Earlier in his career the Senator from Wisconsin sponsored legislation that "fixes" the blatant corruption of our national legislators by making it a crime for citizens to make political comments near an election.
That may not be possible to top, but Russ Feingold continues in the tradition of all witch hunters by introducing a resolution to censure the President for eavesdropping on al Qaida.
