Journalists Mobilize Against Free Speech
American journalism once thought of itself as being inherently and institutionally pro free speech. Visitors to the Newseum, the media industry’s temple of self-glorification on Constitution Avenue in Washington, were once greeted with the First Amendment inscribed across 74 vertical feet of lofty marble. The Newseum has been closed since late 2019, its operators having discovered the hard way that the public doesn’t share the media’s heroic level of regard for itself.
Intolerant Biden Refuses To Accept Climate's Decision To Transition
WASHINGTON D.C.—For a long while now, the climate has been undergoing a change to become more like the climate it feels it should be. While many have embraced this, a number of intolerant people just won’t accept this change. This includes 78-year-old President Joe Biden, who, in another example of executive overreach, signed numerous executive orders to try to stop the climate from evolving.
“I remember how the climate was back when I was a kid and going to the movies only cost a nickel,” Biden rambled to the press, “and that’s the way it always should be!”
This is a stark change from the Trump administration, which always accepted the climate and didn’t force it to be something it didn’t want to be. President Trump even helped the climate undergo carbon dioxide treatment to assist in its change.
The new Biden executive orders effectively deny the climate’s existence, saying they will only accept the climate as valid if it’s cooler. Experts are unsure what psychological effects this will have on the climate, but many expect it to lash out with hurricanes and such.
Quadruply Masked
Remember when Russia was our ally? Mark Steyn does. That was all the way back during the Obama Administration.
It's not so long ago that the Democrats pressed the "Reset" button with Russia, and Obama personally assured Putin's flunkey that once the election was over he'd have more "flexibility", and his court eunuchs in the media mocked Romney for getting zinged with that killer line about the 1980s calling and wanting their foreign policy back.
But that was then. As the Democrats have it, for the past five years Russia has been a malignant subverter of American democracy and the rogue state behind everything, up to and including the porn on Hunter Biden's laptop. It was a dizzying switcheroo, but in tonight's episode of our current Tale for Our Time Winston Smith gets to experience a similar geopolitical alignment in real time. Oceania's old ally Eastasia is now, mysteriously but instantly, an enemy:
As predicted in Orwell's 1984, Russia became the enemy with the flick of a switch:
On the sixth day of Hate Week, after the processions, the speeches, the shouting, the singing, the banners, the posters, the films, the waxworks, the rolling of drums and squealing of trumpets, the tramp of marching feet, the grinding of the caterpillars of tanks, the roar of massed planes, the booming of guns--after six days of this, when the great orgasm was quivering to its climax and the general hatred of Eurasia had boiled up into such delirium that if the crowd could have got their hands on the 2,000 Eurasian war-criminals who were to be publicly hanged on the last day of the proceedings, they would unquestionably have torn them to pieces--at just this moment it had been announced that Oceania was not after all at war with Eurasia. Oceania was at war with Eastasia. Eurasia was an ally.
There was, of course, no admission that any change had taken place. Merely it became known, with extreme suddenness and everywhere at once, that Eastasia and not Eurasia was the enemy. Winston was taking part in a demonstration in one of the central London squares at the moment when it happened... The speech had been proceeding for perhaps twenty minutes when a messenger hurried on to the platform and a scrap of paper was slipped into the speaker's hand. He unrolled and read it without pausing in his speech. Nothing altered in his voice or manner, or in the content of what he was saying, but suddenly the names were different. Without words said, a wave of understanding rippled through the crowd. Oceania was at war with Eastasia..! There was a riotous interlude while posters were ripped from the walls, banners torn to shreds and trampled underfoot... But within two or three minutes it was all over. The orator, still gripping the neck of the microphone, his shoulders hunched forward, his free hand clawing at the air, had gone straight on with his speech. One minute more, and the feral roars of rage were again bursting from the crowd. The Hate continued exactly as before, except that the target had been changed.
Suddenly, and without anyone noticing it, Donald Trump needs to be destroyed and Obama's ally - Putin - joined him as the enemy to be hated.

The Teflon Dr. Fauci
Do you ever wonder why the China virus is having such a big effect on the country if we have the brilliant Dr. Fauci leading the fight against it?
I was relieved when I first saw Fauci on TV -- sometime in March 2020 -- thinking dimly to myself, for the millionth time, "Ah, an adult in the room." Amid a ceaseless current of chaos and grief, Faucis egoless display of competence, his grandfatherly warmth and irony, were ports in a storm.
But a comforting bedside manner has done little to mitigate catastrophe. Over 400,000 Americans are dead, twice as many as any other country. Infections, hospitalizations, and deaths are currently at record highs. And although we have a vaccine, the rollout has already been stymied by a dearth of resources and coordination. As one public health expert told The New York Times on January 17, our pandemic response has been "a colossal failure at every level of government." And herein lies a paradox. America is suffering from a disease outbreak whose morbid scope is the consequence of world-historic negligence. We are desperately and needlessly sick. And yet, the man known as "America's Doctor," the undisputed personification of public health research and pandemic preparedness, faces no reputational consequences. On the contrary, Dr. Fauci remains one of our most beloved public figures.

The Right Cannot Depend on FOX
I’m not watching FOX even though I like The Five and Tucker Carlson. FOX has shown itself to be an unfaithful ally with a corporate leadership that includes many people who have the same disdain for Conservatives as the Never-Trumpers and the Left.
Having been betrayed once it's become clear that we need allies and media channels that are ideologically committed to the principles that founded this country: freedom of speech, religion, and the press as well as the other individual privileges contained in the Bill of Rights.
Conservatives need to support alternative media channels beyond FOX. A single alternative to a blatantly biased media cabal is suicidal. The modern “Public Square” in which all citizens were told they could speak to each other consists of Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, owned by Google. Blogspot, owned by Google, is also the most popular blog hosting service. These can be closed to citizens at any time by their corporate overlords.
Remember that TERM OF SERVICE agreement that you had to click on but never read? It was designed in convoluted legalese so that you would not read it. But somewhere in those terms of service you agreed to be vaporized is you said, did, or thought anything of which our tech overlords disapproved.
All these giant corporations have decided to act in coordination to shut down opinion and news sources that stand opposed to a government that is rapidly becoming totalitarian, using the China virus “emergency” as the reason for establishing dictatorial control over the population.
Bill whittle has a great idea. Let's apply TERMS OF SERVICE to the services we supply others. And if they support things with which we disagree, deny THEM service.
Meet the Censored: Live Streamers
Some honest members of the Left are finally catching on that the billionaire that dominate the public square like Google, Facebook, Twitter and Apple are working hard to squelch all alternative voices. By banning anything but the major media from Facebook, YouTube and Twitter they are enforcers of the Police State orthodoxy that Orwell foresaw in 1984.
On the 18th, Farina was in Richmond, Virginia, where a significant rally of pro-gun protesters was expected. There had been widespread reports warning of unrest. CBS relayed FBI fears of “credible threats of violence,” while the Washington Post said officials were “on edge” ahead of the Martin Luther King Day protest, gearing up for a full-scale assault:
Members of the National Guard are on standby. Plywood covers the windows of the State Capitol. Tall metal barricades surround Capitol Square, with police vehicles idling on pathways just inside locked pedestrian gates. Downtown streets will be closed; signs warning against carrying guns have gone up around the city.
“The violent, lawless insurrection and assault on democracy and its institutions that unfolded last week in Washington, D.C., will not be tolerated in the city of Richmond,” Mayor Levar Stoney warned on Thursday.
The threats may have been credible, but when Farina began live-streaming to an audience of 6,000, the event turned out to be peaceful and unremarkable, though not without interest from a news perspective.
“Frankly, there might have been more press than protesters,” Status Coup’s Chariton said later. “And while it was live, it was pretty informative. Jon talked to 4-5 people, and they pretty much all made it clear that they weren’t Trump supporters, that they didn’t support what happened in the Capitol. They were pretty relaxed compared to the propaganda ahead of time.”
Despite the seeming unremarkableness of the event, it shut down abruptly mid-feed. Chariton assumed something happened on Farina’s end.
“Then I got an email from YouTube, telling me we’d violated their ‘Firearms Policy.’ I wasn’t aware they had a firearms policy.”

Trump Creates ‘Office of the Former President’ to Advance US Interests, Carry on Trump Admin Agenda
Former President Donald Trump opened an “Office of the Former President” on Monday that seeks to advance the interests of the United States and carry on the agenda of his administration.A statement from the office in Palm Beach County, Florida, reads, “Today, the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, formally opened the Office of the Former President.”“The Office will be responsible for managing President Trump’s correspondence, public statements, appearances, and official activities to advance the interests of the United States and to carry on the agenda of the Trump Administration through advocacy, organizing, and public activism.“President Trump will always and forever be a champion for the American People,” it said.
Democrats closing their states caused a sharp divide in class wealth.
From Seeking Alpha:
But the pandemic is causing a sharp divide in class wealth. COVID-19 brought the sharpest rise in the U.S. poverty rate since the 1960s, according to a study by the University of Notre Dame. The poverty rate in the U.S. increased by 2.4 percentage points during the latter half of 2020, meaning an additional 8M people nationwide are now considered poor. In the same time frame, the collective wealth of America's 651 billionaires jumped by over $2.95T to over $4T, in a trend that's likely to trigger more discussions about equality in the economic sphere.
Leftists are all about increasing their own wealth and driving those in the middle into poverty because they are easier to control. They used the pandemic to destroy the small shopkeeper, the waiter, the barber, the entrepreneur while enriching Big busines like Amazon, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Wal-Mart and Apple.
The investor class got much richer last year while the working class, the people who lived paycheck to paycheck lost their jobs, turned to drugs and alcohol or committed suicide. This was not an accident. That is how Communists take over.
Democrats as well as Republicans question election results
Matt Luceen didn’t vote for former President Donald Trump in 2020, but he came to Washington last week to protest President Biden’s inauguration, saying the election was flawed.
Mr. Luceen, a supporter of Sen. Bernard Sanders, said he toted signs that read “COUNT OUR VOTES BY HAND,” and “End the charade.”
“We don’t ever really put the paper into piles and count them by hand anymore,” the 34-year-old computer programmer said. “We just trust the machines, and we shouldn’t because we have documented proof that these machines are vulnerable.”
....
Democratic senators warned of potential ‘vote switching’ by Dominion voting machines prior to 2020 election.
In a December 2019 letter to Dominion Voting Systems, which has been mired in controversy after a human error involving its machines in Antrim County, Michigan, resulted in incorrect counts, Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, and Amy Klobuchar and congressman Mark Pocan warned about reports of machines “switching votes,” “undisclosed vulnerabilities,” and “improbable” results that “threaten the integrity of our elections.”
...
Dominion’s suing Rudy Giuliani, but not these Democrats. But an “unbiased” voting machine company that only sues Republicans has kind of blown its credibility already.
From the day before the 2020 election: USA Today: Will your ballot be safe? Computer experts sound warnings on America’s voting machines.
...Nobody should buy voting machines from Dominion, or anyone else, using secret “proprietary software and hardware.” And, really, nobody should buy voting machines at all.
...Related: New York Times, Feb. 4, 2020: The Only Safe Election Is a Low-Tech Election: The Iowa caucus debacle proved that a 21st-century election requires 19th-century technology.
...But look, for elections to work, people — including the losing side — have to trust that voting is basically fair. Something like 40% of Americans have serious doubts. That’s destabilizing, and trying to pretend suddenly that only kooks have doubts, and trying to silence critics with legal thuggery a la Dominion, only makes the problem worse.
A word to the wise from Sarah Hoyt
However, a word to the wise, if there are any, in the corridors of power, from the so called legislators, to the judges: Turn back now. You’re living in an echo chamber. You don’t know the real opinions of real people, because you’ve made it impossible to tell the truth without losing your livelihood, your family, everything you hold dear. And you have absolutely no clue how quick the preference cascade turns when the “go alongs” realize the majority isn’t where they thought it was.
If you throw your lot in with the left, you’re going to lose.
'More like a snack for a toddler than a meal for an adult': How our National Guard troops are being fed at the Capitol
“Soldiers and Airmen have to go out on their own in the D.C. area and buy their own meals if nothing is donated,” one National Guard spouse reported, “mainly because the food delivered and provided by the National Guard is cold or not even worth eating. The breakfast and lunch portions look more like a snack for a toddler than a meal for an adult.”
The Guard has a duty to feed the troops decent food, and the units at the Capitol aren’t exactly cut off from supply lines. As one former officer put it, “You’re telling me that in Washington, D.C., during COVID that there’s a restaurant in town that wouldn’t do backflips to feed these troops?”
“The National Guard has failed every service member on the ground with their failure to provide adequate nutrition or check on what is being provided,” the spouse wrote me. “They are away from their homes, their families and their jobs, working long hours in the cold during a pandemic. The very least that should be done is to provide them with three adult-sized hot meals a day.”
DOJ Inspector General Announces Investigation into DOJ Effort to Influence the 2020 Election
Yeah, you really cannot make this stuff up. After the DOJ, FBI, CIA and US Intelligence Apparatus writ large, went to extraordinary lengths to influence both the 2016 presidential election (Yates/Comey) against Donald Trump; and the 2018 mid-term election (Rosenstein/Mueller) against President Trump; with no accountability despite the overwhelming evidence…. Now the DOJ Office of Inspector General wants to investigate political pressure on the 2020 election.
Brandon Straka Arrested - the Purge Continues
Purging the opposition:
The Left is serious about purging and imprisoning its enemies. The Right is tied up in knots and incapable of doing the same.
Despite the weak evidence outlined in the indictment, this looks like a case of specific DOJ and FBI targeting of political voices. The regime will not be opposed…
Brandon Straka was the founder of the #WalkAway movement. He was also a key organizer for the Stop the Steal group during the January 6th political protest in Washington DC.

REPORT: CDC Apparently Changed COVID Criteria That Inflated Fatalities 10-Fold (2/2)
Consider the COVID-19 clinical diagnostic criteria the CDC issued in April:
(i) At least two of the following symptoms: fever (measured or subjective), chills, rigors, myalgia, headache, sore throat, new olfactory and taste disorder(s)
OR
(ii) At least one of the following symptoms: cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing
OR
(iii) Severe respiratory illness with at least one of the following:
Clinical or radiographic evidence of pneumonia, OR
Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).
AND
No alternative more likely diagnosis
So, since the instructions in April went on to say doctors should diagnose a patient with COVID-19 on the basis of a mere cough, anyone who has a cough will wind up getting COVID-19 listed on his death certificate.
Colds, the flu, allergies, and all the myriad other things that were causing people to cough before anyone had ever heard of COVID-19, apparently, suddenly ceased to exist.
Moreover, notice that the March guidelines don’t just mean that COVID-19 will get listed on a coughing decedent’s death certificate in the absence of any test confirming infection. If you have a cough and then die, your death certificate will list COVID-19 even if you did have a test but it came back negative.
Indeed, the CDC’s instructions guarantee that COVID-19 will wind up on your death certificate no matter how many negative tests you had!
And, though coughing is the most egregious CDC criteria unique to COVID-19 sufficient for a positive diagnosis, the others listed along with it are nearly as bad.
Countless environmental factors, conditions, and ailments were causing shortness of breath or difficulty breathing long before the world had ever heard of COVID-19. Yet, suddenly, on April 24, 2020, anyone having either one of those symptoms or, for that matter, merely a cough is thereby automatically diagnosed with COVID-19 and, should he die, wind up with the disease listed on his death certificate....
Apart from all the other risibly loose entries—which, among other things, imply that sitting next to someone on the bus who coughs is sufficient—since we were supposed to believe that everywhere in the country suffered “sustained, ongoing community transmission” of SARS-CoV-2 and that we’re all at such great risk of contracting it that every single one of us needs to wear not just one but—assuming what I read yesterday wasn’t just some sick and awful bad dream—two masks at all times, the additional epidemiological criteria don’t do a damn thing to screen anyone out.
They will literally apply to every single man woman or child in America and hence, all it takes to be diagnosed with COVID-19 in America is a cough or any of the other preposterously loose clinical criteria above that countless, diseases, conditions, and environmental factors have been causing since the time immemorial.
United States - a hellish dictatorship built on white supremacy and general badness three months ago are collectively wetting themselves over the peril posed by Viking-costumed “insurrectionists.
Sometime a comment is just too good to not copy and paste; by Kurt Schlichter
Now, there are times when playing the military service card is an appropriate flex, and on those occasions, I will certainly play my undistinguished, but existent, hand. When your patriotism is questioned, voluntary military service is a pretty good bit of evidence of patriotism, and it is by no means unfair to deploy it to counter lies to the contrary. You get those a lot now that the people calling the United States a hellish dictatorship built on white supremacy and general badness three months ago are collectively wetting themselves over the peril posed by Viking-costumed “insurrectionists.” It’s always amusing to observe that the only thing the lefty patriots du jour on social media who usually 1619 all over America but, when convenient, rally ‘round the flag, ever served were pumpkin spice lattes at the Common Grounds coffee house.
...
This was demonstrated with the whole “Cadet Bone Spurs” thing about Donald Trump. The “cadet” part relates to him having gone to military school, which I guess the New Rules decree is something to be ashamed of now. As with shifting attitude toward the National Guard troops from violent threats to the literal safety of oppressed people to heroic defenders of the country from Thor-wannabes to tiresome eyesores to be consigned to a Congressional parking garage, you need constant updates on whether military stuff is good or bad at any given moment.

End of the American Republican Experiment - part 14
What is to be done?
- Resist, but ..
- Don't be a martyr
Increasingly, conservative Americans live as if under occupation by a hostile power. Whoever would lead them should emulate Charles de Gaulle’s 1941 basic rule for la résistance: refrain from individual or spontaneous acts or expressions that produce only martyrs. But join with thousands in what amount to battles to defeat the enemy’s initiatives, weaken his grip on power, and prepare his defeat. Thus, an aspirant to the presidency in 2024, in the course of debunking the narrative by which the oligarchy seized so much power over America, might lead millions to violate restrictions placed on those who refuse to wear masks. Or, as he pursues legislative and judicial measures to abolish the compulsory racial and gender sensitivity training sessions to which public and private employees are subjected, he might organize employees in a given sector unanimously to stay away from them in protest. They can’t all be fired or held back.Such a persuasive prospective president, or president, could finish the process that, beginning circa 2010, initiated the process of reshaping the Republican Party into something like Caddell’s Mr. Smith would have personified.Electoral politics, however, is the easy part. Major corporations, private and semi-private institutions such as schools, publishing houses, and media, are the oligarchy’s deepest foundations. These having become hostile, conservative Americans have no choice but to populate their own. This is far from impossible.Sorting ourselves out into congenial groups has been part of America’s DNA since 1630, when Roger Williams led his followers out of Massachusetts to found Providence Plantations. In the 19th century, the Mormons left unfriendly environments to establish their own settlements. Since 1973, Americans who believe in unborn children’s humanity have largely ceased to intermarry with those who do not. Nobody decided this should happen. It is in the logic of diverging cultures. As American primary and secondary education’s dysfunction became painfully apparent, parents of all races have fled the public schools as fast as they could. Businesses have been fleeing the Rust Belt for the Sun Belt for generations. When Democratic governors and mayors used COVID to make life difficult in their jurisdictions, people moved out of them. When Twitter’s censorship of conservatives became undeniable, Parler added customers by the hundreds of thousands each day. Facebook and Twitter’s stock lost $50 billion in a week. Much more separation follows from the American people’s diverging cultures. As conservative America sorts itself out from oligarchy’s social bases, it may be able to restore something like what had existed under the republic. Effectively, two regimes would have to learn to coexist within our present boundaries. But that may be the best, freest, arrangement possible now for the United States.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 13
Winning the 2020 election had been the objective behind which the oligarchy had coalesced during the previous five years. In 2021, waging socio-political war on the rest of America is what the oligarchy is all about. The logic of hate and disdain of ordinary Americans is not only what binds the oligarchy together. It is the only substitute it has for any moral-ethical-intellectual point of reference. Donald Trump’s impotent, inglorious reaction to his defeat offered irresistible temptations to the oligarchy’s several sectors to celebrate victory by vying to hurt whoever had supported the president. But permanent war against some 74 million fellow citizens is a foredoomed approach to governing. The Democratic Party had promised a return to some kind of “normalcy.” Instead, its victory enabled the oligarchy’s several parts to redefine the people who do not show them due deference as “white supremacists,” “insurrectionists,” and Nazis—in short, as some kind of criminals—to exclude them from common platforms of communication, from the banking system, and perhaps even from air travel; and to set law enforcement to surveil them in order to find bases for prosecuting them. Neither Congress nor any state’s legislature legislated any of this. Rather, the several parts of America’s economic, cultural, and political establishment are waging this war, uncoordinated but well-nigh unanimously.Perhaps most important, they do so without thought of how a war against at least some 74 million fellow citizens might end. The people in the oligarchy’s corporate components seem to want only to adorn unchallenged power with a reputation for “wokeness.” For them, causing pain to their opponents is a pleasure incidental to enjoying power’s perquisites. The Biden family’s self-enrichment by renting access to influence is this oligarchy’s standard. But the people who dispense that reputation—not just the professional revolutionaries of Antifa and Black Lives Matter, but “mainstream” racial and gender activists and self-appointed virtue-crats, have appetites as variable as they are insatiable. For them, rubbing conservative America’s faces in excrement is what it’s all about. A Twitter video viewed by 2.6 million people urges them to form “an army of citizen detectives” to ferret out conservatives from among teachers, doctors, police officers, and “report them to the authorities.” No doubt, encouraged by President Biden’s characterization of opponents as “domestic terrorists,” any number of “authorities” as well as private persons will find opportunities to lord it over persons not to their taste. This guarantees endless clashes, and spiraling violence.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 12
You don't have to cheat the vote everywhere, just in critical places.
Only in a few one-party Democratic states was universal vote-by-mail established by law. Elsewhere, especially in the states sure to be battlegrounds in the presidential election, mail-in voting was introduced by various kinds of executive or judicial actions. Questions of right and wrong aside, the Constitution’s Article II section 1’s words—“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct”—makes such actions unconstitutional on their face. Moreover, in these states—Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin—the counting of votes in the most populous counties is firmly in the hands of Democratic Party bosses with a well-documented history of fraud.
To no one’s surprise, the 2020 presidential election was decided by super-majorities for the Democratic candidate precisely from these counties in these states. Yes, Trump’s percentage of the vote fell in certain suburbs. But Trump received some 11 million more votes in 2020 than four years earlier, and nearly doubled the share of votes he received from blacks. The Democrats’ gain of some 15 million votes came exclusively from mail-in ballots, and their victory in the Electoral College came exclusively from the supermajorities piled up in these corrupt counties—the only places where Trump’s share of the black vote was cut by three-quarters. Did people there really think so differently?
This is not the place to recount the list of affidavits sworn under penalty of perjury by persons who observed ballot stuffing, nor the statistical anomaly of successive batches of votes that favored Biden over Trump by precisely the same amounts, of un-creased (i.e., never mailed) ballots fed into counting machines, nor the Georgia video of suitcases of ballots being taken from under tables and inserted into counting machines after Republican observers had been ousted. Suffice it to note that references to these events have been scrubbed from the Internet. It is more important to keep in mind that, in America prior to 2020, sworn affidavits that crimes have been committed had invariably been probable cause for judicial, prosecutorial, or legislative investigations. But for the first time in America, the ruling class dismissed them with: “You have no proof!” A judge (the sister of Georgia’s Stacey Abrams) ruled that even when someone tells the U.S. Postal Service they have moved, their old address is still a lawful basis for them to cast a ballot. Certainly, proof of crime is impossible with such judges and without testimony under oath, or powers of subpoena.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 11
The voters have no power, the vote counters have all the power
Few people were happy to be locked down. It was a safe bet that not a few were unhappy at being called systemically racist. The oligarchy, its powers notwithstanding, could not be sure how people would vote. That is why it acted to take the presidential election’s outcome out of the hands of those who would cast the votes and to place it as much as possible in the hands of its members who would count the votes.
Intentionally, traditional procedures for voting leave no discretion to those who count the votes. Individuals obtain and cast ballots into a physical or electronic box only after showing identification that matches their registration. Ballot boxes are opened and their contents counted by persons representing the election’s opposing parties. Persons registered to vote might qualify to vote-by-mail by requesting a ballot, the issuance and receipt of which is checked against their registration. Their ballots are counted in the same bipartisan manner.
The Democratic Party had long pressed to substitute universal voting by mail—meaning that ballots would be sent to all registered voters, in some states to anyone with a driver’s license whether they asked for them or not and regardless of whether these persons still lived at the address on the rolls or were even alive. The ballots eventually would arrive at the counting centers, either through the mail, from drop boxes, or through “harvesters” who would pick them up from the voters who fill them out, and who may even help them to fill them out. Security, if any, would consist of machine-matching signatures on the ballot and on the envelope in which it had come. The machine’s software can be dialed to greater or lesser sensitivity.
But doing away with scrutiny of ballots counted by representatives of the election’s contenders removes the last possibility of ensuring the ballot had come from a real person whose will it is supposed to represent. Once the link between the ballot and the qualified person is broken, nothing prevents those in charge of the electoral process from excluding and including masses of ballots as they choose. The counters become the arbiters.
Attorney General William Barr pointed out the obvious: Anyone, in America or abroad, can print up any number of ballots, mark them, and deliver them for counting to whoever is willing to accept them and run them through their machines. Since the counters usually dispose of the envelopes in which ballots arrive—thus obviating any possibility of tracing the ballot’s connection to a voter—they may even dispense of the fiction that there had ever been any signed envelopes. That is especially true of late-found ballots. Who knows where they came from? Who cares to find out?
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 10
The Media made it all possible. Spreading fear, promoting death counts, infection counts, and using the Chinese virus to make money.
Meanwhile, the media became the oligarchy’s public relations department. Very much including ordinary commercial advertising, it hammered home the oligarchy’s line that COVID restrictions are good, even cool. These restrictions reduced the ideas available to the American people to what the mass media purveyed and the social media allowed. Already by April 2020, these used what had become near-monopoly power over interpersonal communications to censor such communications as they disapproved. Political enforcers took it upon themselves even to cancel statements by eminent physicians about COVID that they judged to be “misleading.” Of course, this betrayed the tech giants’ initial promise of universal access. It is also unconstitutional. (In Marsh v. Alabama, decided in 1946, the Supreme Court barred private parties from acting as de facto governments). Since these companies did it in unison, they also violated the 1890 Sherman Antitrust Act. But the ruling class that had become an oligarchy applauded their disabling whatever might be conducive to conservatives’ interests and inconvenient to their own candidates.
Private entities wielding public powers in coordination with each other without having to observe any of government’s constitutional constraints is as good a definition of oligarchy as there is. Oligarchy had increasingly taken power in the buildup to the 2020 election. In its aftermath, it would try to suffocate America.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 9
The Oligarchs used COVID to isolate the American people
The oligarchy’s division of all activity into “essential”—meaning permitted—and “nonessential”—to be throttled at will—had less obvious but more destructive effects. Private clubs, as well as any and all gatherings of more than five or 10 people, were banned. Churches were forbidden to have worship services or to continue social activities. The “social distancing” and mask mandates enforced in public buildings and stores, and often on the streets, made it well-nigh impossible for people to communicate casually. Thus, was that part of American society that the oligarchy did not control directly disarticulated, and its members left alone to face unaccountable powers on which they had to depend.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 8
The Oligarchs used COVID to made the poor poorer and the rich richer.
Having seized powers, the oligarchs used them as weapons to disrupt and disaggregate the parts of American society they could not control.
The economic effects of lockdowns and social distancing caused obvious pain. Tens of millions of small businesses were forced to close or radically to reduce activity. More than 40 million Americans filed claims for unemployment assistance. Uncountable millions of farmers and professionals had their products and activities devalued. Millions of careers, dreams that had been realized by lifetimes of work, were wrecked. Big business and government took over their functions. Within nine months, COVID-19 had produced 28 new billionaires.
Surplus and scarcity of food resulted simultaneously because the lockdowns closed most restaurants and hotels. As demand shifted in ways that made it impossible for distribution networks and processing plants to adjust seamlessly, millions of gallons of milk were poured down drains, millions of chickens, billions of eggs, and tens of thousands of hogs and cattle were destroyed, acres of vegetables and tons of fruit were plowed under. Prices in the markets rose. Persons deprived of work with less money with which to pay higher prices struggled to feed their families. This reduced countless self-supporting citizens to supplicants. By intentionally reducing the supply of food available to the population, the U.S. government joined the rare ranks of such as Stalin’s Soviet Union and Castro’s Cuba.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 7
COVID was the tool that brought the Oligarchs back
The COVID-19 virus is no plague. Though quite contagious, its infection/fatality rate (IFR), about 0.01 percent, is that of the average flu, and its effects are generally so mild that most whom it infects never know it.
Like all infections, it is deadly to those weakened severely by other causes. It did not transform American life by killing people, but by the fears about it that our oligarchy packaged and purveyed. Fortuna, as Machiavelli reminds us, is inherently submissive to whoever bends her to his wishes. The fears and the strictures they enabled were not about health—if only because those who purveyed and imposed them did not apply them to themselves. They were about power over others.
COVID’s politicization began in February 2020 with the adoption by the World Health Organization—which is headed by an Ethiopian bureaucrat beholden to China—and upon recommendation of non-scientist Bill Gates, of a non-peer-reviewed test for the infection. The test’s chief characteristic is that its rate of positives to negatives depends on the number of cycles through which the sample is run. More cycles, more positives. Hence, every test result is a “soft” number. Second, the WHO and associated national organizations like the U.S. Centers for Disease Control reported COVID’s spread by another “soft” number: “confirmed cases.” That is, sick persons who tested positive for the virus.
When this number is related to that of such persons who then die, the ratio—somewhat north of 5 percent—suggests that COVID kills one out of 20 people it touches. But that is an even softer number since these deaths include those who die with COVID rather than of it, as well as those who may have had COVID. Pyramiding such soft numbers, mathematical modelers projected millions of deaths. Scary for the unwary, but pure fantasy.
For example, the U.S. Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), which modeled the authoritative predictions on which the U.S. lockdowns were based, also predicted COVID-19 deaths for Sweden, which did not lock down. On May 3, the IHME predicted that Sweden would suffer 2,800 COVID deaths a day within the next two weeks. The actual number was 38. Reporting on COVID has never ceased to consist of numbers as scary as they are soft.
Literate persons know that, once an infectious disease enters a population, nothing can prevent it from infecting all of it, until a majority has developed antibodies after contracting it—so-called community immunity or herd immunity. But fear leads people to empower those who promise safety, regardless of how empty the promises. The media pressed governments to do something. The Wall Street Journal’s Peggy Noonan screamed: “don’t panic is terrible advice.” The pharmaceutical industry and its Wall Street backers salivated at the prospect of billions of government money for new drugs and vaccines. Never mind the little sense it makes for millions of people to accept a vaccine’s non-trivial risk to protect against a virus with trivial consequences for themselves. All manner of officials yearned to wield unaccountable power.
Because the power to crush the general population’s resistance to itself is the oligarchy’s single-minded focus, it was able to bend fears of COVID to that purpose. Thus, it gathered more power with more consequences than the oligarchs could have imagined.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 6
Hatred for the "deplorables" hold the oligarchs together
Disdain for the “deplorables” united and energized parts of American society that, apart from their profitable material connections to government, have nothing in common and often have diverging interests. That hate, that determination to feel superior to the “deplorables” by treading upon them, is the “intersectionality,” the glue that binds, say, Wall Street coupon-clippers, folks in the media, officials of public service unions, gender studies professors, all manner of administrators, radical feminists, race and ethnic activists, and so on. #TheResistance grew by awakening these groups to the powers and privileges to which they imagine their superior worth entitles them, to their hate for anyone who does not submit preemptively.
Ruling-class judges sustained every bureaucratic act of opposition to the Trump Administration. Thousands of identical voices in major media echoed every charge, every insinuation, non-stop and unquestioned. #TheResistance made it ruling-class policy that Trump’s and his voters’ racism and a host of other wrongdoing made them, personally, illegitimate. In any confrontation, the ruling class deemed these presumed white supremacists in the wrong, systemically. By 2018, the ruling class had effectively placed the “deplorables” outside the protection of the laws. By 2020, they could be fired for a trifle, set upon in the streets, prosecuted on suspicion of bad attitudes, and even for defending themselves.
Because each and every part of the ruling coalition’s sense of what may assuage its grievances evolves without natural limit, this logic is as insatiable as it is powerful. It is also inherently destructive of oligarchy.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 5
They called Trump a Dictator. The problem was that he was not even close to using his powers as President.
Applying this observation to candidate Trump’s hyperbole suggested that President Trump might suffer from what Theodore Roosevelt called the most self-destructive of habits, combining “the unbridled tongue with the unready hand.” And, in fact, President Trump neither fired and referred for prosecution James Comey or the other intelligence officials who had run the surveillance of his campaign. He praised them, and let himself be persuaded to fire General Michael Flynn, his national security advisor, who stood in the way of the intelligence agencies’ plans against him. Nor did he declassify and make public all the documents associated with their illegalities.
Four years later, he left office with those documents still under seal. He criticized officials over whom he had absolute power, notably CIA’s Gina Haspel who likely committed a crime spying on his candidacy, but left them in office. Days after his own inauguration, he suffered the CIA’s removal of clearances from one of his appointees because he was a critic of the Agency. Any president worthy of his office would have fired the entire chain of officials who had made that decision. Instead, he appointed to these agencies people loyal to them and hostile to himself.
He acted similarly with other agencies. His first secretary of state, secretary of defense, and national security advisor mocked him publicly. At their behest, in August 2017, he gave a nationally televised speech in which he effectively thanked them for showing him that he had been wrong in opposing ongoing war in the Middle East. He railed against Wall Street but left untouched the tax code’s “carried interest” provision that is the source of much unearned wealth. He railed against the legal loophole that lets Google, Facebook, and Twitter censor content without retribution, but did nothing to close it. Already by the end of January 2017, it was clear that no one in Washington needed to fear Trump. By the time he left office, Washington was laughing at him.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 4
Trump had to be destroyed for the oligarchy to regain power
Donald Trump—his bombastic, hyperbolic style, his tendency to play fast and loose with truth, even to lie as he insulted his targets—fit perfectly the oligarchy’s image of his supporters, and lent a color of legitimacy to the utterly illegitimate collusion between the oligarchy’s members in government and those in the Democratic Party running against Trump.
Thus did the FBI and CIA, in league with the major media and the Democratic Party, spy on candidate Trump, concocting and spreading all manner of synthetic dirt about him. Nevertheless, to universal surprise, he won, or rather the oligarchy lost, the 2016 election.
The oligarchy’s disparate members had already set aside laws, truth, etc. in opposition to Trump. The realization that the presidency’s awesome powers now rested in his hands fostered a full-court-press #Resistance. Trump’s peculiarities helped make it far more successful than anyone could have imagined.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 3
Consider the average American in "flyover country."
In the 21st century, the American people’s trust in government plummeted as they—on the political Left as well as on the Right—realized that those in power care little for them. As they watched corporate and non-profit officials trade places with public officials and politicians while getting much richer, they felt impoverished and disempowered. Since the ruling class embraced Republicans and Democrats, elections seemed irrelevant. The presidential elections of 2008 and 2012 underlined that whoever won, the same people would be in charge and that the parceling out of wealth and power among stakeholders would continue.
Americans on the Right were especially aggrieved because the oligarchy had become culturally united in disdain for Western civilization in general and for themselves in particular. The cultural warfare it waged on the rest of America inflamed opposition. But it also diluted its own focus on solidifying profitable arrangements.
By 2016, America was already well into the classic cycles of revolution. The atrophy of institutions, the waning of republican habits, and the increasing, reciprocal disrespect between classes that have less in common culturally, dislike each other more, and embody ways of life more different from one another, than did the 19th century’s Northerners and Southerners precluded returning to traditional republican life. The election would determine whether the oligarchy could consolidate itself. More important, it would affect the speed by which the revolutionary vortex would carry the country, and the amount of violence this would involve.
Particular individuals had never been the oligarchy’s worry. In 2008, as Barack Obama was running against Hillary Clinton and John McCain—far cries from Trump—he pointed to those Americans who “cling to God and guns” as the problem’s root. Clinton’s 2016 remark that Trump’s supporters were “a basket of deplorables,”—racists, sexists, homophobes, etc.—merely voiced what had long been the oligarchy’s consensus judgment of most Americans. For them, pushing these Americans as far away as possible from the levers of power, treating them as less than citizens, had already come to define justice and right.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 2
Consider how Congres has not passed budget bills in decades.
Until 1981, Congress had used “continuing resolutions” to continue funding government operations unchanged until regular appropriations could be made. Thereafter, as congressional leaders learned how easy it is to use this vehicle to avoid exposing what they are doing to public scrutiny, they legislated and appropriated ever less in public, and increasingly put Congress’ output into continuing resolutions or omnibus bills, amounting to trillions of dollars and thousands of pages, impossible for representatives and senators to read, and presented to them as the only alternative to “shutting down the government.” This—now the U.S government standard operating procedure—enables the oligarchy’s “stakeholders” to negotiate their internal arrangements free from responsibility to citizens. It is the practical abolition of Article I section 9—and of the Magna Carta itself.
End of the American Republican Experiment - part 1
Consider education. Post-secondary education increased fourfold, from 9 percent of Americans holding four-year degrees in 1965 to 36 percent in 2015. College towns became islands of wealth and political power. From them came endless “studies” that purported to be arbiters of truth and wisdom, as well as a growing class of graduates increasingly less educated but ever so much more socio-politically uniform. In the lower grades, per-pupil expenditure (in constant dollars) went from $3,200 in 1960 to $13,400 in 2015. That money fueled an even more vast and powerful complex—one that includes book publishers, administrators, and labor unions and that has monopolized the minds of at least two generations. As it grew, the education establishment also detached itself from the voters’ control: In the 1950s, there were some 83,000 public school districts in America. By 2015, only around 13,000 remained for a population twice as large. Today’s parents have many times less influence over their children’s education than did their grandparents.

The United States of America is now a classic oligarchy. The clarity that it has brought to our situation by recognizing this fact is its only virtue.
In 2021, the laws, customs, and habits of the heart that had defined the American republic since the 18th century are things of the past. Americans’ movements and interactions are under strictures for which no one ever voted. Government disarticulated society by penalizing ordinary social intercourse and precluding the rise of spontaneous opinion therefrom. Together with corporate America, it smothers minds through the mass and social media with relentless, pervasive, identical, and ever-evolving directives. In that way, these oligarchs have proclaimed themselves the arbiters of truth, entitled and obliged to censor whoever disagrees with them as systemically racist, adepts of conspiracy theories.
Corporations, and the government itself, require employees to attend meetings personally to acknowledge their guilt. They solicit mutual accusations. While violent felons are released from prison, anyone may be fired or otherwise have his life wrecked for questioning government/corporate sentiment. Today’s rulers don’t try to convince. They demand obedience, and they punish.
Russians and East Germans under Communists Leonid Brezhnev and Erich Honecker in the 1970s lived under less ruling class pressure than do today’s Americans. And their rulers were smart enough not to insult them, their country, or their race.
In 2015, Americans could still believe they lived in a republic, in which life’s rules flow from the people through their representatives. In 2021, a class of rulers draws their right to rule from self-declared experts’ claims of infallibility that dwarf baroque kings’ pretensions.
In that self-referential sense, the United States of America is now a classic oligarchy.
Read the whole thing.

Slouching Toward Post-Journalism
In August 2016, as the presidential race ground grimly onward, the New York Times laid down a marker regarding the manner in which it would be covered. The paper declared the prevalence of media opinion to be an irresistible fact, like the weather. Or, as Jim Rutenberg phrased it in a prominent front-page story: “If you view a Trump presidency as something that is potentially dangerous, then your reporting is going to reflect that.” Objectivity was discarded in favor of an “oppositional” stance. This was not an anti-Trump opinion piece. It was an obituary for the values of a lost era. Rutenberg, who covered the media beat, had authored a factual report about the death of factual reporting—the sort of paradox often encountered among the murky categories of post-journalism.
The article touched on the fraught issue of race and racism. Trump opponents take his racism for granted—he stands accused of appealing to the worst instincts of the American public, and those who wish to debate the point immediately fall under suspicion of being racists themselves. The dilemma, therefore, was not whether Trump was racist (that was a fact) or why he flaunted his racist views (he was a dangerous demagogue) but, rather, how to report on his racism under the strictures of commercial journalism. Once objectivity was sacrificed, an immense field of subjective possibilities presented themselves. A vision of the journalist as arbiter of racial justice would soon divide the generations inside the New York Times newsroom.
Rutenberg made his point through hypothetical-rhetorical questions that, at times, verged on satire: “If you’re a working journalist and you believe that Donald J. Trump is a demagogue playing to the nation’s worst racist and nationalistic tendencies, that he cozies up to anti-American dictators and that he would be dangerous with control of United States nuclear codes, how the heck are you supposed to cover him?” Rutenberg assumed that “working journalists” shared the same opinion of Trump—that wasn’t perceived as problematic. A second assumption concerned the intelligence of readers: they couldn’t be trusted to process the facts. The answer to Rutenberg’s loaded question, therefore, could only be to “throw out the textbook American journalism has been using for the better part of a half-century” and leap vigorously into advocacy. Trump could not safely be covered; he had to be opposed.
Purge her.
Some thoughts by "Ace" on the Republican Establishment vs. Republican voters; the people who get cheated of their ideals.
They're joining with the left to brand 75 million Americans Uncharged Terrorists. Every time the neocon liberal Republican establishment people lose a primary contest, they defect to the Democrats to make sure the insurgent loses.
That's what Liz Cheney did. She doesn't like the insurgent politics of Trump, so she followed the neocon/Rockefeller Republican pattern of joining with the far left to defeat an internal party rival.
That's not how coalition politics are supposed to work. How it's supposed to work is this: We argue amongst each other, we even primary each other. But, within our own coalition, we accept the results of majority rule. If an establishment candidate wins, fine, the insurgents' supporters support the establishment candidate -- reluctantly, of course, but they still support him.
And if the insurgent candidate wins, the establishment is required to accept the will of the majority and support that candidate. Again, reluctantly, but again, they still must support their coalition partners.
As many commenters always -- rightly -- point out: We're always accepting the need to put internal party fights aside at the general election, and we always wind up voting for the Shit Sandwich we opposed, based on the promise that if and when our guy ever wins, the Establishment Corporatist Neocons will support our guy.
But this promise is a lie. They never do support our guy.

Today’s blacklisted conservative: Lawyer who represented Trump fired by university
If you've ever said or written anything that supported Trump, and you work for a Democrat, your job is in jeopardy.
They’re coming for you next: A lawyer who both represented Trump in his legal challenges to the November 3rd vote count as well as gave a public speech in support of Trump has been fired by his university.
Chapman University President Daniele Struppa promptly denounced Eastman for engaging in constitutionally protected free speech. Struppa accused Eastman in a Jan. 8 statement of playing “a role in the tragic events in Washington, D.C., that jeopardized our democracy. … Eastman’s actions are in direct opposition to the values and beliefs of our institution. He has now put Chapman in the position of being publicly disparaged for the actions of a single faculty member, and for what many call my failure to punish and fire him,” Struppa wrote.
Struppa also said, “This week has also demonstrated that this country has a great deal of work to do for social justice and equity.”
Lisa Leitz, a professor of peace studies at Chapman, was one of 169 faculty members who signed an open letter addressed to the university demanding Eastman be fired. She told a local media outlet that Eastman’s appearance at the rally and his Trump campaign activities have damaged the university. “It associates us with a racist insurrection against the U.S. democracy, and it undermines the credibility of every faculty member,” she said.
On Jan. 13, Struppa announced that a settlement had been reached with Eastman and that he would be leaving his post “effective immediately.”
Trump nukes the bridge behind him
"With just one day left in President #Trump's term, Sec of State Pompeo has officially determined that #China's campaign of mass internment, forced labor & forced sterilisation of over 1 million Muslim minorities in #Xinjiang constitutes 'genocide' / 'crimes against humanity.'" https://t.co/ag2kgpEjyN

Hahahahahahaha!!!
This is one hell of a going away “fuck you” from Trump.
Biden will be forced to walk this back and apologize to China for personal profit OR will have explain why he is doing business and favorable trade relations with a genocidal nation.
This is a huge monkey wrench Trump threw into the Biden Inc. grift machine on his way out.
Biden Fails
So far, Biden has refused to halt a divisive impeachment, questioned the loyalty of the troops, sparked an immigration crisis, and surrender to China via energy policy. He hasn’t even started yet.
— Scott Adams (@ScottAdamsSays) January 18, 2021
The impeachment of a president who has already left office is an absurd notion, but here we are. Impeachment is the process to remove a sitting president, and as of tomorrow, that has been accomplished by the recent election. Impeachment removes a president when removal is urgent and the voters cannot do it. “Mr. Unity” Joe Biden remains mum on the damage this is doing to the institution as well as the country.
The reality is impeachment proceedings are just a smokescreen for all of the horrible things Biden and the Democrats will be doing via executive action and in the House during the early days of the administration. Biden’s handlers know that the press can’t quit President Trump. If any impeachment proceedings occur, it will be a feeding frenzy for the corporate media, whose hate for Trump has built a rent-free luxury condo in their heads. And their plans for the first 100 days will proceed with minimal scrutiny.
National Guard troops are patrolling a green zone around the Inauguration Day activities. News broke yesterday that the troops are actually being vetted for political affiliation as Democrats see our own military as a threat. The military leadership has been silent on this issue after they made it clear that the military was an apolitical institution when the media was whipped up and they thought President Trump would attempt a coup. Why they aren’t stepping up now is a legitimate question, and the implications for our rank-and-file troops are horrifying.
Caravans from Central America are already on the road, thanks to Biden’s comments on immigration policy. Articulating a policy of no deportations for the first 100 days and floating amnesty in public would predictably create a border crisis. And people who desire to come to this country are listening. A Honduran migrant told CNN Biden is giving people 100 days to get here and will help them all.
New York Times Says Deadly BLM Riots Were ‘Isolated Instances Of Property Destruction’ That GOP ‘Exaggerated’
In an attempt to justify the corporate media and Democrats’ sudden affection for rule of law after the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, the New York Times published an article on Sunday demonizing Republicans for raising issue with the Black Lives Matter riots.
In the article, the author, using language such as “unrest,” argues that the months of violence, chaos, looting, and damage caused in U.S. cities by rioters in the name of Black Lives Matter were simply “isolated instances of looting and property destruction” that the GOP “often exaggerated” and used for political gain in the November election.
There is a difference between the BLM riots and the riot at the Capitol. At the Capitol:
- No large screen TVs were "liberated."
- No building burned.
- No stores were vandalized.
- No cars were burned.
- The only person shot and killed was shot by the police.
- The press opposed the rioters.
Trump Gives Farewell Speech: ‘The Movement We Started Is Only Just Beginning’
President Donald Trump released his farewell speech on Tuesday afternoon, saying he will pray for the success of the forthcoming administration.
“We are—and must always be—a land of hope, of light, and of glory to all the world. This week we inaugurate a new administration and pray for its success in keeping America safe and prosperous,” Trump said. “We did what we came here to do—and so much more. Above all, we have reasserted the sacred idea that in America, the government answers to the people.”

The base of the left in the US is solidly affluent and/or mentally ill
Sarah Hoyt does a really great job of explaining the evil thing that has stolen our country.
They’ve spent…. 4 years cosplaying resistance, with yard signs and pins, and stunningbrave mouthing off, when no one was actually doing anything against them. Well, and that’s fine. That’s their style. The base of the left in the US is solidly affluent and/or mentally ill and often also indoctrinated into uselessness. They have a certain style. It ain’t good, but it plays in their limited circles and the structures they’ve captured. They know nothing about the world, but they can express it in convoluted sentences. They have no knowledge of world history, but they know the US is uniquely unjust.
So how else, were they supposed to “resist” a non existent threat but with stupid yard signs, the fist of communist oppression, and a bunch of ridiculous tautologies on a poster? That’s all they have. Though their paid for brownshirts are more destructive. But note they are destructive. Not constructive.
Either by natural mental and emotional inclination, or by indoctrination (which seemed to have that effect in many communist countries) they are not creative. In fact, they’re unable to find originality with two hands and a seeing eye dog, hence the rather bizarre products from traditional publishing and Hollywood which remind me more and more and Elizabethan preachers screaming opacity to the convinced and scared.
So. They’ve captured our institutions, and they hate us. They are going to make our life very difficult. They are going to throttle back our energy production, send our food to China, educate our children in a bizarre and distorted racist credo. They use worse propaganda against us than any country used against the enemy in any war.
They’ve convince ourselves we’re not fully human. That we’re disposable. That we don’t do anything worthwhile without their input.
Their plan for the “great reset” (And yes, it’s a thing. If you understand foreign languages, world leaders talk openly of it) is mentally retarded. Remember that video on how you own nothing, not even your living space and people use your living room for business meetings while you’re gone? Yeah. WHAT BUSINESS MEETINGS if no one is allowed to own anything, and we all have access to the same things?
The problem is the very very rich (and useless) who come up with these plans have never HAD to work. What they do is usually for the pleasure of ordering others around. They don’t even understand what’s in the minds of the normal human being who would rather sleep another hour but has to go to work and do the best he can so his children can have a better life.
The communist countries going completely and suddenly to shit and famine makes no sense to them. They’re sure this time they’ll do it better, and life will go on as always, but they will be able to tell everyone what to do and reap the rewards of everyone’s increased effort.
The Greatest Accomplishment Of Donald Trump
Trump was unabashed in his love of this Country. “Make America Great Again”, “Keep America Great” and “America First” all have one thing in common: America. Every Trump rally, every truck rally, every boat rally and every motorcycle rally was filled with happy patriots waving the American flag. Admit it, it felt so good to be proud of your country in public again.
Those are just the morale accomplishments. The actual accomplishments listed by the White House are breathtaking. Read them here.
The deregulation that opened up our economy to all would be enough for one term. The energy independence that Trump championed put money in American pockets and helped boost the economy, although it is soon to be overturned by the Green New Deal.
Trump moved our embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. This move was required as of 1999, under Bill Clinton. Every President since has promised to make this move. None did. Middle East war was predicted. Instead, Trump signed four more peace deals.
Let’s not forget the troops he brought home.
Even the formerly skeptical Dennis Prager thinks Donald Trump is a great President:

The Dutch government ended a completely peaceful protest with state violence
Dutch police blast angry anti-lockdown protestors with water cannon and charge them on horseback https://t.co/TIrncNi1xU
— Daily Mail Online (@MailOnline) January 18, 2021
Dutch police turned a water cannon on hundreds of anti-lockdown protestors who were taking part in a banned protest against the Dutch government and its tough coronavirus lockdown.
Police on horseback also moved in to break up the demonstration on a large square ringed by museums, including the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.
Amsterdam municipality said riot police took action to disperse the crowd because people weren’t adhering to social distancing measures.
Disease-carrying proles may be dispensed with using water canon and mounted police for the simple reason that their protests aren’t violent.
We regretfully expect that this method of stressing dissent from regular people will be copied by the Biden/Harris/Obama rulers.
THE ELECTIONS WERE SO FRAUD-FREE THAT MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AREN’T EVEN ALLOWED TO CRITICIZE:
Newly-elected Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, an ardent supporter of President Trump’s bid to expose voter and ballot fraud, has been punished by Twitter for blaming the defeat of two Georgia senators on state leaders for failing to “fix our elections.”
Twitter suspended key provisions of her Twitter account because, they said, she “violated” unexplained rules.
