When is a tax not a tax?

And Obama insist it's not a tax.



But the Obama "Justice Department" is defending ObamaCare because it falls under Congress' power to tax.

Have we gotten to he point that different parts of the Obama administration can make diametrically opposed arguments and the MSM simply refuses to note it? Is the MSM so totally part of the Obama administration? Based on the evidence, the answer is YES.
