Some victims are more equal than others.

 

If I were a real MAGA extremist, I’d be able to tell you about a specific murder trend happening in America right now, but I don’t want to get on the FBI terror watch list. 

What I can tell you is this: we are living in a real-life version of The Purge. Murders are up at least 44 percent in two years.  

For over two years, we heard a long list of murder victims shouted on TV every day. I know by heart the names and murder circumstances of Breonna Taylor, Trayvon Martin, Ahmaud Arbury, George Floyd, Tamir Rice, Eric Garner, and many others. 

This new trend is a little different. In fact, I couldn’t help noticing that some particularly gruesome recent killings have been met with a strangely subdued reaction by the mainstream media. Which is weird, because silence is violence....

The only murders that seem to get the big headlines—the ones that trigger tweets from important people like Mark Ruffalo and Katy Perry and LeBron James—are those that involve white school shooters and white police officers. America’s other victims simply do not matter. Another fifty shot in Chicago? That’s just another way to say Saturday. The guns did it, we must hunt down the guns that did it!

When you are a dead member of the out group, your depraved rape and murder gets a shrug and an eye roll, if you’re lucky. ...

There were no rallies, marches, or protests in honor of Eliza Fletcher or Brianna Kupfer. No one bothered to organize a commemorative riot, or even host an honorary CVS looting in their names. No Target was ceremoniously burned to the ground in her honor. No one screamed “SAY HER NAME!” at a candlelight vigil attended by weeping mayors and city officials. No t-shirts were printed up with their faces on them. The President and Vice President stayed silent. Nancy Pelosi did not kneel for two minutes in silence in the halls of congress. No one held a press conference and said, “Brianna Kupfer looked like she could be my daughter.” 

It’s hard to protest a crime if you don’t know who to blame. As I tweeted, feminists are already blaming Eliza Fletcher’s death on toxic masculinity. But female joggers are not catcalled and killed by men angry that you are exercising in shorts. They are killed by violent rapists fresh out of jail looking for easy targets. ...

Virginian Pilot Blames Racism for Everything

 

The headline: Prayer vigils are being held across Hampton Roads in response to racially motivated shootings nationwide

But that's a lie.  When a young Hispanic man enters a mostly Hispanic grade school in Texas and kills nearly 20 people, you have to be racially obsessed, like the people who write and edit the Virginian Pilot to attribute that horrific crime to racism.  When a mentally deranged white boy who identifies as a radical Leftist kills ten people in a Black neighborhood in Buffalo, people obsessed with skin color scream "racism" instead of mental illness.  When an ethnic Chinese man enters a Church in California and begins shooting other Chinese people the cry goes out from the races-obsessed that "it's racism."

The writer of the article is Caitlyn Burchett and she identifies as a Staff Writer.  She's young, white, and appears race-obsessed.  Like many on the Left, she's busy stoking the fires of racism.

I will lose many friends over what I'm about to say.

I will possibly be called a racist or even a white supremacist (even though I'm a brown man, who's been beaten to a pulp by neo-Nazis wearing steel toed boots).

But maybe, just maybe, the fact that I am getting 100% of my information from the black scholars in the picture - The Great Thomas Sowell, Glenn Loury, Shelby Steele, John McWorther, Coleman Hughes, Kmele Foster and Thomas Chatterton Williams, allows me some room for thought?

I’ve been watching the narrative play universally over the heinous killing of George Floyd, and the complete and utter lack of facts about African Americans in The US has been infuriating.

Unfortunately, anyone who doesn’t submit to the dominant narrative will be called a heretic, a racist, a whites supremacist etc. Still, I can’t stop myself.

Trump Support from Black Voters Up Despite Media and Democrat Smears

Many in the Democratic Party aren't sure if Biden is "woke" enough. He's an old, establishment white man. He's not black. He's not even a minority. He's not gay, insisting on only whispering into the ears of cis females.

But Biden was able to produce some evidence that he knows at least one black man.

Democrat Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax has a problem

Fairfax has been accused by several women of sexual assault.

He denies it; not the sex, but that he assaulted the women.

He's still in office, as is Ralph Northam who wore either blackface or a KKK Klan hood (It's hard to tell) and called for killing babies after they were born. The racial insensitivity caused a very brief uproar in the MSM ... the baby killing not at all.  Northam is also still in office.

The Democrats are a forgiving bunch, but they are a little shy.

In January and February, a trio of scandals rocked the leadership of the Virginia Democratic Party. Gov. Ralph Northam (D-Va.) and Attorney General Mark Herring (D-Va.) both had blackface photos surface. Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax faced multiple allegations of sexual assault, including one instance at the Democratic National Convention where he allegedly pressured a woman into oral sex. While Fairfax has denied the allegations, the Democratic Party snubbed him recently, and Twitter mocked the logo for his PAC, wrongfully thinking the logo was new.

On April 1, Fairfax reached out to the Democratic Party of Virginia, offering a $2,500 donation for the party's Blue Commonwealth Gala in June. The party rejected his donation

Elizabeth Warren, Rachel Dolezal, Beto O’Rourke — what’s up with all the ethnic play-acting? Isn’t cultural appropriation supposed to be a bad thing among progressives? Isn’t blackface (and brownface) supposed to be an unforgivable sin?

If a fraternity at a big state university had made the kind of mockery of Native Americans that Senator Warren has, it would be kicked off campus — and no pleas about a vague and mysterious “Cherokee princess” way back in the lost ages of the family history would save them.

Senator Warren is the main offender of the moment, a significantly-whiter-than-the-average-white-woman white woman who has for years been masquerading as a Native American, telling transparent bumfodder stories about how her parents had to elope because her mother was part Cherokee and part Delaware, an obvious attempt to claim some of that victimhood juice secondhand. She allowed herself to be advertised as a woman of color by Harvard, happy in the coincidence that “her major professional advances — to the University of Pennsylvania and then to Harvard — came after she began formally identifying as Native American, a distant descendant of Cherokee and Delaware tribes,” as the Boston Globe put it.

Warren, previously a mostly obscure academic and an author of dopey self-help books — The Ultimate Lifetime Money Plan — needed a little extra kick to stand out from the crowd of sanctimonious white ladies who rest like a dollop of low-fat sour cream atop the nation’s educational institutions. And so she went all in on her fictitious Indian ancestry: You’ll remember the recipe for “Pow-Wow Chow” and other “Indian” dishes plagiarized from the New York Times....

Identity politics is generally goofy and often trivial, but this is no trivial thing: The Cherokee Nation is a separate sovereign nation, with the rights and dignity that implies. It deserves to be treated with respect, not used as a prop by an ambitious low-rent hustler from Oklahoma.

White people did some pretty rotten things to the Indians over the years. But making them take Elizabeth Warren on top of it? That’s just mean....

But Senator Warren has not dug into Cherokee history, language, or culture. She simply used the fiction of her Cherokee identity to get something she wanted — a little political leg up on the rest of the sanctimonious white ladies. That’s cheap, vulgar, and wrong — and the Cherokee are right to be annoyed by it. And if Texas Democrats really want a Hispanic name on the ballot to put up against Senator Cruz, then they might consider — here’s a radical thought! — nominating someone of Hispanic heritage as their candidate. As for Rachel Dolezal — my best guess is that being Rachel Dolezal is its own punishment.

Fixated on Race New York City’s new schools chancellor seems to care only about demographic representation in the classroom.

Carranza made it clear before he arrived that his principal interest is ethnic equilibrium in the nation’s largest public school system, not achieving positive, across-the-board performance outcomes. The system has some bright spots—they’re moving center stage as the chancellor’s obsession with “integration” unfolds—but New York’s schools in general are a mess. As recently as two years ago, 420 of the city’s 525 high schools had prepared fewer than half of their graduates for college or a career.

The once admirable Racial Equality movement in America has regrettably transformed itself within a mere 50 years into a Racial Inequity in Perpetuity Movement

I once thought, when I was drowned deep in the somnambulant 60s dreams of racial equality, that we could — as people of good will working together — achieve the dream of Dr. King. Now I know it is nothing but a chimera. The truth is that good seldom overcomes greed and there is simply too much money to be made and to many jobs to be handed out by the Racial Grievance Industry of America.

The once admirable Racial Equality movement in America has regrettably transformed itself within a mere 50 years into a Racial Inequity in Perpetuity Movement, and is probably more entrenched than a government bureaucracy — especially since many government bureaus and employees have a role in it. As a result, there is no sense in yearning any longer for a raceless or classless America.

The control of words and images by the Race Hustlers of America ensures that that day will never come about no matter how much the people yearn for it. As long as the cheap mouthpieces of a faux ghetto identity strut and fret their weary wares upon the stage of our corrupted culture, as long as there is one grill left to be set on one pair of greedy teeth, as long as the Holy Grail of a Big Reparations Check is dangled in front of all those that hold within their genes a single sequence of African DNA, the Race Hustling Religion of America will never fold up its tents and steal away. It is just too much of a Gold Cash Calf to walk away from.

Black unemployment rate falls to lowest on record

Good news.

The unemployment rate for black workers fell to the lowest rate on record in December, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday.

The rate fell from 7.2 percent to 6.8 percent in the month, beating the previous low of 7 percent set in April 2000. The bureau has data going back to 1972.

Trump asked Black Americans to vote for him: "what have you got to lose?"

One thing Black Americans are losing is dependence on welfare and government programs.

This is how media bias operates. The chief interest of news editors in regard to crime stories is whether they can be exploited to advance the Democrat Party narrative. Thus, the 2012 shooting of Treyvon Martin was 24/7 on CNN, whereas the more than 500 murders in Chicago that same year?

Crickets chirping.

It was the same way with coverage of the 1998 Matthew Shepard murder, which was exploited to dramatize the evils of homophobia in the same way the Treyvon Martin case was used to dramatize racism. Subsequent reporting, after the Shepard case had stopped making headlines, showed that homophobia wasn't really the motive. Bu what mattered was that the story fit the Democrat narrative about "hate," and this was the only reason the Shepard murder was publicized so heavily, in a nation where there were nearly 17,000 murders that year.

Or consider Rolling Stone's infamous 2014 University of Virginia gang-rape hoax. This story was intended to dramatize the claims of activists that there was an "epidemic" of sexual assault on campus. This was a central agenda item for the feminist movement at a time when Hillary Clinton was preparing her campaign to become the first woman president. The fact that the story was a hoax -- that an emotionally disturbed UVA student had literally invented a fictional rapist named "Haven Monahan" -- demonstrated the willingness of many people in the media to publish anything that would advance the Democrat Party's agenda.

Here we are, three years later, and you have a case that would seem tailor-made for the liberal media -- two black lesbians murdered in cold blood, along with two children -- but is this being discussed 24/7 on CNN? No. Why not? Because the suspects in this heinous murder are black, and therefore the story doesn't fit the agenda.

Do you wonder why the legacy media are such puzzled otherworldly twits? Why, for example, they had no idea what was happening in the recent election? Why they seem to know so very little about America or much of anything else?

Some thoughts from a guy who spent a career in the racket:

Ask journalists when they were last in a truck stop on an Interstate, last in Boone, North Carolina or Barstow, California or any of thousands of such towns across the country. Ask whether they were in the military, whether they have ever talked to a cop or an ambulance crewman or a fireman. Ask whether they have a Mexican friend, when they last ate in a restaurant where a majority of the customers were black. Whether they know an enlisted man, or anyone in the armed services. Whether they have hitchhiked overnight, baited a hook, hunted, or fired a rifle. Whether they have ever worked washing dishes, harvesting crops, driving a delivery truck. Whether they have a blue-collar friend. Know what the Texas Two-Step is, have been in a biker bar.

Now do you see why Trump surprised them?

Next, ask how many went to fancy schools like Oberlin, Swarthmore, Amherst, the Ivies, Bard. Ask how many even know someone who graduated from a land-grant school. Ask whether they know an engineer.

Now look at how much they write about each other for each other. Look at the endless coverage of what Maddow said about what Hannity thought about O’Reilly’s harassment of soft-porn star Megyn and how much she might make at CNN. Ask how much time they spend comparing ratings. They are fascinated by themselves.

In a curious process of self-delusion, they imagine a world that doesn’t exist and then try to live in it. For example, they don’t know what cops face in the ghetto because they have never been in the ghetto and don’t know any cops. They dismiss anyone who tells them that things are not as they think. Their confidence is invincible, for do not all their friends say the same things?

Their ideological attachment to political correctness is–obviously–strong. This is particularly stark with respect to race. Week after week, year after year, we read on the internet of whites beaten, burned, punched, of stores looted by flash mobs and wrecked in brawls. The perpetrators are always “teens” or “troubled youths.” If you ask reporters why they never mention race, they say things like “race is irrelevant. A crime is a crime.” But let a white cop shoot a black attacker, and nothing matters except race–not truth, guilt or innocence.

They see no hypocrisy in this....

That’s why the mainstream media are largely vapid and predictable. It is why the internet, not bound by political correctness or controlled by corporations, able to specialize, to serve intelligent readers, is now primary.

The Real ‘War on Women’

Guess who doesn’t care about “rape culture?”

In March 2017, a 15-year-old girl in Chicago was lured into a basement and gang-raped by five to six males.

The girl was threatened with a pit bull if she tried to flee; she was picked up and thrown around. One of the participants live-streamed the rape on Facebook. So far, two boys, 15- and 14-years-old, have been arrested in the attack. The 15-year-old slapped the girl in the head while she was performing oral sex on him. Up to 40 people watched the rape live; none reported it to the police or to Facebook.

Since then, threats, taunts, social-media bullying, and physical assaults have been directed at . . . the victim and her family, not at the rapists. A group of girls beat the victim’s twelve-year-old sister last week, reports DNA Info Chicago. One of the girl’s attackers said: “Why [did] you send my brother to jail,” according to her mother. You want to see an example of “blaming the victim?” This is it. People ring the family’s doorbell and surround the home in a menacing way, the girl’s mother has told the Chicago Tribune. The victim has been moved to an undisclosed location to escape the constant insults and bullying, but the family has not yet raised enough money through a GoFundMe campaign to follow her.

Critics of campus feminists regularly suggest that if those alleged defenders of women’s rights and safety really want to upend “rape culture,” they might move to Afghanistan or Somalia. So far, no gender-studies professor seems to have taken up the suggestion. But here is a less demanding sojourn. Go to the inner city and confront the routine misogyny and violence directed at females, often by other females.

Last week, a social-media inspired fight broke out among girls at a suburban Philadelphia high school that injured half a dozen faculty members and three security officers. One female teacher was knocked unconscious; other teacher injuries included a dislocated shoulder and concussions. Teachers polled in a February 2017 “climate survey” at the school described endemic student violence and lawlessness, reports Philly.com.

Last year, a 17-year-old girl from Coney Island, Tajae Warner, was beaten to death by a group of teens led by 18-year-old Sabrina Agard-Ford; Ford’s blow knocked Warner out and she entered a fatal coma after hitting her head on the pavement.

Yet the Left continues to pump out a series of interlocking lies: that “rape culture” is a product of Western civilization exclusively, practiced primarily by heterosexual white males, and its most egregious seat is the pacific American college campus; that minorities are victimized predominantly by white racists; that police presence and proactive tactics in minority neighborhoods are a function of bias, not crime; that disparate racial rates of school discipline reveal teacher bias; that the disciplining of black girls, in particular, constitutes racial injustice.

The Left gets away with these lies because of the virtual taboo on the reporting of inner-city dysfunction.

This Sunday, a mass shooting broke out in Chicago at a memorial for a Hispanic gang member shot and killed hours earlier. Two masked men with rifles opened fire on the crowd gathered at the shrine, killing a woman and man and wounding eight others, reports DNA Info Chicago. The national media barely cocked an eye.

Last year in Chicago, 4,300 people were shot, one person every two hours, including two dozen children under the age of twelve. Had the victims been white, there would have been a revolution. But because the victims were overwhelmingly black, no one pays attention, both out of a reluctance to call attention to black crime and out of an unspoken assumption on the part of the media that that is simply what black people do.

Not surprisingly, this attitude is shared by the editors of the Virginian Pilot.
