The details of the takeout of Osama continues to evolve as days pass. Monday morning, we took notice in the Comments of the President’s phrasing in the announcement. He said, “After a firefight, they killed Osama Bin Laden and took custody of his body.” That phrasing seems to be confirmed by new reports that Osama was unarmed when he died. Will the perception of a political assassination grow in the streets of the Middle East? What will be the result in an area where scores died in protests over cartoons?

It reinforces the theory that Obama wanted to make sure that Osama could not arrive in American custody alive.
