I may be in the minority of those that believe the San Francisco vehicular murder (and attempted murders) were a jihad here and here but I am not alone. Not by a long shot.

I am glad to see that I'm not alone in believing this is a case of jihad.
I wanted to pass on to you what I found and wrote about this weekend that still makes me think this was jihad. I found a link to a police website (which I linked in my blog post). Apparently, a police source alleged Popal chanted Allah Akbar when taken into custody, plus that "member (or members) of a high ranking position, who directly or indirectly asked, suggested or ordered that this report not be written as a hate crime or as any sort of terrorist attempt."
