According to the Dept of Education's interpretation of Title IX, that's known as sexual assault.



President Obama grabbed a woman and kissed her.  She did not consent prior to the sexual contact.

By the standards of campus rape culture he is totally a rapist.

    I would say, dear nurse, thankfully you have been cured of this dreadful disease. When you accepted the invitation to the White House, did you not know you would be used?
