The Russian Hacking Fake News

Remember when the Obama administration told us that the attack on Benghazi was not a terrorist act, but caused by an excitable mob incited by an obscure video that nobody ever saw?

Hillary stood over the bodies of the dead at Andrews Air force Base and swore to get the obscure little video producer who was responsible to this horrible deed.

The CIA, in the person of General Petraeus, even testified to the Congress that this was the God’s Honest Truth.

But it was all a lie sent out by the Obama Administration to get them past the general election and distributed as Fake News by the mainstream media.

And it worked … just long enough to get Obama a second term.

Now Team Obama is telling us that the Russians hacked the election, and the CIA is swearing to it. Another transparent lie put out by the Obama Administration to explain the election of Donald Trump and dutifully echoed by their fellow travelers in the media.

Fake News redux.

I don’t believe it because I’m not a sucker.

There is no more reason believe that the Russians hacked the DNC and Podesta’s e-mails and passed the info on to WikiLeaks than that Benghazi was the fault of an obscure video.

WikiLeaks denies that they got the information from the Russians, claiming they got them from a disgruntled Democrat inside the DNC.

That’s how Wikileaks got previous documents from the US government: disgruntled insiders.

Remember Chelsea Manning and Edward Snowden?

You can be sure that the WikiLeaks e-mails revealed the genuinely corrupt dealings of the Clinton campaign and the true nature of the Democrat machine. Yet in Obama administration – and an obedient CIA - telling us to ignore the message and focus on the messenger. And the Fake News Media is happy to oblige.

Frankly, I don’t doubt that the Russians are reading our e-mails. I am ready to believe that the Russians, the Chinese, the Iranians and about 1000 odd hackers in pajamas read all 30,000 of Hillary’s e-mails that she deleted so that we would not read about the solicitation of bribes to the pay-for-play Clinton Foundation.

But I don’t have any faith that the Russians were the source of the WikiLeaks revelations.

The infallibility of the CIA was exploded several decades ago:

And anyone who believes that is even more gullible than my grandchildren who still believe in fairies. I suspect that many in the press spreading the Fake News don’t believe in it either. But they’re willing to spread the Fake News if it helps the Left and hurts the Right. After all, that’s their side, and lying for the cause is what they do.

As for Obama?

Obama Blames Libya and Syria on British PM David Cameron

Nothing is ever his fault.

Barack Obama has sharply criticised David Cameron for the UK’s role in allowing Libya to become a “shit show” after the fall of the dictator Muammar Gaddafi, in an unprecedented attack on a British leader by a serving US President.

Mr Obama said that following a successful military intervention to aid rebels during the 2011 Arab Spring revolt, Libya was left to spiral out of control – due largely to the inaction of America’s European allies.

In a candid US magazine interview, Mr Obama said: “When I go back and I ask myself what went wrong… there’s room for criticism, because I had more faith in the Europeans, given Libya’s proximity, being invested in the follow-up.”

His part of the plan went great. Qaddafi was killed. That's when the plan came apart because Barack's problem is that he trusted the Europeans too much.  Don't be surprised if he ends up blaming Benghazi on Cameron.

And then there's his Syrian Red Line. Poor Barack could not make good on his treat because of the British:

Mr Obama also said Mr Cameron’s failures had affected his decision not to enforce a “red line” over President Bashar al-Assad’s use of chemical weapons during the Syrian civil war. The President had planned a strike against Assad’s forces in August 2013, following a deadly sarin gas attack by the regime on civilians in a Damascus suburb. The strike was called off at the 11th hour. One “major factor” in the decision, the President said, “was the failure of Cameron to obtain the consent of his Parliament” for military action.

The only surprise in this list of blame-shifting is that he didn't blame George Bush.

Clinton blames Stevens for his own death

Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton brushed aside emails Thursday that showed she privately told family and world leaders that the 2012 attack on the U.S. diplomatic post in Benghazi was a terrorist assault, and said Ambassador Christopher Stevens was responsible for his own decisions regarding skimpy security ahead of his death.

The new movie about Benghazi

This does not help get Hillary elected.

Is Hillary Toast?

Let’s see… the emails have been known for two years or so, but this story is just “breaking” now, at the same time Sen. Bob Menendez is being brought up on federal charges and David Petraeus cops a plea deal. Now the stenographers at the Washington Post are beginning to connect the dots between Hillary Clinton’s private emails and her disastrous tenure in Foggy Bottom — Benghazi! You remember Benghazi — nothing to see here Benghazi; who cares where Barry Hussein was the night of Benghazi. Yes, that Benghazi. If this scenario reminds you of the end of The Godfather, you may be a winner:

What Obama Told Hillary the night of the Benghazi attack

She had no doubt that a terrorist attack had been launched against America on the anniversary of 9/11. However, when Hillary picked up the phone and heard Obama’s voice, she learned the president had other ideas in mind. With less than two months before Election Day, he was still boasting that he had al Qaeda on the run.

If the truth about Benghazi became known, it would blow that argument out of the water.

“Hillary was stunned when she heard the president talk about the Benghazi attack,” one of her top legal advisers said in an interview. “Obama wanted her to say that the attack had been a spontaneous demonstration triggered by an obscure video on the Internet that demeaned the Prophet Mohammed.”

What's the first thing Obama thinks of in the morning and the last thing he thinks of at night?

It depends on his audience.

Talking to UPS it was jobs:

“But you should know that keeping the economy growing and making sure jobs are available is the first thing I think about when I wake up every morning. It’s the last thing I think about when I go to bed each night.”

On the Jay Leno show:
“The first thing I think about when I wake up and the last thing I think about when I go to bed is making sure that I’m doing everything I can to keep Americans safe,”

Now he's thinking about those Nigerian girls:
every day when I wake up, and I think about young girls in Nigeria or children caught up in the conflict in Syria . .

Obama is such a bullshitter.  He doesn't even change his words.  How long does it take before the rubes catch on? Apparently you can use the same pick-up line with the same Liberal floozies and they never realize they're being had.

Maybe the Benghazi hearings will reveal what he was thinking when the Ambassador and the brave men who were murdered while waiting for the cavalry that was never sent to rescue them.

Running away from the sound of the guns

Someone at the highest level of the United States government made the decision to abandon the American consular staff In Benghazi to their fate. Democrats in and out of the media don’t think it’s worth talking about.

Two incredibly brave men, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods fought for hours before they were killed, waiting for the cavalry to arrive. But Team Obama decided not to send help. And the desire to find out who made this decision is ridiculed by Liberals. They think the death of brave men who Obama turned his back on is a joke, giggling at “Benghazi.” Apparently nobody but the rubes who watch Fox News care while the Reality Based Community™ thinks it’s a hoot that a movie maker in Los Angeles got blamed. Ha, ha. It’s a reflection of the morality of Obama’s enablers that so many think it’s a laughing matter and uncovering the truth is a partisan issue.

The President knew within half an hour what was going on and who was involved, but he disappeared and somebody came up with a ridiculous cover story that the media bought hook, line and sinker. Not because it made sense, but because they wanted to.

The official explanation why no help was sent was because there was no time. But this was an attack, not a hockey game lasting 60 minutes. Even if help had not arrived in time to save our men, at least it could have prevented the attackers from swanking around the ruins of the embassy, showing how they humiliated the “great Satan.”

So who made the decision not to send help and why? Does it make the claim that al Qaida is decimated questionable? Were these men left to die because sending the military would make the Obama narrative unhelpful? That’s a coldness that would make Putin proud.

It didn’t take long for the Smart Diplomacy crowd to throw away Ronald Reagan’s victory in the Cold War.

All anyone can hope for now is that they don’t go all the way back and throw away FDR’s victory in World War 2.

A repeat of Jimmy Carter's failures would now be a major victory for Team Obama.

The pace of catastrophe has been so rapid that rather than taking decades, history is returning a verdict on the Obama administration in just months. Things aren’t working out as planned. As Obama’s biographer pithily put it “the world seems to disappoint him”. All that is left to the former van drivers and pitchmen turned national security wonks now is denial. “The Obama administration and House Democrats said Monday they were undecided about whether to take part in or boycott an election-year investigation by Republicans into the Benghazi attack that killed four Americans.”
...
But the Hope and Change brigade put altogether too much store in spin and PR to overcome hard reality — and reality won.

The fact that he famously chicken-hearted risk-adverse Speaker has actually appointed a special committee should tell you that the Beltway boys know a lot more than has so far been revealed and that Benghazi is a bigger effing deal, and that the MSM has not been able to bury this pile of manure.
