Back on August 27th, Time magazine reported on the death of an officer who had hit an obstruction while escorting President Bush as part of a motorcade. I wrote about their outrageous headline here. God rest all cops killed in the line of duty and be with their families. God curse those who'd use their deaths to make political statements.
