"year without a summer."

We must save the planet from global warming by giving up our cars, paying more for our electrical power and being taxed out the wazoo for our use of oil and gas.

The global warming hoax has now become a religion that demands belief not just without evidence but despite evidence to the contrary.

From an Accuweather report on thunderstorm activity:

One of the reasons for this could be colder-than-normal weather across the northern tier of the country that has suppressed the number of thunderstorms and has significantly reduced the number of tornadoes this year. The number of reported tornadoes so far this year is 685, just over half of the average annual amount, which is 1,297.

According to Long Range Expert Joe Bastardi, areas from the northern Plains into the Northeast will have a "year without a summer." The jet stream, which is suppressed abnormally south this spring, is also suppressing the number of thunderstorms that can form.

It's unfortunate that so many people are talking about this summer as the year without a summer; the true year without a summer was 1816, and it wasn't a little cooler than normal. It was a global disaster.
