Obama's crude rhetoric targets BP, hits state pensions

The "evil scum" who own BP include the New Jersey Division of Investment (51 million shares), and dozens of other pension funds.  Maybe it was not unintended.  When you're obsessed with wrecking the economy so you can start over, this may be a good way.
