Lindsey Graham: I Have Reason to Believe I Was Surveilled, and Maybe Unmasked, by the Obama Administration

Graham clarifies that while he has reason to believe he was surveilled, and allows that was probably incidental, he doesn't know if he was also unmasked -- which is what he's really asking about.

But do note that in his quote, he says he has reason to believe he was unmasked, too.

Not sure which is the claim he's actually making.
