Soviet Censorship - American Censorship

This is an example of the way in which people were removed from history if they fell out of favor with the Soviet leadership under Stalin. A good example of censorship in the USSR.

In the US we have other examples. Here, people are not killed and their pictures removed, they are simply placed on a blacklist like the Washington Post maintains, and their letters are not printed, their views are not given published and they and their beliefs are made to seem "fringe" or "marginal." Thus the MSM defines who and what are "mainstream."

Thanks to the Internet, the media monopoly is breaking and many voices formerly shoved down the "memory hole" are being heard; at first faintly, and gradually more loudly.
