewer than ten percent of the people in the area I serve are black but over 90 percent of my clients are black. The remaining ten percent are mainly Hispanics but there are a few whites.

I have no explanation for why this is, but crime has racial patterns. Hispanics usually commit two kinds of crime: sexual assault on children and driving under the influence. Blacks commit many violent crimes but very few sex crimes. The handful of whites I see commit all kinds of crimes. In my many years as a public defender I have represented only three Asians, and one was half black.

As a young lawyer, I believed the official story that blacks are law abiding, intelligent, family-oriented people, but are so poor they must turn to crime to survive. Actual black behavior was a shock to me.

The media invariably sugarcoat black behavior. Even the news reports of the very crimes I dealt with in court were slanted. Television news intentionally leaves out unflattering facts about the accused, and sometimes omits names that are obviously black. All this rocked my liberal, tolerant beliefs, but it took me years to set aside my illusions and accept the reality of what I see every day. I have now served thousands of blacks and their families, protecting their rights and defending them in court. What follow are my observations.

Although blacks are only a small percentage of our community, the courthouse is filled with them: the halls and gallery benches are overflowing with black defendants, families, and crime victims. Most whites with business in court arrive quietly, dress appropriately, and keep their heads down. They get in and get out–if they can–as fast as they can. For blacks, the courthouse is like a carnival. They all seem to know each other: hundreds and hundreds each day, gossiping, laughing loudly, waving, and crowding the halls.

When I am appointed to represent a client I introduce myself and explain that I am his lawyer. I explain the court process and my role in it, and I ask the client some basic questions about himself. At this stage, I can tell with great accuracy how people will react. Hispanics are extremely polite and deferential. An Hispanic will never call me by my first name and will answer my questions directly and with appropriate respect for my position. Whites are similarly respectful.

A black man will never call me Mr. Smith; I am always “Mike.” It is not unusual for a 19-year-old black to refer to me as “dog.” A black may mumble complaints about everything I say, and roll his eyes when I politely interrupt so I can continue with my explanation. Also, everything I say to blacks must be at about the third-grade level. If I slip and use adult language, they get angry because they think I am flaunting my superiority.
...
Many black defendants don’t even have mothers who care about them. Many are raised by grandmothers after the state removes the children from an incompetent teenaged mother. Many of these mothers and grandmothers are mentally unstable, and are completely disconnected from the realities they face in court and in life. A 47-year-old grandmother will deny that her grandson has gang ties even though his forehead is tattooed with a gang sign or slogan. When I point this out in as kind and understanding way as I can, she screams at me. When black women start screaming, they invoke the name of Jesus and shout swear words in the same breath.

Black women have great faith in God, but they have a twisted understanding of His role. They do not pray for strength or courage. They pray for results: the satisfaction of immediate needs. One of my clients was a black woman who prayed in a circle with her accomplices for God’s protection from the police before they would set out to commit a robbery.

The mothers and grandmothers pray in the hallways–not for justice, but for acquittal. When I explain that the evidence that their beloved child murdered the shop keeper is overwhelming, and that he should accept the very fair plea bargain I have negotiated, they will tell me that he is going to trial and will “ride with the Lord.” They tell me they speak to God every day and He assures them that the young man will be acquitted.

Read the whole thing.  It's depressing.

Standardbearers

“Trump is not the standardbearer I wanted, but he is the standardbearer we've got.”

I keep hearing that, and I understand it, but I would like to disagree, for one simple reason: you are not going to read a revolt from behind. Here’s a though experiment: you want to overthrow a corrupt system. Nuns, pastors and pacifists may stand on street corners and yell slogans but they are not going to get the kind of following that leads to revolutions. That requires rough men; the kind who will not be physically or emotionally intimidated. Who will not be co-opted and who will create an atmosphere that allows people to think that they can win.

Name me one person, other than Trump who is willing to carry the banner and who fits that description. And, no, it’s not Ted Cruz, who lets personal pique get the better of him.

Hillary was the original "birther."

New analysis from the Washington Post removes any doubt that the anti-Obama Birther movement was started in 2007 and 2008 by Hillary Clinton, her campaign, and her Democrat supporters.

Read the whole thing, including the memo that made said that Obama "is not at his center fundamentally America in his thinking and his values."  And they were right!

Why I don’t support Black Lives Matter

1. Because it’s built on a lie: that racist white cops are hunting down black men to kill. The opposite is the truth. Black men driven by hatred fostered by Black Lives Matter activists are hunting down cops to kill. Black men don’t have to fear the police; the people they have to fear are other black men who are killing them indiscriminately. This year in Chicago alone more black men have been killed by other black men than were killed nation-wide by cops. The body count so far in Chicago is 277 Black victims, mostly men. In only four of the shootings were police involved. Nation-wide the number of blacks killed by police stands at 123.

2. Most of the people killed by police are white. In the U.S. a total of 509 citizens have been killed this year alone by police. The body count for the previous year stands at a grand total of 990 people shot dead. 123 of those shot were Black Americans.

3. Black people need more police protection, not less. The Black Lives Matter movement has had the Ferguson Effect which makes the police less likely to patrol black neighborhoods. Police are not going to attract a crowd of taunting bystanders in a white neighborhood where the worst crime is usually a burglary. Police want to go home to their families at night. They don’t want to be driven out of their homes by being accused of shooting a “gentle giant” on his way to grandmother’s house dreaming of starting college.

4. Black Lives Matter sends a racist message. It assumes that racism is what’s killing black men. That racism is the reason for black unemployment, for black poverty, for poor black schools. And it encourages people who are mentally unbalanced, who are already convinced that “The Man” is holding them down to go on a killing spree. So far the biggest mass killing of police have happened in Dallas and Baton Rouge, but across the country the police have been targeted for murder thanks to the racist rhetoric of Black Lives Matter.

GERMANY BOMB HORROR: 12 injured as Syrian asylum seeker blows himself up outside wine bar

Another opportunity for Obama to proclaim the "Island-has-nothing-to-do-with-it."

Investigators are probing links to terrorist organisations and have not ruled out the possibility the bomber was an Islamic extremist.

Herrmann said the contents of the Syrian man’s backpack could have killed many more people, with the material used to make the bomb coming from metal items used in “wood manufacturing” – such as nails and screws.

Herrmann said: “It is terrible that someone abuses the opportunity to find protection here in such a way. I am appalled by that.

“We have to do all we can so that such violence in our country committed by asylum seekers who have come to our country will not spread any further.”

Conrad Black: The genius of Donald Trump

Even in the week that he is nominated by the Republican party for the presidency of the United States, intelligent people fail in droves to understand what Donald Trump has accomplished. It was disappointing to read the editorial in this newspaper on Tuesday that “a Trump presidency would be a descent into the uncertainties of anger, bitterness, and division … a recipe for disaster.”
This is a widespread view, but it is bunk. It reminds me of Tom Wicker’s prediction in The New York Times the Sunday before the inauguration of Richard Nixon in 1969, that the president-elect would “blow up the world,” and by Scotty Reston in the same newspaper about 12 years later that Ronald Reagan would be a complete failure who would ride back to California like a disillusioned cowboy after his first term. As the world knows, but may have forgotten, Nixon ended school segregation and the draft and the endless riots and the skyjackings and the assassinations, reduced the crime rate, founded the Environmental Protection Agency, opened relations with China and a peace process in the Middle East, extracted the U.S. from Vietnam while retaining a non-communist government in Saigon, and signed the greatest arms control agreement in world history with the U.S.S.R. while re-establishing American nuclear superiority, and was re-elected by 18 million votes. The subsequent Watergate nonsense, tawdry though it was, doesn’t alter the fact that his was one of the most successful presidential terms in U.S. history. It is probably better remembered that Reagan produced America’s greatest economic boom of the 20th century and bloodlessly won the Cold War, and was re-elected by 15 million votes.

Brown University Killing free Speech

Labels: , ,

1980 Presidential Acceptance Speech Ronald Reagan accepted his party’s presidential nomination at the 1980 Republican National Convention in Detroit, Michigan

Ace of Spades notes that Reagan gave a "dark" speech when he was nominated in 1980.

Last night I observed of the #SmartSet's (and CNN's) finding that the speech was "too dark:" "I congratulate those of you living in comfortable circumstances that many Americans do not."

Various geniuses -- geniuses because they had the acumen to open a Twitter account -- pronounced that a good convention speech should have "uplift" in it. Many -- including the dummies at CNN -- contrasted Trump's speech unfavorably with Reagan's "Morning in America" theme.

Here's the problem with that: It's fucking stupid. "Morning in America" was Reagan's 1984 election theme. That was the happy, uplifting campaign, because the country was doing well and Reagan already had the job as presidency.

OF course he's going to paint an uplifting picture! If he painted a "dark" picture, he'd be criticizing himself.

But what was his 1980 theme, when he was the insurgent, trying to kick Jimmy Carter out of office?

Well: It was a searing indictment of America under Carter. It was, in fact, dark.

Go HERE for speech.

I (was a lifer) am a Dem and I’m Voting for Trump. Let’s talk about it… #DemExit

Read the whole thing.  Here's a brief excerpt.

Free Speech
Can political correctness kill? Why has political correctness so aggressively being injected into legislative and judiciary and Executive agendas?
Free speech is a safety valve. Reducing our language of any possible offensive character is being engineered not to salve, but to createturmoil.
Big state (your tax dollars) is manufacturing chaos and then big state (your tax dollars) is coming into legislate and police. Big state is setting the fire and then calls the fire department and becomes a hero.
Is #FightingForYou also #VictimizingYouIs Trump Racist, Islamophobic, Misogynistic, Homophobic? Answer: No
  • People are being pounded into a mass media induced frenzy.
  • Reactions to Trump are visceral. That has been manufactured.
People need to talk and be compassionate to each other. People are not, yet, homogeneous twitter bots.
An uncomfortable discussion that knocks on the walls of a safe space can be frightening to some people. But, that person cowering in their safe space can also be a bully.
  • Transgender: Being the odd people person that I am, I asked a transgender person their thoughts on the subject and its periphery matters. She thinks it is a state issue. She is voting for Trump.
  • Islamophobia: The Obama administration has forcibly removed ‘Islamic Terrorism‘ and ‘Radical Islam‘ from our vernacular. We have lost very important qualitative and quantitative measures that can distinguish the ‘good’ from the ‘bad’. Without this evaluation how can we win a war on terror? Or, maybe that’s the point? Trump calling for a temporary ban on entry for Muslim immigration was an opening bid to a discussion. I know many Muslims very enthusiastically voting for Trump.

And here's an important admission from a man who voted for Obama twice:

The Dream of Muslim Outreach Has Become a Nightmare

Victor Davis Hanson

When President Obama entered office, he dreamed that his hope-and-change messaging and his references to his familial Islamic roots would win over the Muslim world. The soon-to-be Nobel Peace Prize laureate would make the U.S. liked in the Middle East. Then, terrorism would decrease.

But, as with his approach to racial relations, Obama's remedies proved worse than the original illness.
...
In apology tours and mythological speeches, Obama exaggerated Islamic history as often as he critiqued America. He backed the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. He pushed America away from Israel, appeased Iran, and tried to piggyback on the Arab Spring by bombing Libya. He even lectured Christians on their past pathologies dating back to the Crusades.

Yet Obama's outreach was still interpreted by Islamists as guilt and weakness to be exploited rather than magnanimity to be reciprocated. Terrorist attacks increased. Obama blamed them on a lack of gun control or generic "violent extremism."

Careerist toadies in government parroted the party-line message and even tried to outdo their politically correct boss.

Former Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano focused on returning veterans as terrorist risks. Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry said that global warming, not the Islamic State, was the real threat. NASA Administrator Charles Bolden said the president asked him to make Muslim outreach a top priority for the agency. CIA Director John Brennan said that jihad "is a holy struggle, a legitimate tenet of Islam." Director of National Intelligence James Clapper opined that the Muslim Brotherhood was largely secular...

The real problem is that Islamic terrorism feeds off the self-induced failures of the Middle East. Jihadists try to convince the Arab street that returning to religious fundamentalism and exporting jihad will empower Muslims to recapture lost primacy over a decadent and guilty West, just as in the mythical glory days of the caliphate.

In truth, religious intolerance, gender apartheid, illiteracy, autocracy, statism, tribalism and religious fundamentalism all guarantee poverty, economic stagnation and scapegoating. While much of Asia and Latin America progressed through reform, the Middle East blame-gamed its miseries on affluent Western nations and on Israel.

More disturbing, millions of Middle Easterners fled to the safety of Europe and the United States -- but on occasion, only to resist assimilation and show ingratitude once they got there.

In short, the dreamy Obama approach to terrorism has proved a nightmare -- and it is not over yet.

Donald Trump’s RNC address could mark the start of an American revival

Donald Trump needed to give the speech of his life. He did that, and much more. He laid out an inspiring American Manifesto for our troubled times.

And he did it his way.

Not surprisingly, from start to finish, it is muscular and bold, leavened only by appeals to racial harmony and pledges of compassion for all. It offers a prominent nod to Bernie Sanders’ supporters in a bid to get some to jump the Democratic ship.

Grinning Obama JOKES during statement on Munich carnage as he shifts gears to say he'll miss daughter Malia when she leaves the nest for college

Why do bad things always happen to him?

Friday morning, about one hour before the Munich gunman opened fire on a street outside a McDonald's restaurant, Obama said in a joint press conference with Mexico's president that Republican nominee Donald Trump has overreacted by drawing attention to crime and terrorism in his campaign rhetoric.

'This idea that America is somehow on the verge of collapse, this vision of violence and chaos everywhere, doesn’t really jibe with the experience of most people,' Obama said alongside President Enrique Pena Nieto.

'I think it is important to be absolutely clear here,' he added, unaware of the bloodshed about to begin an ocean away.
'Some of the fears that were expressed throughout the week just don’t jibe with the facts.'

The area around the Munich Olympia Shopping Centre has been sealed off. An electrical shop nearby is being used as a makeshift hospital to treat the casualties.

Trump acceptance speech

Friends, delegates and fellow Americans: I humbly and gratefully accept your nomination for the presidency of the United States.

Together, we will lead our party back to the White House, and we will lead our country back to safety, prosperity, and peace. We will be a country of generosity and warmth. But we will also be a country of law and order.

Our Convention occurs at a moment of crisis for our nation. The attacks on our police, and the terrorism in our cities, threaten our very way of life. Any politician who does not grasp this danger is not fit to lead our country.

Americans watching this address tonight have seen the recent images of violence in our streets and the chaos in our communities. Many have witnessed this violence personally, some have even been its victims.

I have a message for all of you: the crime and violence that today afflicts our nation will soon come to an end. Beginning on January 20th 2017, safety will be restored.

The most basic duty of government is to defend the lives of its own citizens. Any government that fails to do so is a government unworthy to lead.

It is finally time for a straightforward assessment of the state of our nation.

I will present the facts plainly and honestly. We cannot afford to be so politically correct anymore.

So if you want to hear the corporate spin, the carefully-crafted lies, and the media myths the Democrats are holding their convention next week.

But here, at our convention, there will be no lies. We will honor the American people with the truth, and nothing else.

These are the facts:

Decades of progress made in bringing down crime are now being reversed by this Administration’s rollback of criminal enforcement.

Homicides last year increased by 17% in America’s fifty largest cities. That’s the largest increase in 25 years. In our nation’s capital, killings have risen by 50 percent. They are up nearly 60% in nearby Baltimore.

In the President’s hometown of Chicago, more than 2,000 have been the victims of shootings this year alone. And more than 3,600 have been killed in the Chicago area since he took office.

The number of police officers killed in the line of duty has risen by almost 50% compared to this point last year. Nearly 180,000 illegal immigrants with criminal records, ordered deported from our country, are tonight roaming free to threaten peaceful citizens.

The number of new illegal immigrant families who have crossed the border so far this year already exceeds the entire total from 2015. They are being released by the tens of thousands into our communities with no regard for the impact on public safety or resources.

One such border-crosser was released and made his way to Nebraska. There, he ended the life of an innocent young girl named Sarah Root. She was 21 years-old, and was killed the day after graduating from college with a 4.0 Grade Point Average. Her killer was then released a second time, and he is now a fugitive from the law.

I’ve met Sarah’s beautiful family. But to this Administration, their amazing daughter was just one more American life that wasn’t worth protecting. One more child to sacrifice on the altar of open borders. What about our economy?

Again, I will tell you the plain facts that have been edited out of your nightly news and your morning newspaper: Nearly Four in 10 African-American children are living in poverty, while 58% of African American youth are not employed. 2 million more Latinos are in poverty today than when the President took his oath of office less than eight years ago. Another 14 million people have left the workforce entirely.

Household incomes are down more than $4,000 since the year 2000. Our manufacturing trade deficit has reached an all-time high – nearly $800 billion in a single year. The budget is no better.

President Obama has doubled our national debt to more than $19 trillion, and growing. Yet, what do we have to show for it? Our roads and bridges are falling apart, our airports are in Third World condition, and forty-three million Americans are on food stamps.

Now let us consider the state of affairs abroad.

Not only have our citizens endured domestic disaster, but they have lived through one international humiliation after another. We all remember the images of our sailors being forced to their knees by their Iranian captors at gunpoint.

This was just prior to the signing of the Iran deal, which gave back to Iran $150 billion and gave us nothing – it will go down in history as one of the worst deals ever made. Another humiliation came when president Obama drew a red line in Syria – and the whole world knew it meant nothing.

In Libya, our consulate – the symbol of American prestige around the globe – was brought down in flames. America is far less safe – and the world is far less stable – than when Obama made the decision to put Hillary Clinton in charge of America’s foreign policy.

I am certain it is a decision he truly regrets. Her bad instincts and her bad judgment – something pointed out by Bernie Sanders – are what caused the disasters unfolding today.

Let’s review the record. In 2009, pre-Hillary, ISIS was not even on the map.

Libya was cooperating. Egypt was peaceful. Iraq was seeing a reduction in violence. Iran was being choked by sanctions. Syria was under control. After four years of Hillary Clinton, what do we have? ISIS has spread across the region, and the world. Libya is in ruins, and our Ambassador and his staff were left helpless to die at the hands of savage killers. Egypt was turned over to the radical Muslim brotherhood, forcing the military to retake control. Iraq is in chaos.

Iran is on the path to nuclear weapons. Syria is engulfed in a civil war and a refugee crisis that now threatens the West. After fifteen years of wars in the Middle East, after trillions of dollars spent and thousands of lives lost, the situation is worse than it has ever been before.

This is the legacy of Hillary Clinton: death, destruction and weakness.

But Hillary Clinton’s legacy does not have to be America’s legacy. The problems we face now – poverty and violence at home, war and destruction abroad – will last only as long as we continue relying on the same politicians who created them. A change in leadership is required to change these outcomes. Tonight, I will share with you my plan of action for America.

The most important difference between our plan and that of our opponents, is that our plan will put America First. Americanism, not globalism, will be our credo. As long as we are led by politicians who will not put America First, then we can be assured that other nations will not treat America with respect. This will all change in 2017.

The American People will come first once again. My plan will begin with safety at home – which means safe neighborhoods, secure borders, and protection from terrorism. There can be no prosperity without law and order. On the economy, I will outline reforms to add millions of new jobs and trillions in new wealth that can be used to rebuild America.

A number of these reforms that I will outline tonight will be opposed by some of our nation’s most powerful special interests. That is because these interests have rigged our political and economic system for their exclusive benefit.

Big business, elite media and major donors are lining up behind the campaign of my opponent because they know she will keep our rigged system in place. They are throwing money at her because they have total control over everything she does. She is their puppet, and they pull the strings.

That is why Hillary Clinton’s message is that things will never change. My message is that things have to change – and they have to change right now. Every day I wake up determined to deliver for the people I have met all across this nation that have been neglected, ignored, and abandoned.

I have visited the laid-off factory workers, and the communities crushed by our horrible and unfair trade deals. These are the forgotten men and women of our country. People who work hard but no longer have a voice.

I AM YOUR VOICE.

I have embraced crying mothers who have lost their children because our politicians put their personal agendas before the national good. I have no patience for injustice, no tolerance for government incompetence, no sympathy for leaders who fail their citizens.
When innocent people suffer, because our political system lacks the will, or the courage, or the basic decency to enforce our laws – or worse still, has sold out to some corporate lobbyist for cash – I am not able to look the other way.

And when a Secretary of State illegally stores her emails on a private server, deletes 33,000 of them so the authorities can’t see her crime, puts our country at risk, lies about it in every different form and faces no consequence – I know that corruption has reached a level like never before.

When the FBI Director says that the Secretary of State was “extremely careless” and “negligent,” in handling our classified secrets, I also know that these terms are minor compared to what she actually did. They were just used to save her from facing justice for her terrible crimes.

In fact, her single greatest accomplishment may be committing such an egregious crime and getting away with it – especially when others have paid so dearly. When that same Secretary of State rakes in millions of dollars trading access and favors to special interests and foreign powers I know the time for action has come.

I have joined the political arena so that the powerful can no longer beat up on people that cannot defend themselves. Nobody knows the system better than me, which is why I alone can fix it. I have seen firsthand how the system is rigged against our citizens, just like it was rigged against Bernie Sanders – he never had a chance.

But his supporters will join our movement, because we will fix his biggest issue: trade. Millions of Democrats will join our movement because we are going to fix the system so it works for all Americans. In this cause, I am proud to have at my side the next Vice President of the United States: Governor Mike Pence of Indiana.

We will bring the same economic success to America that Mike brought to Indiana. He is a man of character and accomplishment. He is the right man for the job. The first task for our new Administration will be to liberate our citizens from the crime and terrorism and lawlessness that threatens their communities.

America was shocked to its core when our police officers in Dallas were brutally executed. In the days after Dallas, we have seen continued threats and violence against our law enforcement officials. Law officers have been shot or killed in recent days in Georgia, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kansas, Michigan and Tennessee.

On Sunday, more police were gunned down in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Three were killed, and four were badly injured. An attack on law enforcement is an attack on all Americans. I have a message to every last person threatening the peace on our streets and the safety of our police: when I take the oath of office next year, I will restore law and order our country.

I will work with, and appoint, the best prosecutors and law enforcement officials in the country to get the job done. In this race for the White House, I am the Law And Order candidate. The irresponsible rhetoric of our President, who has used the pulpit of the presidency to divide us by race and color, has made America a more dangerous environment for everyone.

This Administration has failed America’s inner cities. It’s failed them on education. It’s failed them on jobs. It’s failed them on crime. It’s failed them at every level.

When I am President, I will work to ensure that all of our kids are treated equally, and protected equally.

Every action I take, I will ask myself: does this make life better for young Americans in Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, Ferguson who have as much of a right to live out their dreams as any other child America?

To make life safe in America, we must also address the growing threats we face from outside America: we are going to defeat the barbarians of ISIS. Once again, France is the victim of brutal Islamic terrorism.

Men, women and children viciously mowed down. Lives ruined. Families ripped apart. A nation in mourning.

The damage and devastation that can be inflicted by Islamic radicals has been over and over – at the World Trade Center, at an office party in San Bernardino, at the Boston Marathon, and a military recruiting center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Only weeks ago, in Orlando, Florida, 49 wonderful Americans were savagely murdered by an Islamic terrorist. This time, the terrorist targeted our LGBT community. As your President, I will do everything in my power to protect our LGBT citizens from the violence and oppression of a hateful foreign ideology. To protect us from terrorism, we need to focus on three things.

We must have the best intelligence gathering operation in the world. We must abandon the failed policy of nation building and regime change that Hillary Clinton pushed in Iraq, Libya, Egypt and Syria. Instead, we must work with all of our allies who share our goal of destroying ISIS and stamping out Islamic terror.

This includes working with our greatest ally in the region, the State of Israel. Lastly, we must immediately suspend immigration from any nation that has been compromised by terrorism until such time as proven vetting mechanisms have been put in place.

My opponent has called for a radical 550% increase in Syrian refugees on top of existing massive refugee flows coming into our country under President Obama. She proposes this despite the fact that there’s no way to screen these refugees in order to find out who they are or where they come from. I only want to admit individuals into our country who will support our values and love our people.

Anyone who endorses violence, hatred or oppression is not welcome in our country and never will be.

Decades of record immigration have produced lower wages and higher unemployment for our citizens, especially for African-American and Latino workers. We are going to have an immigration system that works, but one that works for the American people.

On Monday, we heard from three parents whose children were killed by illegal immigrants Mary Ann Mendoza, Sabine Durden, and Jamiel Shaw. They are just three brave representatives of many thousands. Of all my travels in this country, nothing has affected me more deeply than the time I have spent with the mothers and fathers who have lost their children to violence spilling across our border.

These families have no special interests to represent them. There are no demonstrators to protest on their behalf. My opponent will never meet with them, or share in their pain. Instead, my opponent wants Sanctuary Cities. But where was sanctuary for Kate Steinle? Where was Sanctuary for the children of Mary Ann, Sabine and Jamiel? Where was sanctuary for all the other Americans who have been so brutally murdered, and who have suffered so horribly?

These wounded American families have been alone. But they are alone no longer. Tonight, this candidate and this whole nation stand in their corner to support them, to send them our love, and to pledge in their honor that we will save countless more families from suffering the same awful fate.

We are going to build a great border wall to stop illegal immigration, to stop the gangs and the violence, and to stop the drugs from pouring into our communities. I have been honored to receive the endorsement of America’s Border Patrol Agents, and will work directly with them to protect the integrity of our lawful immigration system.

By ending catch-and-release on the border, we will stop the cycle of human smuggling and violence. Illegal border crossings will go down. Peace will be restored. By enforcing the rules for the millions who overstay their visas, our laws will finally receive the respect they deserve.

Tonight, I want every American whose demands for immigration security have been denied – and every politician who has denied them – to listen very closely to the words I am about to say.

On January 21st of 2017, the day after I take the oath of office, Americans will finally wake up in a country where the laws of the United States are enforced. We are going to be considerate and compassionate to everyone.

But my greatest compassion will be for our own struggling citizens. My plan is the exact opposite of the radical and dangerous immigration policy of Hillary Clinton. Americans want relief from uncontrolled immigration. Communities want relief.

Yet Hillary Clinton is proposing mass amnesty, mass immigration, and mass lawlessness. Her plan will overwhelm your schools and hospitals, further reduce your jobs and wages, and make it harder for recent immigrants to escape from poverty.

I have a different vision for our workers. It begins with a new, fair trade policy that protects our jobs and stands up to countries that cheat. It’s been a signature message of my campaign from day one, and it will be a signature feature of my presidency from the moment I take the oath of office.

I have made billions of dollars in business making deals – now I’m going to make our country rich again. I am going to turn our bad trade agreements into great ones. America has lost nearly-one third of its manufacturing jobs since 1997, following the enactment of disastrous trade deals supported by Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Remember, it was Bill Clinton who signed NAFTA, one of the worst economic deals ever made by our country.

Never again.

I am going to bring our jobs back to Ohio and to America – and I am not going to let companies move to other countries, firing their employees along the way, without consequences.

My opponent, on the other hand, has supported virtually every trade agreement that has been destroying our middle class. She supported NAFTA, and she supported China’s entrance into the World Trade Organization – another one of her husband’s colossal mistakes.

She supported the job killing trade deal with South Korea. She has supported the Trans-Pacific Partnership. The TPP will not only destroy our manufacturing, but it will make America subject to the rulings of foreign governments. I pledge to never sign any trade agreement that hurts our workers, or that diminishes our freedom and independence. Instead, I will make individual deals with individual countries.

No longer will we enter into these massive deals, with many countries, that are thousands of pages long – and which no one from our country even reads or understands. We are going to enforce all trade violations, including through the use of taxes and tariffs, against any country that cheats.

This includes stopping China’s outrageous theft of intellectual property, along with their illegal product dumping, and their devastating currency manipulation. Our horrible trade agreements with China and many others, will be totally renegotiated. That includes renegotiating NAFTA to get a much better deal for America – and we’ll walk away if we don’t get the deal that we want. We are going to start building and making things again.

Next comes the reform of our tax laws, regulations and energy rules. While Hillary Clinton plans a massive tax increase, I have proposed the largest tax reduction of any candidate who has declared for the presidential race this year – Democrat or Republican. Middle-income Americans will experience profound relief, and taxes will be simplified for everyone.

America is one of the highest-taxed nations in the world. Reducing taxes will cause new companies and new jobs to come roaring back into our country. Then we are going to deal with the issue of regulation, one of the greatest job-killers of them all. Excessive regulation is costing our country as much as $2 trillion a year, and we will end it. We are going to lift the restrictions on the production of American energy. This will produce more than $20 trillion in job creating economic activity over the next four decades.

My opponent, on the other hand, wants to put the great miners and steel workers of our country out of work – that will never happen when I am President. With these new economic policies, trillions of dollars will start flowing into our country.

This new wealth will improve the quality of life for all Americans – We will build the roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, airports, and the railways of tomorrow. This, in turn, will create millions more jobs. We will rescue kids from failing schools by helping their parents send them to a safe school of their choice.

My opponent would rather protect education bureaucrats than serve American children. We will repeal and replace disastrous Obamacare. You will be able to choose your own doctor again. And we will fix TSA at the airports! We will completely rebuild our depleted military, and the countries that we protect, at a massive loss, will be asked to pay their fair share.

We will take care of our great Veterans like they have never been taken care of before. My opponent dismissed the VA scandal as being not widespread – one more sign of how out of touch she really is. We are going to ask every Department Head in government to provide a list of wasteful spending projects that we can eliminate in my first 100 days. The politicians have talked about it, I’m going to do it. We are also going to appoint justices to the United States Supreme Court who will uphold our laws and our Constitution.

The replacement for Justice Scalia will be a person of similar views and principles. This will be one of the most important issues decided by this election. My opponent wants to essentially abolish the 2nd amendment. I, on the other hand, received the early and strong endorsement of the National Rifle Association and will protect the right of all Americans to keep their families safe.

At this moment, I would like to thank the evangelical community who have been so good to me and so supportive. You have so much to contribute to our politics, yet our laws prevent you from speaking your minds from your own pulpits.

An amendment, pushed by Lyndon Johnson, many years ago, threatens religious institutions with a loss of their tax-exempt status if they openly advocate their political views.
I am going to work very hard to repeal that language and protect free speech for all Americans. We can accomplish these great things, and so much else – all we need to do is start believing in ourselves and in our country again. It is time to show the whole world that America Is Back – bigger, and better and stronger than ever before.

In this journey, I'm so lucky to have at my side my wife Melania and my wonderful children, Don, Ivanka, Eric, Tiffany, and Barron: you will always be my greatest source of pride and joy. My Dad, Fred Trump, was the smartest and hardest working man I ever knew. I wonder sometimes what he’d say if he were here to see this tonight.

It’s because of him that I learned, from my youngest age, to respect the dignity of work and the dignity of working people. He was a guy most comfortable in the company of bricklayers, carpenters, and electricians and I have a lot of that in me also. Then there’s my mother, Mary. She was strong, but also warm and fair-minded. She was a truly great mother. She was also one of the most honest and charitable people I have ever known, and a great judge of character.

To my sisters Mary Anne and Elizabeth, my brother Robert and my late brother Fred, I will always give you my love you are most special to me. I have loved my life in business.

But now, my sole and exclusive mission is to go to work for our country – to go to work for all of you. It’s time to deliver a victory for the American people. But to do that, we must break free from the petty politics of the past.

America is a nation of believers, dreamers, and strivers that is being led by a group of censors, critics, and cynics.

Remember: all of the people telling you that you can’t have the country you want, are the same people telling you that I wouldn’t be standing here tonight. No longer can we rely on those elites in media, and politics, who will say anything to keep a rigged system in place.
Instead, we must choose to Believe In America. History is watching us now.

It’s waiting to see if we will rise to the occasion, and if we will show the whole world that America is still free and independent and strong.

My opponent asks her supporters to recite a three-word loyalty pledge. It reads: “I’m With Her”. I choose to recite a different pledge.

My pledge reads: “I’M WITH YOU – THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.”

I am your voice.

So to every parent who dreams for their child, and every child who dreams for their future, I say these words to you tonight: I’m With You, and I will fight for you, and I will win for you.
To all Americans tonight, in all our cities and towns, I make this promise: We Will Make America Strong Again.

We Will Make America Proud Again.

We Will Make America Safe Again.

And We Will Make America Great Again.

THANK YOU.
