It looks as if some of the perps are not sure that Team Obama will shield them. There may be too many to hide behind Holder's back so they have gone to their fallback position: "I didn't do anything wrong but I refuse to talk."
Lois Lerner, the head of the exempt organizations division of the IRS, won’t answer questions about what she knew about the improper screening – or why she didn’t reveal it to Congress, according to a letter from her defense lawyer, William W. Taylor 3rd.
It's interesting because this is in the LA Times which has been covering for Obama ... forever.
