“And the question is whether or not we should be in a position where our—why can’t the experts say we know that this virus is in fact it’s going to be, or—excuse me—we know why all the drugs approved are not temporarily approved and but permanently approved. That’s underway too. I expect that to occur quickly” he said.

When the going gets tough, some crawl in bed and cry, and then share their feelings with a many people as possible. There are lots of words for such types, but none of them connote strength, much less heroism in the face of adversity. So, I had the check that the tweet below is not a hoax coming from some Macedonian content farm, but nope. You have to be part of a strange world in which such public declarations of cowardice, of pusillanimity, is something that you would proclaim to the passing strangers who read your sordid confession without the self-realization that normal people see you as a mewling baby in a fat man's body.

ONCE UPON A TIME

Long ago and far away, there used to be places called “Airports” where people would go and wait, and wait, and wait. Someday, children, I will tell you about why the people were waiting. But today, let’s talk about something else.

In these “Airports”, there were large numbers of what were called “TV Monitors” — you may even have seen one in a museum. But in those long ago days before the Fall, there were “TV monitors” everywhere in “Airports”, brought from a far-away land where a special race of people could make those wonderful devices. And there was a mysterious organization called CNN — but no-one knew what those letters meant. The “TV monitors” in the “Airports” would show pictures of people talking, and everyone waiting in the “Airport” would sit with their backs to the “TV monitors” and ignore what the people on CNN were saying.

There are many theories about why our ancestors would ignore CNN. Some speculate that the people on CNN spoke in a language that no-one could understand. Some believe that ignoring CNN was seen as a social duty. But the most likely theory is that CNN never existed — it was a myth. Certainly, our archaeologists and historians have never found any trace of CNN.

Tomorrow, children, we will discuss the legend of “Twitter”.

ATLANTA, GA—CNN host Brian Stelter blamed President Trump for the network's falling ratings Sunday, accusing the president of killing millions upon millions of people that otherwise might have tuned into CNN.

"If Trump weren't killing off most of America by the millions, we'd still have a pretty solid viewer base," Stelter bellowed at the three viewers watching Reliable Sources. "Airports, lobbies, waiting rooms, and gas station pumps are now playing CNN to absolutely no one, since Trump has killed them all."

A guest on Stelter's show suggested that Trump has killed more people than Hitler, Mao, and Stalin put together, and Stelter had to agree. "I'd probably put his death count at somewhere near 7.7 billion," he said after doing some simple math on one of those giant novelty calculators he keeps handy for such an occasion. "We can't overstate the damage this president has done to this once-great news station."

Jim Acosta has the sadz. The untalented little man who rudely shouts unimportant questions at important people while in the employ of the ninth most trusted name in news out of ten, got heckled at a Trump rally in Tampa, Florida. Sad panda. The hecklers chanted "CNN sucks," which, okay, is true, but they were none too polite about it.

Acosta didn't like it. He reported, "Honestly, it felt like we weren’t in America anymore."

But, like virtually everything Acosta reports, this is just a reflection of his small-minded biases. The fact is, having a group of people scream at you and denigrate you is exactly what it feels like to be in America — if you don't happen to be a coastal elite. It has felt this way for the last twenty years at least. Every television show you watch, every movie, every woman's magazine, every comedian, and, yes, every news program tells you you suck. Your country sucks. Your culture sucks. Your religion and your morals suck. And you personally are one of those dumb-ass racists who clings to his Bible and talks funny.
