Perry has also been notoriously weak on illegal immigration. Illegal immigrants receive state aid for tuition, among other things. I hate to point anyone towards The Huffington Post, but they link to Tancredo's Politico op-ed and more:

In as much as he is not Obama, I've already voted for Perry. But that's sort of a lame way to get out of our present mess.
