The Journal-News recently printed the names and addresses of people with gun permits in several sections of New York. It did not sit well with some others who decided to publish information on the names, addresses and phone numbers of people associated with the Journal News and its parent company.
I'm not sure that it penetrates yet to people in the newspaper business that publishing is no longer a one way activity. Thanks to the miracle of the Internet, the victims of newspaper malfeasance can respond.
For the names, addresses and even pictures of the home of the reporter go here.
I read somewhere that there is a law against this. Can anyone help me determine if that's the case?
