The President and the Porn Star

The ho-hum public response to the allegations could reflect scandal fatigue or, sadly, the widespread belief that Donald Trump covering up affairs with porn stars is neither out of character nor any big deal.

But it also could mean that what the president has accomplished in his first year matters more. Jobless claims last week were the lowest on record in 45 years. Target and Wal-Mart are increasing pay and handing out bonuses. Apple, which has deferred paying taxes on foreign earning for years, has announced that it is bringing billions in cash back to the U.S. to invest. Visa and Aflac are increasing their 401(k) match for employees. Mr. Trump not only promised tax reform and delivered tax reform but every early indication is that the tax reform is doing what he said it would do.

Heaven knows what outrages the Trump presidency will bring our way in 2018—and maybe voters will wait until the midterm elections to vent—but right now Americans seem more focused on what he’s achieved.

The point is that the American people knew that Donald Trump was a trice married womanizer who bragged about his affairs with women - many of whom were married - before the election ... and elected him anyway.  To have the press report on this and expect the public to be outraged is to totally misunderstand the American people.

Hugh Hefner’s Real Legacy

Let’s not kid ourselves, Hugh Hefner pioneered legal porn.  

That’s his legacy. 

The first issue of Playboy was wildly popular because it featured naughty pictures of Marilyn Monroe who was, at the time, the leading Hollywood sex symbol.  Like most moral corruption it begins with baby steps.  Those pictures of Monroe would not get a second glance today.  Pictures like those can now be found in almost every magazine, usually selling fashion - to women.

The heirs of Hefner have moved on.  Nothing that people have done to themselves or to others in the name of sex can now be found … instantly, in living vibrant color. 

Perhaps it was inevitable.  Perhaps the culture was ready for this in 1953.  Of course, the avant garde could not admit they liked porn.  Instead porn was peddled on constitutional grounds.  You remember learning about the rights of free speech and a free press being vital to a free republic, don't you?  

We were told that if we are prevented from instant access to porn the next thing we know we will have lost our right to speak freely about political issues. In other words, porn was the guardian of the First Amendment.  The watchman on the ramparts of freedom.  This formulation is now axiomatic.  It’s been internalized.  It’s no longer an issue for debate.

Yet, despite the omnipresence of the most graphic porn, there are large areas of this country where political speech is effectively banned.  Where exercising your right to speak freely about – say – support for Conservatism, to admit to being a Republican, and – worse yet – a supporter of Donald Trump will get you a beating.

People are beginning to wonder if porn is really the “canary in the coal mine” that protects my right to speak freely without fear of losing my job, or being investigated by the IRS, or getting ostracized in Academia, or being physically attacked by the AntiFa mob? 

It was all a lie, wasn’t it?  It really was all about wanting to see dirty pictures.

Rachel Dolezal once accused her ex-husband of forcing her to take part in a homemade sex tape, Daily Mail Online can reveal.

Dolezal, 37, admitted participating in 'sexual acts' on camera with Kevin Moore, who has been pictured in public for the first time since their wedding photo appeared.

However, Dolezal - a serial litigant who resigned her post as leader of the Spokane, Washington chapter of the NAACP Monday - insisted she took part in the video against her will.

The lurid claim was one of a raft of damaging accusations she leveled at Moore, 37, in a bid to deny him access to their young son Franklin. Moore denied the allegations.

When it comes to a white woman claiming to be black or a black man who is actually black you know who the media and Liberals (but I repeat myself) side with.

Moore denied the claims of abuse - and friends describe him as a committed Christian who was deeply distressed by the 'wild accusations'

Latest Obama Interviewer Had Sex with a Japanese Doll for a News Story

The latest man to score an interview with President Obama, Shane Smith, has conducted some hard-hitting interviews, including one with a Japanese sex doll.

You’re not misreading that; in a video from 2008, founder and CEO of Vice media Shane Smith pays to have sex with a doll in a Tokyo doll brothel. The doll is shown spread-eagle on a bed, and the camera provides several gratuitous up-skirt shots....

The company Smith founded, Vice.com, “revels daily in hard drug use, weird sex and every sort of bodily effluvium,” reports Forbes, and this video, part of the “Vice Guide to Sex,” is no exception.

When I heard about this interview I wondered about the name of the media channel but I thought "VICE" was an acronym.  I was wrong.  Barack Obama goes to a porn channel for an interview.  

Not that the mainstream media is not willing to don knee-pads for Obama, but it's not nearly as edgy as a guy having sex with a doll in Japan. 

'Revenge porn' outlawed in California

California governor Jerry Brown has signed a bill outlawing so-called revenge porn and levying possible jail time for people who post naked photos of their former partners.

It's a bad idea to take these pictures in the first place.

The venerable ideal of pre-marital chastity, for example, has given way to the expectation that everyone will participate in the Hook-Up Culture. A person who is not sexually active by the time they’re old enough to get a driver’s license is considered abnormal, and no one seems to imagine it possible that a virgin could graduate college. If everybody is screwing around promiscuously, it becomes impossible even to discuss promiscuity as a phenomenon, because it’s simply what everybody does. Screwing around becomes a normative expectation.

Attendant to this expectation is the understanding that sex is now a matter of competitive performance: In an environment where everyone is presumed to have had multiple previous partners, lovers are striving to out-do their partner’s previous lovers in a sort of erotic sweepstakes pageant, with the goal of impressing one’s partner as exceptionally skilled at various sexual routines.

Only in such an environment can there be a ubiquitous fashion in genital grooming, and one wonders why young women — who otherwise are taught to emulate feminist ideals by resisting male demands — go along with this trend so compliantly.

Increasingly, it seems, women are encouraged to view their sexuality as a commodity in the consumer marketplace, and this attitude has become so common that no one even stops to consider just how weirdly unnatural and unhealthy this attitude is.

These “sexts” and “selfies” are from less than a year ago. I link to them not because of their literary or artistic quality but because the euphemistic gentility of the American media serves to protect Weiner. If you watch Wolf Blitzer talking about it with Gloria Borger and Dana Bash on CNN, you would never know that the likely next Mayor of New York is a man who photographs his penis and emails it to strangers.

In a talk Wednesday night advertised by the University of Missouri and well-attended by college students, a “crowd-sourced porn” entrepreneur recruited college students to join the online movement, telling them it’s an easy way to make a few bucks and pay down student loans.

That businesswoman, Cindy Gallop, explained to those at her talk – held in a theater a block and a half away from the campus and filled with plenty of college-aged students – that instead of watching hardcore porn, they should join her “Make Love Not Porn” movement.

The online operation uses normal people, not porn stars, asking them to film themselves having sex, then post it online to earn extra cash. People pay $5 to watch the video, and profits are split between Gallop and the sex partners.

Alex Pesek, a 21 year-old undergraduate student at the University of Missouri and a sex columnist for the university’s school newspaper, The Maneater, said in an interview with The College Fix that Gallop’s message was a positive one.

Pesek was among the group of college students who attended Wednesday’s event, and said Gallop is ushering in a sexual revolution of sorts, adding she has influenced his writing and his overall sexual education.

He said he admires Gallop and likes the “Make Love Not Porn” website’s “openness and inclusivity.”

Woman Sues Government after Sex Injury On Work Trip

This happened in Australia, but I can definitely see it happening here. 

The woman, who cannot be identified, was injured when a glass light fitting came away from the wall above the bed as she was having sex with a man in 2007.

The light struck her in the face, leaving her with injuries to her nose, mouth and a tooth, as well as "a consequent psychiatric injury" described as an adjustment disorder.

She is claiming entitlement to compensation because her injuries were caused "during the course of her employment" because she was sent to a regional town to spend the night ahead of a meeting early the next day.

Her lawyers argue that the injury was sustained "in an ordinary incident of life, commonly undertaken in a motel room at night -- namely, lawful sexual activity."

I would think that no one would want to take this sort of thing to court.  I would be wrong.
