I honestly don't believe it. If they needed it, that would be one thing. But China is bulging at the seems with US dollars, accumulated through a huge trade imbalance. Why can't China use their own dollars for earthquake relief? They certainly have enough of them, and they don't need any more of mine. I think this is another "feel good" exercise.
