Should Arizona have the right to pull the plug on L.A. if the city goes through its boycott?

Not only do people support the Arizona law, but the vast majority are ready to put their thumb in the eye of the Los Angeles city council who voted to boycott Arizona. It seems that Obama, the President of Mexico and the MFM are a small, extreme, shrill minority.
