Bros., Lecce: We Eat at The Worst Michelin Starred Restaurant, Ever

Rand holding up one of the courses – a paper-thin fish cracker – in its entirety.

The funniest restaurant review I have ever read..

What followed was a 27-course meal (note that “course” and “meal” and “27” are being used liberally here) which spanned 4.5 hours and made me feel like I was a character in a Dickensian novel. Because – I cannot impart this enough – there was nothing even close to an actual meal served. Some “courses” were slivers of edible paper. Some shots were glasses of vinegar. Everything tasted like fish, even the non-fish courses. And nearly everything, including these noodles, which was by far the most substantial dish we had, was served cold.

Gianna's Pizzeria & Italian Ristorante

This is our favorite place for dinner.  Located in s shopping center in North Suffolk, it's highly recommended.

It's a lot more than a pizzeria, it's a true Italian restaurant that also serves pizza.

We often start with the fried oyster appetizer; delicious!  My wife likes the Chicken Francese and I'll try one of the specials.  Last night I had the rack of lamb.  Both dishes were more than we could finish.  The chef/owner gave us a sample of the garlic knots and the clams that come with the Linguini.  I can also testify that the Penne a la Vodka is also very good.

For lunch or an inexpensive dinner, share the Cheese Steak.  It's a bargain and too much for most people by themselves.  Their house wines are also very good.

The staff is friendly and the owners delightful.
