A stunning confession from a Deep State member subverting the constitutional republic

Top former top CIA official - John McLaughlin - openly states that the CIA "is not in the chain of command."  That's stunning.


What he is saying is that the CIA can't be changed by the will of the people via elections. It's not responsive to the electorate.  It's actually a rogue agency. This is admitted by the people who led it!
