A Legal System Corrupted
I’ve always had great respect for our legal system. It’s as good as any of which I’m aware. No, I’m not naive. I’m fully aware that every institution depends on the competence and integrity of those involved and that means sometimes decisions are rendered that are wrong -- muddy thinking and sometimes corrupt judges; self-seeking prosecutors; incompetent counsel; bad and poorly written laws; false testimony by liars -- all contribute now and then to unjust resolutions. But in recent years, my faith has been even more badly shaken by continued and obvious corruption all the way down the line.
This week there are three instances that confirm my belief that something is seriously amiss in our justice system:
The FBI’s hidden and far-too-tardy acknowledgment that the Bernie Sanders supporter who tried to murder the Republican House leadership in 2017 was a domestic terrorist.
The continued mistreatment (overcharging and continued solitary confinement) of several of the January 6 Capitol demonstrators compounded by the officials’ lies about it and the Department of Justice’s refusal to make available to the public the videos of that event.
And a claim by one of the three defendants in the George Floyd case that a key witness in the Chauvin trial had been improperly coerced to change his testimony and the prosecution (the Minnesota attorney general’s office) did nothing to inform the defense of the interactions the defendant asserts were coercive.

Courts Repeatedly Refused To Consider Trump’s Election Claims On The Merits
The Judiciary failed us in what was probably the most important election of the century. This is important not just because of the result, but the procedure by which the result was obtained. The Judiciary is revealed as corrupt and lacks the stature and esteem we give judges. Note that 31 Missouri Judges Recuse Themselves from Lawsuit Alleging Family Court Guardians and Psychologists Orchestrated Money-Making Scheme
Courts Repeatedly Refused To Consider Trump’s Election Claims On The Merits...In the end, should we be surprised that voters retain a strong sense of skepticism over the outcome of the presidential election? That a man who largely campaigned from his basement, who exhibited signs of age-related mental decline, could handily defeat a vigorous incumbent who drew immense crowds is naturally hard to believe.
The election of 2020, which included more than 155 million votes, was decided by approximately 300,000 votes in six states, or 0.2 percent of the electorate, all of which came by an unnatural flip of results late on election night. Despite judges’ repeated hand-wringing that any court action would disenfranchise millions of voters, the reality is that millions of others may have been disenfranchised, and they instinctively suspect so.
The one thing many voters seem to have learned through the legal chaos is that it’s easier to commit election violations than to stop them. So the electorate remains divided—even after “86 election cases.”
Read the whole thing and you'll have an answer when people tell you that 86 election cases decide that the election was fair.

Great Balls of Fire! Judges Gone Wild in the Missouri Judiciary Make Telenovelas Look Humdrum
Since the report of St. Louis County Circuit Court Judge Nicole Zellweger’s courtroom abuses became public, PJ Media has received a flood of emails from other victims claiming similar treatment at the hands of St. Louis County judges, guardians ad litem (GAL), psychologists, and other court-appointed officials.
One of the letters we received alleges a familiar tale starring GAL Elaine Pudlowski, Esq. who is being sued for her role in what looks like massive collusion and corruption that harms families. Pudlowski is featured in Part 2 and Part 3 of this investigation.
I would like to thank you for your hard work with the article involving family courts. It has been corrupt for many years and there has been little anybody has been able to do. I have asked in cases many times that microphones be turned on or I be allowed to record what was being said. Always told no! Then when you bring up what was said you are told “I would never say that.” Ms. Pudlowski advised my attorney for me to settle my custody battle before things got out of hand. Before she did that I was charged over $2,000 for a home visit, where she spent less than 10 minutes at the house. Judge Beach is the one who ordered it, and forced me to pay for it.
In St. Charles County Judge Burlison made a statement that her job was to make sure the guardian was being paid. She forced a psychological evaluation on me and then tried to force me to pay for it. I had to pull the same MO Supreme Court Ruling she used to do it to keep from paying for it.
I have several stories over this and child support (an even worse system to deal with).
Judge Douglas Beach and Judge Erin Burlison have skeletons in their closets, too. For instance, Beach is a former judge on the St. Louis County Circuit Court and now works at JAMS, a mediation company that Zellweger orders petitioners in her courtroom to use at the exorbitant price of $1,200 down and $450 an hour. A whistleblower attorney in St. Louis contacted PJ Media confidentially to tell the public what is really happening in St. Louis courts. This attorney with ten years of experience told PJM, “If a litigant cannot pay the amount ordered, a judge has contempt power to strike all the litigant’s pleadings from a case.” In other words, if you can’t pay for justice, you aren’t getting it. Is that what you thought justice was in America? Due process in Saint Louis County appears to be gasping for its last breath, if not dead.
