This scumbag with the thorax grocery bags is walking around in a classroom and the liberal administration cannot bring itself to say, “No, you can’t dress as a bizarre fetish porn character in our classrooms. Any sane person would do that, but by refusing to push back on any demand by any weirdo with an agenda and a gripe, the Democrats are trapped. They cannot say “No."

I found it horrifying how pomo relativism around the concept of truth and reality has infected the general population as evidenced by the man on the street interviews where people constantly devolved to truthiness when asked what a woman is. It is the priestly class however that take biological denialism to an entirely different level. An interesting philosophical concept was advanced by Carl Truman that gender ideology is the end result of making personal happiness the main pursuit of life, a goal reinforced by Hollywood, social media and culture. Academia, however, is the taproot of the weed, the intellectual cover, for what is rather regressive thinking.

Almost exactly five years ago I spent a most agreeable day in Stavenger, Norway, with an utterly delightful lady who was training the Afghan refugees how to be Cary Grant. Since the lads from the Hindu Kush had shown up there had been a sudden uptick in sexual assaults because of misunderstood cultural signals: the nice multiculti Nordic blonde would flash a welcoming smile at the exotic youth from Mazar-i-Sharif and he would respond by dragging her into the undergrowth and ripping her knickers off.

My friend was instructing the young gentlemen in the finer points of the more circuitous approach: "Would you like to come back to my pad and listen to my Lionel Richie CD?", etc. At the end of the afternoon, she asked me, "Well, do you think this is working?"

She was a charming companion, and I was doing my best Cary Grant myself. But I was not unsympathetic to the young Mohammedans. You leave a society where it is forbidden to look upon a woman from outside your family unless she's wearing the mandatory body bag. And you land in a country where the women are perambulating down the sidewalk in cut-off shorts and halter tops: it's legs, arms, cleavage everywhere you look.

And you're expected to suppress every inclination because the people who dropped you on that street from the other side of the world are so impenetrably stupid that the core tenet of their state religion of "multiculturalism" is that all cultures are basically the same.

So, as in 2016, to modify Queen Victoria's apocryphal advice, lie back and think of Jalalabad.

You know, all these differing rules about how we are supposed to react to #MeToo stuff seems really complex and difficult, since they change based on the ideology of the alleged pervert, but it’s really simple if you just understand one simple thing.

The liberal outrage is all a lie and a scam.

They don’t give a damn about women getting treated like garbage. Not even a little. They just want to leverage bogus claims of #MeToo accusations against conservatives like Brett Kavanaugh for cheap political advantage. That’s why when a Democrat does it – and they know he’s doing it – all you hear is the sound of silence and complicity.

Being a Democrat means free passes for making passes, or worse. Everyone knew Bill Clinton was a scumbag – even now his wrinkly carcass is probably soaking in a hot tub with a couple of exotic dancers on loan from The Gilded Pastie. Not even Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit cares. She’s got her Chardonnay and her Twitter account where she can chuckle about the pandemic and imagine that if she had remembered Wisconsin and was president, she would have ordered a million new ventilators back in August because she’s smart.

And everyone knew that sauced harpy’s donor and pal Harvey – hell, he was every liberal’s donor and pal – was leaving no starlet unturned out. Weinstein fell not because liberals were outraged but because he was on the losing side of an internal power struggle against the old guard elite within liberalism. Suddenly, overnight, Harvey’s wink-wink nudge-nudge quirks turned from awards show joke fodder into something sinister. But his behavior never changed.

And the same goes for Jeffrey Epstein, who didn’t kill himself.

Liberals don’t care until they are forced to care. And even then they only pretend to care.

Let us note that two women wrote a story about somebody pushing someone else's penis in the hand of a third person.  These women are obviously, blindingly ignorant about male sexual organs.

How can anyone, let alone two or more people, "push" a man's penis into another person's hand? Just how big is Brett Kavanaugh's penis, anyway? Wouldn't a man's penis, if it were able to be "pushed" by one's friends into third parties, need to be erect and at least 3 feet long? Don't push my penis, bro!

That is, it made it into a morality crusade rather than a matter of coercion and exploitation,” said the law professor, who added that President Trump has changed the way in which people view reports of sexual assault.

There are so many things that we would never have learned if Hillary had been elected President incuding the use of the FBI, CIA and DOJ to spy on a Republican Preidential campaign.

If Hillary were President, the #MeToo movement would not exist.

And classically, infuriatingly, this episode and its aftermath exposes, once again, the trademark Clinton failure to take personal responsibility; the allergy to owning up to error; the refusal to cede any ground, no less apologize; the incessant double-standarding, with different, more forgiving rules for the Clintons and their loyalists.

Why should she take responsibility when she has millions of loyal followers and the entire news media who will provide cover for her?

How’d he get away with it for so long?

This could be a question about Harvey Weinstein - it's not - but it's about so many of those who have abused others.

At the risk of coming across as prurient, or perhaps just over-inquisitive, I always want to know what the perp actually did in these cases. What Larry Nassar did was, he touched the breasts and private parts of young girls while examining them, including three who were younger than thirteen, and penetrated them with his finger, all against their will.

My question: Nassar was doing the stuff he was doing for twenty-five years. How’d he get away with it for so long?

Part of the answer, I’m sure, is the same as the answer to the same question in the matter of show business sexual harassment. In both cases there was a thing that the harassees wanted very, very badly —so badly that they, or in the case of younger victims, more likely their parents—might have considered that submitting to harassment or molestation was a price worth paying for that thing.

In the showbiz cases the thing wanted was a movie part; in Nassar’s case, a shot at competing in the Olympics.

And then this:

Nassar was convicted just last month in federal court on charges related to possessing, creating, and destroying child pornography. For that federal conviction he got a sixty-year sentence, of which under federal rules he will have to serve fifty-five years.

Obviously, this is a nasty creepy guy. There’s no making excuses for Larry Nassar. The news story does, though, tell us something about our strange times, and about the disturbing level of unreasoning feminized hysteria in society today. If you don’t know the etymology of the word “hysteria,” I’ll pause a moment while you look it up in your Funk & Wagnalls … okay.

First, the sentence. The state judge, name of Rosemarie Aquilina ../ gave Larry Nassar 40 to 175 years on the molestation charges. I’m not clear how that sentence is structured or how many years he is likely to serve, but it sure looks like decades.

And that, according to the judge, is after he’s served the sixty-year federal sentence.

Sixty plus 175 is 235. Two hundred and thirty-five years—longer than the entire history of our republic. You don’t have to be a fan of pedophilia to wonder if that isn’t disproportionate.

Two hundred and thirty-five years? For crimes in which no-one was killed, maimed, battered or disfigured, and nothing was stolen? How much time does your average murderer serve nowadays, or arsonist, or rapist—a rapist, I mean, who employs more than his finger?

Again, I’m not making excuses for Nassar. He’s a loathsome creep. He should certainly have been fired from his job, stripped of his medical license, and put on some federal register—I’m pretty sure there is one—to ensure that he could never again be alone with young girls anywhere in the U.S.A.

Jail time? Yes; if I were sentencing I’d give him five to ten on all the charges combined. But two hundred and thirty-five years? Come on.

Reading the news story and looking at the accompanying pictures, it’s clear that the courtroom was fogged up with estrogen vapours. The sentencing judge disgraced her profession, wrapping her sentence in a preening, gloating, vindictive diatribe. Here’s the low point.

Hey, what do we hire judges for, if not to let loose with their violent vengeance fantasies on nationwide TV?

The judge’s theatricals were supported by a weeping, ululating Greek Chorus of women that Nassar had molested. They’d spent four days sobbing their way through victim impact statements in the courtroom.

Once again for emphasis: Larry Nassar is a disgusting pervert, if we’re still allowed to say “pervert,” and I’d have sent him down for five to ten with a clear conscience. I just don’t agree that what he did was as sensationally horrible as the court, and my New York Post, were making it out to be.

I know I’m a geezer and out of touch, but in my generation, unless you were spectacularly ugly, you didn’t make it through childhood and adolescence without an occasional pervert coming on at you. It’s not an uncommon thing in the world, and I’m dubious about the claims of permanent mental distress. That Greek chorus in the courtroom keening about their victimhood looked pretty healthy, when they removed their hankies from their eyes long enough for you to get a look at them.

But of course we are in a feminist moment, and keening about victimhood is what every red-blooded American girl is encouraged to do nowadays. I note that not only the judge but also the prosecuting attorneys were females; so was the judge in last month’s federal case.

Rape trial falls apart after accuser’s 40,000 texts are revealed

This is what happens when we are told we must believe the woman.

A student has described going through “mental torture” after a rape case against him was thrown out in court because police had failed to hand over more than 40,000 messages from his accuser.

Liam Allan, 22, faced up to ten years in jail charged with six counts of rape and six counts of sexual assault against a young woman over a 14-month period that began when he was 19.

The criminology student at Greenwich University had spent nearly two years on bail and three days in Croydon Crown Court when the trial was stopped in a dramatic fashion after it emerged police officers had failed to hand over evidence that proved his innocence.

The alleged victim had claimed she did not enjoy sex, while Mr Allan claimed it was consensual and she was acting maliciously because he refused to see her after he returned to university.

Now, the judge has called for an inquiry at the “very highest level” to understand why police failed to hand over critical evidence including 40,000 messages from the accuser to Mr Allan and friends.

The messages showed how she had continually messaged Mr Allan for “casual sex”, said how much she enjoyed it and discussed fantasies of violent sex and rape, The Times reports....

“I can’t explain the mental torture of the past two years. … I feel betrayed by the system which I had believed would do the right thing, the system I want to work in.”

The life-changing discovery was made at the 11th hour when a new prosecutor, Jerry Hayes, took over the case one day before the trial began and ordered police to hand over records — including a computer disk that contained 40,000 messages.

Mr Allan’s lawyers had already sought access to the accusers’s telephone records and messages but their requests were denied on the basis there was nothing of interest in them.

This looks like a deliberate attempt to railroad an innocnet man.

When Cronyism Met Political Correctness at the University of Texas

UT, like almost all universities, investigates allegations of sexual assault on campus using Department of Education procedures that George Mason University law professor David Bernstein has described as “kangaroo-ish” in nature. This is not entirely UT’s fault. Under President Obama, the Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights weaponized Title IX—the 1972 law intended simply to prohibit sex discrimination by universities receiving federal funding—to force schools to adopt student disciplinary codes denying due process to students accused of sexual misconduct.

That was the setting when two UT sophomores went on a date in the spring of 2016. (The account that follows is based on press reports of the subsequent litigation). A woman (referred to only as “Jane Roe”) invited a man (“John Doe”) to her sorority’s afternoon boat party on Lake Austin, which was to be followed by a sorority formal that evening. While the couple attended the boat party, Roe consumed five glasses of sangria.

An astounding performance, in which the first woman Speaker in American history goes to bat for a credibly accused harasser in the midst of a cultural revolution about stopping sexual misconduct by powerful men. She’s getting shredded for it on social media this morning too, and not just by Republicans.

Her spin is all over the map. The clip picks up after she’s called for “zero tolerance” of sexual misconduct in Congress. What about John Conyers, retorts Chuck Todd? Hey, hey, hey, says Pelosi — the man’s an icon. There are only one or two accusers. And he’s entitled to due process. Uh, he settled with his accuser, Todd reminds her, and he got to hide that settlement. Why should he get more due process after that? I’m confident Conyers will do the right thing, she tries to reassure him. And what’s the right thing, Todd presses her? Whatever’s right under the facts, Pelosi says. Do you believe the accusers, Todd finally asks her — the fateful question as “Pervnado” sweeps across America. She won’t say yes

Gosh, I sure hope we don’t come to find out that Conyers’s behavior with women staffers has been an open secret on the Hill for decades and that his friend Nancy has heard the rumors for 30 years. What a legacy that would be for her, petrified to use her authority as Democratic leader to purge the gropers in her ranks. As a Twitter pal notes, this is smoking-gun proof that the recent left-wing navel-gazing over whether Bill Clinton should have resigned 20 years ago is cynical nonsense. Faced with credible allegations against a much less powerful Democrat than Clinton in Conyers, one who’s waaaaaay past the age at which he should have retired and who’s been accused of having lost some of his mental capacity, the leader of the caucus whiffs on demanding that he step down. And worse than that, she cites his “icon” status as a point in his favor. Clinton, Conyers, and basically every male member of the Kennedy family, living or dead, would smile at that. It may be the single creepiest thing she’s ever said in public life.

Watching their least favorite Democrat shill for an accused harasser on her own side is going to convince Republicans who are on the fence about Moore that it’s not only okay for them to support him, it’s the responsible thing to do as a partisan by punishing Democratic hypocrisy. I think he just won the election.

Judge Moore needs to run this performance as the Alabama election nears to prove that Democrats don't care, never cared, about sexual harassment and their recent attempts to pretend are fake.
