A liberal journalist who has moderated forums hosted by the Clinton Global Initiative offered a brutal takedown of the organization, describing it as “creepy,” “disgusting” and “gross.”

Adam Davidson, who hosts a show for NPR and has written for New York Magazine, also said during an appearance on Slate’s “Political Gabfest” podcast this week, that the Bill and Hillary Clinton-controlled group’s events are “all about buying access.”

And later in the podcast, he said that the Clinton Foundation has made the Clintons “beholden to scumbags.”

The Departments of State, Treasury, and Justice have all rebuffed a congressional probe into the circumstances surrounding the $1.3 billion payment to Iran, which is part of an additional $400 million cash payout that occurred just prior to the release of several U.S. hostages and led to accusations that the administration had paid Iran a ransom.

We can survive many traits in presidents, but malice is not among them. In the unfolding saga of the Libyan adventure I note that, even though it is early innings, a popular strain of conservative criticism centers around the always popular idea of 'stupidity in government;' with a variant on the subset of ‘the president is not as smart as he thinks.’ The popular variant this time is: 'deep down, Obama is shallow.' This notion includes various complimentary subsets such as 'he is lazy,' 'he is incompetent,' 'he's hooked on the perks and doesn't care for the work.' All comfortable notions that imply that the critic is, conversely, smarter, more diligent, and more fit to make governmental decisions than the president. The problem here is that the critic is not the president and hence has no power to do anything remotely presidential....

Self-identified conservatives, it seems to me, are only too happy to “rule out malice” when it comes to examining the actions of this oddest, most alien, and most unconnected to the American earth of presidents. I believe this is because it is both comfortable and gratifying for conservatives to do so. Conservatives love to think of themselves as being not only reasonable and right, but polite as well. Progressives are only too glad to help them smother in this self-nullifying delusion....

Such an intellectual posture is typical of a classic American conservative attempting to come to grips with this strange phenomenon who holds the keys and the go-codes to the armed might of the United States of America. It is an attitude that worships the lie that a person occupying the role of the president of the United States must, he simply must, have the best interests of the nation, as he has come to understand them, at heart. It’s a bright and shiny concept and has a lot of innate attractiveness to the American conservative mindset. But like many contemporary conservative concepts it has little to say to the darker reality we face; a reality in which the chief executive of the nation is hell-bent on a malicious program whose intent is permanent harm to the nation he has perversely sworn to serve and protect. To a man who has no other gods before him the phrase "So help me God" means nothing.

Scientist Predicts ‘Little Ice Age,’ Gets Icy Reception From Colleagues

Professor Valentina Zharkova at Northumbria University is being attacked by climate change proponents for publishing research suggesting there could be a 35-year period of low solar activity that could usher in an “ice age.”

Zharkova and her team of researchers released a study on sunspot modeling, finding that solar activity could fall to levels not seen since the so-called “Little Ice Age” of the 1600s. Zharkova’s conclusions may have huge implications for global temperature modeling, but her analysis is not accepted by some climate scientists.

“Some of them were welcoming and discussing. But some of them were quite — I would say — pushy,” she told The Global Warming Policy Forum (GWPF) in an interview on her solar study.

In fact, Zharkova said some scientists even tried to have her research suppressed.

Claremont students refuse to live with whites

A group of students at the Claremont Colleges in search of a roommate insist that the roommate not be white.

Student Karé Ureña (PZ ’18) posted on Facebook that non-white students in need of housing arrangements should reach out to either her or two other students with whom she plans to live in an off-campus house. The post states that “POC [people of color] only” will be considered for this living opportunity. “I don’t want to live with any white folks,” Ureña added....

“People of color are allowed to create safe POC only spaces. It is not reverse racism or discriminatory, it is self preservation [sic],” Sara Roschdi (PZ ’17), another Pitzer Latino Student Union member, stated. “Reverse racism isn’t a thing.”

“We don’t want to have to tiptoe around fragile white feelings in a space where we just want to relax and be comfortable,” commented Nina Lee, a Women’s Studies major. “I could live with white people, but I would be far more comfortable living with other poc.”

I wonder what Claremont College faculty and administration think about this.

This is what they claim to believe in:

The Mission and Values section of Pitzer College’s website states, “Intercultural Understanding enables Pitzer students to comprehend issues and events from cultural lenses beyond their own.” It also adds that “[Pitzer College] supports the thoughtful exchange of ideas to increase understanding and awareness, and to work across difference without intimidation. We have the right to be heard and the responsibility to listen. Communication, even at its most vigorous, should be respectful and without intent to harm.”

Apparently what they have learned from Pitzer College is that whites are bad, not safe to be around and you can't relax and be comfortable if you live with them.

Bulhan singled out an American woman in London and stabbed her to death Wednesday on a busy square filled with tourists, then injured five others in a stabbing spree before being apprehended....

Ultimate Media Privilege: Hillary’s Crimes Versus Trump’s Mouth

Much too frequently, to the point of injuring his presidential prospects, Trump “talks awful,” demonstrating an inability to differentiate between inexcusable rudeness and the New York street moxie that marks his business persona. For this rhetorical misconduct he is fairly chastised.

Hillary, however, actually “does awful.” She commits a dreadful (and at times criminal) action with calculation and an unrestrained presumption of privilege. Her dreadful action is provable, having witnesses (grieving parents), or, in the case of her national security information crime, a feckless Jim Comey discovering evidence verifying her gross negligence.

But wowser.

A month later Hillary lies about Comey’s investigation.

Credit Chris Wallace with confronting her—but Hillary’s reptilian being scarcely blinks. She apparently believes that by October mis- and mal-informed voters will believe Comey exonerated her. Hillary believes Americans are stupid.

Which takes us back to the phrase “an unrestrained presumption of privilege.” After her awful deeds, so-called objective media—self-proclaimed media of record, by golly by damn—try their best to ignore her wrongs, or, that tactic failing, attempt to justify them.

In comparison, Trump faces the Khan tsunami—a genuine restraint. It is guaranteed he will face more tsunamis, throughout this election and, should he win, throughout his presidency.

But—will Hillary’s despicable, inexcusable, self-serving, mendacious and outright cruel treatment of grieving parents who lost sons in a battle with terrorists generate a similarly restraining media tsunami of equivalent intensity and outrage?

Based on the fact pattern: No. At best we’ll get a drip drip drip of sighs followed by a “move on, little to see here…”

Media Privilege. Disgusting isn’t it? You bet. Crooked? Media Privilege permits Crooked Hillary’s survival, so, yeah, it’s crooked. Harmful poison if swallowed by the American body politic? Damned straight it is. There’s a national security angle here lost on mainstream media toffs but not on American war fighters. Let’s frame the question bluntly: “Will major media—so called mainstream media—let a Republican Administration fight and win a war without going Peace Now?”

Media Privilege is a central subject in this election. The stark, evident and biased difference in mainstream media conduct wages war on honesty. A substantial plurality of the American people sensed it thirty years ago, now they know it. Truth be told, they’re sick of it.

LONDON TERROR: US woman dead and five injured in mass stabbings rampage in Russell Square

A TEENAGER has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman was stabbed to death and five people injured in an attack in central London, with police saying "terror cannot be ruled out".

Two men, allegedly of Middle Eastern descent, were seen acting suspiciously outside the hotel after the incident, according to witnesses.

A 35-year-old witness, who wished to remain anonymous, told Express.co.uk: “I saw two men of Middle Eastern descent acting suspiciously outside the Imperial Hotel, on Southampton Row.

“One man made off on a motorbike down the wrong side of the road with the other man heading in a different direction.”

Hours after the attack Islamic State (ISIS) jihadis started spreading the news through messaging app, Telegram, as they shared photos and updates on the attack.

The incident came just hours after more armed police were deployed to the capital's streets following several terror attacks in Europe over the past month.

THE WRATH OF KHAN - Ann Coulter

Khizr Khan, the Muslim "Gold Star Father" who harangued Americans at the Democratic National Convention, with a mute, hijab-wearing wife at his side, is just another in a long string of human shields liberals send out to defend their heinous policies. The "Jersey Girls" were the classic example, first described in that magnificent book Godless: The Church of Liberalism.

In order to shut down a debate they're losing, Democrats find victims to make their arguments for them, pre-empting counter-argument by droning on about the suffering of their victim-spokesperson. Alternative opinions must be preceded by proof that the speaker has "sacrificed" more than someone who lost a child, a husband, or whatever.

Khan's argument, delivered angrily and in a thick Pakistani accent at the DNC, is that "our" Constitution requires us to continue the nonstop importation of Muslims.

If the U.S. Constitution required us to admit more than 100,000 Muslims a year -- as we do -- we'd already be living in Pakistan, and Khan wouldn't have had to move to get that nice feeling of home. So the "argument" part of Khan's point is gibberish.

Luckily, Khan had Part Two: His son died in Iraq, whereas Donald Trump does not have a son who died in Iraq, so he can't say anything.

Yes, a candidate for president of the United States is supposed to be prohibited from discussing a dangerous immigration program because Khan's son was one of fourteen (14!) Muslim servicemen killed by other Muslims in our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. That's why we're obligated to import yet more Muslims – including, undoubtedly, some just like the ones who killed his son. Q.E.D.!

If you think that doesn't make any sense, keep your yap shut, unless you lost a child in Iraq, too.

There were virtually no Muslims in America before Teddy Kennedy's 1965 immigration act. Today, we admit more immigrants from Muslim countries than from Great Britain.

In addition to the sudden appearance of honor killings, clitorectomies, hijabs and massive government frauds, Muslim immigrants have given us: The most devastating terrorist attack in world history, followed by terrorist attacks at Fort Hood, the Boston Marathon, a military recruiting center in Chattanooga, Times Square, Vaughan Foods in Oklahoma, San Bernardino and an Orlando nightclub, among other places.

Think-tank analysts at the Institute for Pan-Arab Non-Alignment are most certainly churning out white papers on why Donald Trump is a dangerous threat to the Maghreb treaty on fish hatcheries, but I’m not discussing them either. I’m not talking about intellectuals or activists or experts.

No. I’m talking about the guy who enrolled at McNeese State in the nineties and fell into deep reverence for Professor Rusty Naugahyde, the legendary teacher whose Newswriting 312 workshop was almost as inspirational as Lou “The News Is Sacred” Grant on The Mary Tyler Moore Show. Our starry-eyed undergraduate buys a safari jacket, takes an oath of objectivity and resolves never to be a member of a political party. After that it takes years of struggle to become the lead Metro columnist at the Lotus Tree, Kansas, Daily Arapaho, days spent chronicling the brutal fights over county bond issues needed to repair the Lost Frenchman Bridge. But now that he’s a 32nd-degree Mason and chairman of the Little League committee on maintenance and parking, he knows that it’s his responsibility, and his privilege, to tell the people of Lotus Tree that Donald Trump is a narcissistic disagreeable soulless callous rude arrogant authoritarian vicious egotistical vulgar braggart and megalomaniac, possibly a lunatic, definitely a psychopath, perhaps a fascist.

Hillary begins her life of crime

This is the perfect time to remind people how Hillary got here.  It all starts with Bill and Hillary in Arkansas, before she accepted the $100,000 bribe disguised as a series of winning cattle futures trades.   Before Whitewater morphed from a failed S&L and was confused in the public mind with tawdry trysts underneath the Presidential desk, Whitewater was a piece of land.

It involved an Arkansas land development known as Whitewater that was partly owned by Bill and Hillary Clinton and managed by Mrs. Clinton, then the state’s first lady. …

“Clyde Soapes was a grain-elevator operator from Texas who heard about the lots in early 1980 and jumped at the chance to invest. He put $3,000 down and began making payments of $244.69 per month. He made thirty-five payments in all—totaling $11,564.15, just short of the $14,000 price for the lot. Then he suddenly fell ill with diabetes and missed a payment, then two. The Clintons informed him that he had lost the land and all of his money. There was no court proceeding or compensation. Months later they resold his property to a couple from Nevada for $16,500. After they too missed a payment, the Clintons resold it yet again.

“Soapes and the couple from Nevada were not alone. More than half of the people who bought lots in Whitewater—teachers, farmers, laborers, and retirees—made payments, missed one or two, and then lost their land without getting a dime of their equity back. According to Whitewater records, at least sixteen different buyers paid more than $50,000 and never received a property deed.”

This was her beginning.  Since then she has gone on to much bigger things.  If the Clintons reoccupy public housing I am confident they will exit as billionaires.   

Why would Russians prefer Trump?

“Democrats liked secret-stealing Russians so much better when they called themselves Communists.”

The media has turned the hack of the DNC into an full frontal attack on Trump.  Forgotten is the fact that the hacked e-mail show that the DNC stacked the deck for Hillary when it should, by modern rules, be neutral in the selection of candidates until the votes are counted.  Now the story is that the Russians back Trump.  But while this has yet to be proven; if it's true, why?

The next question is why would the Russians prefer Trump? The Russkies are no longer the agent of world communism with that role taken over by the Democrats so they are not our Cold War adversary. The Russians have problems with Muslim terrorists on their southern border and have had terrorist attacks on their soil just as we have.

The Russians should be our ally in fighting the Muslim terrorists, just as they were an ally in fighting the Nazis. We do not have to be friends, just allies fighting a common enemy. Maybe the Russians prefer Trump, as any normal person who cares about defeating Muslim terrorism, because they believe Trump will fight Muslim terrorism.

There are two points that are so obvious that most people overlook them because they are stuck in a time-warp where Russia = Communism.  But are they?  Or are the simply a dictatorship?  

• Russians are no longer true-believing Communists.  They are Crony Capitalists.  Russia may be led by a former KGB agent who runs the place like a dictator.  The oligarchs are definitely corrupt.  But they are no longer keepers of the Communist flame.  There are more True-Blue Communists in American academia and the Democrat Party than there are in the Russian government. Putin honeymooned in Russia because it's where he lived, not because he preferred communism to capitalism like America's Democrat/Socialist Bernie Sanders.

• The Russians have even greater problems with Muslim terrorism than we do.  It's obvious that Democrats are prevented by their ideology from working effectively to end the menace of Muslim terrorism.  Their ideology encompasses multiculturalism which which means all cultures are equal but which, in effect, allows it's true believers to elevate other cultures above American culture.  Not so Donald Trump.  

ISIS, Palestinians and Democrats vs. Civilization

When ISIS operatives bomb civilians creating mass casualties, cut the throats of elderly priests and shoot up a Christmas party in San Bernardino, militant Muslims celebrate.  The 9/11 hijackers were praised by Al-Qaeda.  

Osama bin Laden was hailed and adored by much of the Muslim world.  Here’s how he is described by a Saudi journalist: “He’s the father, he’s the brother, he is a leader, he is the Imam.”

Successful terror attacks on Israelis are followed by Palestinians passing out candy in celebration. 

Taking a page from the ISIS, al-Qaeda, Palestinian play-book, in the U.S., when a thug robs a store, attacks a policeman, tries to take his gun and charges him before being shot, Democrats erect memorials to the thug, call him a “Gentle Giant” claim he was hunted down and shot in cold blood while his hands were raised, throw a party and invite the thug’s mother for a prime time speech.  

In between these two events they loot Ferguson, Missouri and burn down the rest.

In Baltimore, a city run by Democrats for over 50 years, Freddy Gray, a 25-year-old with over 20 criminal court cases behind him, was arrested and died in police custody.  Six officers were accused of killing him, all were exonerated but the city gave his family a payday of $6 million.   That beats getting a piece of candy but this is America, not the Middle East.

When you celebrate cop killers and accuse cops of systematically murdering young black men you should not be surprised that a meaningful number of your young admirers decide to shoot a cop on their own.    

“What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now!” and "Pigs in a blanket, fry them like bacon" is not a cry and response that sane people want chanted.  To simply pass by without comment or claim it wasn’t you when your lunatic fringe begins a murder spree - killing five cops in Dallas and three in Baton Rouge, ambushing cops in their cars or during traffic stops - is totally unacceptable. 

And let there be no mistake, the Democrat lunatic fringe is going mainstream.  Today it's impossible to tell where responsible Democrats leave off and advocates of shooting cops begin but they're all in the same party and no one is trying to drive them out.  The Black Lives Matter cop haters are just too big a part of the Democrat voting block so they are catered to.

To make heroes or heroines of people who were shot trying to kill cops is not OK.  It puts the Democrats in the same camp as the Muslims cheering the death of infidels and Jews.  And it encourages more of the same in the same way that ISIS encourages more “lone wolf” attacks by its fans in Europe and America by idolizing those who murder in its name. 

A talk radio host in Norfolk, Virginia was bothered by the Democrat’s celebration of moms whose kids were killed in a segment called Mothers of the Movement.  These speakers included the mother of Michael Brown, the so-called “Gentle Giant” who was killed after he tried to wrestle Officer Wilson's gun away from him in Ferguson, Missouri.  Another Mother of the Movement was the mother of Trayvon Martin who was shot while trying to batter a neighborhood watchman to death by slamming his head against the pavement.  One irate caller with a bad connection ranted for several minutes about the unfairness of police in New Jersey, New York and – I assume – Norfolk, Virginia.  His high-speed complaint was mostly undecipherable but appeared to justify the attacks on cops.  I would suggest that police in Norfolk watch their backs because someone has a grudge.   It's worth noting that the Virginian Pilot, the city's main newspaper, is a big supporter of Black Lives Matter and has a history of covering up crimes committed by black gangs.  

The Liberal press went wild when Gabby Giffords was shot by a nut of no known political persuasion when someone found that Sarah Palin had targeted Giffords for defeat in the upcoming election by placing cross-hairs on  a map of her district.  Palin was accused by every Liberal with access to the media of being responsible for Gifford’s shooting.

 

Let me just get ahead of the next cop shooting.  

Unlike Palin who did nothing to encourage anyone to shoot Giffords, Hillary and the Democrats have blood on their hands.  The German public understands this and shows Angela Merkel drenched in the blood of the victims of Muslim immigrant crimes.  Replace Merkel’s face with Hillary’s and you see the reality of race, crime and Democrat politics in America.

Democrats honor mothers who raise delinquents that attacks cops

Ann Coulter has the guts to say it:

Whatever questionable choices were made at the Republican National Convention last week, I didn't hear of a single speaker whose sole accomplishment was raising a delinquent who attacked a cop.

But as the country reels from the cold-blooded murder of five policemen in Dallas and three in Baton Rouge, Lezley McSpadden, mother of Mike Brown, America's most famous cop-assaulting criminal, appeared on stage at the Democratic National Convention.

The whole raison d'etre of BLM is the belief that cops are wantonly killing "black bodies." But only four of the dead black kids being honored were even killed by cops. Two were murdered by black gang members.

Of the four deaths that involved the police, all the victims were fighting the cops when they died.

Let's step outside of the Hillary's lies and remember the real story about Mike Brown.

As absurd as BLM's other cases are, none have been so authoritatively disproved as the yarn about "gentle giant" Brown begging for his life from Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson before being shot in the street like a dog.

Within a few weeks of the "hands up, don't shoot" narrative being broadcast as fact from every media outlet, we saw the video of the "gentle giant" robbing a store and roughing up the clerk shortly before his encounter with Officer Wilson.

This was followed by extensive investigations by both a grand jury and a Department of Justice led by the most racist, anti-police attorney general we've ever had, Eric Holder. But even Holder's Justice Department had to concede the whole "hands up don't shoot" story was a bald-faced lie.

Officer Wilson was completely cleared in the shooting of Mike Brown. As the investigations proved, Big Mike had violently assaulted Wilson, grabbed for his gun, and was charging the officer when Wilson shot and killed this raging behemoth.

Cops lives are tough enough but Democrats want to make it tougher..

It would be a lot easier if they weren't being constantly harassed by BLM and their lunatic accusations of racist policing.

It would be a lot easier if they were not being targeted for assassination and mass murders by homicidal nuts ginned up by BLM. (Shooting deaths of police are up 78 percent so far this year.)

And it would be a lot easier without a group -- officially supported by the Democrats -- leading marches down city streets, chanting, "What do we want? DEAD COPS! When do we want it? NOW!”

Keep in mind that it was the media that spread the lies that did the real damage. the media are like the mosquitoes that spread the Zika virus, they're not the virus, they're just the carriers. And the results are horrible, leaving death and destruction in their wake.

Because of the despicable lies put out by BLM agitators, Wilson had to give up his career, move his family and will be forced to live in fear for the rest of his life. The town of Ferguson was destroyed, businesses burned to the ground, police officers attacked, people injured, the National Guard called in, and massive taxpayer money expended to contain the riots.

And police officers hunted down and killed by criminals pushed over the edge by lies in Dallas, Baton Rouge and towns and cities across the  land.

But Hillary invites to her convention the mother of a man whose criminality destroyed a police officer's life, tore the country apart and gave birth to a murderous cop-hating movement. Will a single reporter ask Hillary to disavow that?

Of course it's a rhetorical question. Reporters approve of what's happened. They worked tirelessly to spread the hate. This is their movement now!  Besides, it's good for business.

Black Lives Matter Kills Again

The San Diego Police Department said early Friday that one of the police officers involved in a late Thursday night shooting has died. Another officer who was wounded is in surgery. Police made one arrest in the shooting and are not pursuing any other suspects.

SAN DIEGO — A San Diego police officer died from injuries sustained in a shooting late Thursday, authorities said. Another officer who was wounded was undergoing surgery.

Police arrested one person in the shooting and weren’t pursuing any other suspects after a long manhunt in the Southcrest neighborhood. The suspect hasn’t been identified.

Police said the officers were shot while making a stop and immediately called for help. The fallen officer suffered many gunshot wounds.

The officers weren’t immediately identified.

Video footage showed officers out in force with numerous squad cars with emergency lights flashing lining a street, officers on foot, and a helicopter buzz overhead.

The shooting comes with law officers around the country on alert following the killing of officers in Dallas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this month.
