Reminds me of something which happened at a Tea Party demonstration several years ago. The MSM reporters pointed out a particular flag, and assured the audience that it "had something to do with white supremacy." Actually, it was the Tennessee state flag. One of many state flags proudly flown. Their "reporting" got considerable coverage here, ranging from amused to bitter, but so far as I know they never corrected that report.
