The Chicom News Network

Stacy McCain

Our national news media have not exactly covered themselves in glory lately, but they haven’t noticed their own failures because they’ve been too busy congratulating themselves for their “courage” as leaders of the opposition to President Trump. Weir’s CNN colleague Jim Acosta is the tip of a large iceberg of partisan political bias in the press corps. Journalists can’t seem to understand why so many Americans hate them, when the answer is very simple: The media hate America, and America is simply returning the favor.

Consider how, since the COVID-19 pandemic erupted, CNN has shifted its reporting to reflect propaganda messages from the communist regime in Beijing. CNN is certainly not alone in this, and it arguably isn’t as bad as such of its media peers as NBC News and the New York Times in terms of toeing the pro-China line. Yet after the Chinese communists claimed that it was “racist” to refer to the disease from Wuhan by its place of origin, CNN’s Acosta and Chris Cuomo used this line of attack on Trump. It was soon pointed out, of course, that CNN had repeatedly used the phrase “Wuhan coronavirus” in its early reporting on the outbreak in China. Only when the disease began killing Americans did CNN decide its place of origin should be forgotten....

According to CNN, Americans aren’t dying because of a virus from China, they’re dying because Trump is president. And somehow, in the muddled mind of the network’s Chief Climate Correspondent, this is related to global warming....

What remains is the media’s persistent bias, manifested as hatred of Trump ... but expressing a more fundamental hostility to the people who elected Trump. It is you — the people Hillary Clinton called “deplorables,” out there in your rural “red” states and Republican-voting suburbs — whom the media really blame for everything wrong in the world, including this virus from China. You can watch CNN all day long and never hear a word about Beijing’s disinformation campaign. China lied, people died, but the anti-Trump media would rather defend the brutal communist dictatorship than to admit the truth. No matter how much you hate CNN, you can’t possibly hate them as much as they hate you — or as much as Bill Weir hates his Jesus-loving mother. Never trust a man who speaks ill of his mother, or works for CNN.

I'm old enough to remember Sam Donaldson; Stacy McCain's comments

Stacy McCain:
On Sunday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Reliable Sources,” former ABC “World News’ anchor Sam Donaldson accused President Donald Trump’s supporters of having a “fixation” on returning America to a “white Christian country.”
Donaldson said, “The Trump rallies are Trump’s strong supporters. I mean, ‘lock her up,’ all the things he says, all the vicious, mean things he says, they love it. There are these people in this country. They’re good Americans otherwise. They’ll probably give you the shirt off their back, they’ll help you if you need it, but they have this fixation. They want to return this country to the white Christian country that they believe it should be again. They don’t want the diversity, and they follow him for this, but they’re not the country. We are a diverse people, we are good and strong because of that, and we’re going to come back to that. I assure you.”

Let me say this: I like Sam Donaldson. He was not born to the moneyed blueblood Eastern elite. He is the son of a West Texas farmer and got his education at a second-tier state college (now UTEP) before joining the Army where he served as an artillery captain. So he is not like some of these young punks with their Ivy League degrees and arrogant sense of entitlement. What then explains Donaldson’s attitude? I blame two things: Partisanship and generational blindness.

Sam is a Texas Democrat, plain and simple. He was born and raised in an era when there was no such thing as a Republican in Texas, and in that sense resembles Dan Rather — a native of Wharton, Texas, three years older than Donaldson — and also his late ABC colleague, Cokie Roberts, the daughter of Louisiana Democrat Hale Boggs. To such people, the offspring of New Deal Democrats, and themselves old enough to recall the JFK “Camelot” era, the Democrats are and always will be the natural rulers of America. They instinctively act as cheerleaders for the Democrats the way I cheer for the Alabama Crimson Tide, expressing a sense of inherited loyalty, as it were. No fact or argument can dissuade them from this partisanship, because it is inherently irrational.

The other factor is that a rich old white guy like Donaldson cannot be made to understand what “diversity” means in practical terms for the young white person from less privileged circumstances. While his own four children are probably doing all right for themselves, it is the offspring of the white working and middle classes who are watching their communities and life prospects destroyed in the name of “diversity.”

Bearing False Witness: The Case of Jussie Smollett

Consider, for example, what Stephen Colbert did on The Late Show. Two days after Smollett claimed he was attacked, Colbert invited lesbian actress Ellen Page onto the CBS program to blame the Trump administration, and particularly Vice President Mike Pence, for “what happened the other day to Jussie.” After describing Pence’s conservative policies as having “hurt LGBTQ people so badly,” Page said: “Connect the dots. This is what happens if you are in a position of power and you hate people and you want to cause suffering to them — you go through the trouble, you spend your career trying to cause suffering, what do you think is going to happen?” This was either deliberate slander, or evidence of insuperable stupidity, but neither Colbert nor Page have acknowledged any error, because they don’t have to. Presumably, the advertisers and executives at CBS have no problem paying Colbert to falsely blame Republicans for a “hate crime” that turns out to be a hoax, and Page knows that every liberal in Hollywood will applaud her “courage” for insulting the vice president.....

If the incident which provoked all these denunciations proves to be a hoax, however, will any of these Democrats apologize? Will they suffer any actual consequences for being so disastrously wrong about what happened to Jussie Smollett? No, don’t be silly. Liberal journalists won’t ask Booker, Harris, Biden, or other Democrats to explain why they were so easily deceived. Indeed, the media are already trying to spin the story to rescue Democrats. CNN’s Brian Stelter claimed Saturday that the real problem is that “random websites” had “weaponized” the story, whatever that means. Stelter went on to say of the Smollett hoax that “the motive here is still a mystery at the heart of the story.” Except it’s not really mysterious: Smollett has repeatedly declared his hatred of President Trump, and what better way to damage the president than to frame Republicans for a fake hate crime? And liberal journalists were eager to act as Smollett’s accomplices, as Daily Wire’s Ashe Schow remarked Sunday: “This is absolutely about the media and their constant desire to prove Orange Man Bad no matter how implausible the story.”

Media’s Anti-White Bias Makes Houston Drive-By Shooting National News

Her murder was a national story

When the mother identified the killer as white.

But here are the actual killers.

Larry Woodruffe, 24, was the shooter, and was riding with Eric Black Jr., 20, according to the police, when Woodruffe spotted the vehicle that Jazmine’s mother was driving and, apparently, mistook it for the vehicle of one of their drug-gang rivals. Woodruffe opened fire with a 9mm pistol and he and Black didn’t realize they had targeted an innocent family until they saw news reports the next day. So the “white killer” angle that made this story a subject of “nationwide attention” was false, and now the media that exploited the death of Jazmine Barnes to gin up a firestorm of racial fear will now drop the story entirely.
Now the story goes away.

Sarah Palin, Loyal Running Mate, Excluded from John McCain’s Funeral

Breitbart News has independently confirmed an earlier report in People magazine, which reported that Palin was not sent an invitation, and was told through intermediaries to stay away from the ceremony.

Glenn Reynolds notes:
She had a rising, successful career before McCain named her his running mate.

I vote for Sarah Palin and the old jerk she ran with.

Stacy McCain on John McCain: " Every Liberal’s Favorite Republican, and the Problem With ‘Bipartisan Reform’"

Politics is a team sport and, in a two-party system, there are no silver medals for a second-place finish. You either win, or you lose.

It does not behoove us to celebrate defeat and losers are not generally regarded as heroes in politics. John McCain was a loser, and the particular way he went about losing deserves to be studied as an example of what not to do in politics. So as the cable-news channels are filled today with glowing tributes to the deceased senator, permit me to remind readers of exactly why we hated the man during his life....

... deep in his heart, John McCain was always ashamed of being a Republican.

This is one of the enduring problems of the GOP, namely that many of its leading officials are embarrassed by their association with the party, in a way that no Democrat is ever made to feel. Because the liberal media operate a 24/7 character assassination campaign against Republicans, it takes a strong mind to resist this psyops propaganda, to maintain a sense of political self-esteem while opposing the Democrat agenda....

All that is necessary for any Republican to win praise from the liberal media is for him to endorse their negative opinion of the GOP, and this is how John McCain became every liberal’s favorite Republican.

This is not how winners play the game. Nor can the kind of “bipartisan reform” agenda with which John McCain made his name synonymous ever do anything to help elect Republicans. There are three basic problems with “bipartisan reform,” first, that GOP officials who support such efforts are always doing so to curry favor with the liberal media; second, that these “reform” schemes always have the political effect of alienating the Republican Party’s conservative grassroots; and third, that Democrats will never support any “reform” unless they believe it will help them win elections (and thus obtain greater power) in the future...

“Don’t piss down my back and tell me it’s raining.”

Don’t rip me off, sell me out, screw me over, and expect me to believe that your deliberate act of betrayal was somehow unintentional.

This was what made John McCain so unpopular with conservatives. He claimed to be acting on high-minded principles, even while it was obvious that he was merely seeking to enhance his own personal reputation by pandering to liberals through his advocacy of “bipartisan reform.”

Politics isn’t everything in life, but if you choose to become a politician, you should expect to be judged by a political standard. Because politics is a team sport, a good politician is always trying to help his team win, and should be judged by his success in doing so. This means, of course, that a truly successful politician can expect to be hated by the opposing party, the way Democrats hated Reagan. One nowadays is often told how Reagan was able to “compromise” with congressional Democrats like Tip O’Neill, but that could be explained by two factors: First, that Reagan won two landslide elections and thus was negotiating from a position of strength, and second, that the Democrat congressional majority in those days included many moderate and conservative members.

As I frequently tell people, in 2008 I voted for Sarah Palin and the old guy she ran with.

McCain’s Subcommittee Staff Director Urged IRS to Engage in “Financially Ruinous” Targeting

John McCain hated the Tea Party.

McCain minority staff director Henry Kerner to IRS official Lois Lerner and other IRS officials: “the solution is to audit so many that it becomes financially ruinous”

In the full notes of an April 30 meeting, McCain’s high-ranking staffer Kerner recommends harassing non-profit groups until they are unable to continue operating. Kerner tells Lerner, Steve Miller, then chief of staff to IRS commissioner, Nikole Flax, and other IRS officials, “Maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially ruinous.” In response, Lerner responded that “it is her job to oversee it all:”

“The Obama IRS scandal is bipartisan – McCain and Democrats who wanted to regulate political speech lost at the Supreme Court, so they sought to use the IRS to harass innocent Americans,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The Obama IRS scandal is not over – as Judicial Watch continues to uncover smoking gun documents that raise questions about how the Obama administration weaponized the IRS, the FEC, FBI, and DOJ to target the First Amendment rights of Americans.”

Mark Steyn interviews the man who interrogated KSM

Bush kept the country safe.

The Mark Steyn Show with James E Mitchell

Dr. Mitchell commented on John McCain. The following a a partial stranscript of his comments.

John McCain is well known as an opponent of torture and to him that includes water boarding. McCain says that’s illegal, it should always be illegal. When somebody asked him what if there’s a ticking time bomb scenario – another potential catastrophe like 9/11? He replied that he would expect the CIA interrogators to do what was necessary and at their trial, if they had actually saved lives, we would try to take that into consideration.

Let me paraphrase Mark Steyn on his follow-up:

That’s our John McCain. If a CIA interrogator water boards someone and thousands of people are not killed, the people who prevented this disaster should be subjected to years of prosecution and when the judge sentences them for war crimes, instead of death they get to spend the rest of their natural lives in prison. And John McCain burnishes his halo.

Tumblr Feminism: So Stupid It Hurts

Via The Other McCain
Tumblr Feminist 1:
The way some of these people defend gender reveal parties, they talk like it’s a centuries long tradition and not something made up in the last decade in reaction against gay + trans people gaining positive social visibility
Tumblr Feminist 2:
it’s absurd how quickly it’s been normalized!
Ask yourself, what gave rise to “gender reveal parties”?

Answer: Prenatal ultrasound, which since the 1980s has become a routine method of determining the sex (not “gender”) of children (not “fetuses”) before they are born. It was impossible to have a “gender reveal” party prior to the widespread use of ultrasound technology, because parents didn’t know whether it was a boy or a girl until it was born.

Where do these Tumblr feminists get the idea that “gender reveal parties” were “made up . . . in reaction against” LGBT “social visibility”? What kind of warped self-referential paranoia does this express?

From the comments:

You know what's been absurdly normalized so quickly?

LGBT privileges.

and

❝I think the real issue is Those Who Want To Be Noticed. That's probably an oversimplification, but at this point I am going to accept it as a working assumption.

It's not that they believe, it's that they need the perception of others to validate their belief.❞

Liberals Stop Pretending to Care About John McCain After His Health Care Vote

It was all an act.  McCain was a useful idiot when he opposed Republicans but they reviled him when he ran as a Republican.

Via Instapundit:

TAKE A BOW, DNC-MSM: Last night, the Boy Scouts became the Hitler Youth. Today, Sean T. Collins, a freelancer who has written for the New York Times, Rolling Stone, Wired, and the New York Observer among other publications, declares “The world would be a better place if McCain died in Vietnam,” in a since-deleted tweet, as he and other Democrat operatives with bylines attack McCain for wanting to “kill” people by repealing Obamacare, as NewsBusters notes.

Indeed, we nowadays take for granted that the faculty lounge is overcrowded with perverts and lunatics of one sort or another.

Robert Stacy McCain on another feminist screwball.

By 1979, when Smith College brought Adrienne Rich to campus to denounce heterosexuality, motherhood and “established science” for the benefit of the graduating seniors, the institutional collapse of academia’s moral authority was a historical fact. No one in America expects college professors to provide anything like moral guidance to the young. Indeed, we nowadays take for granted that the faculty lounge is overcrowded with perverts and lunatics of one sort or another. If not all the professors are molesting their students, it’s only because the creepy old faculty freaks are afraid even tenure would not protect them from a Title IX lawsuit. Would any responsible parent want their son or daughter to be “mentored” by the kind of wackos and weirdos who teach at American universities? Academia in the 21st century seems to be inhabited entirely by the kind of people George Orwell once described thus:
“One sometimes gets the impression that the
mere words ‘Socialism’ and ‘Communism’ draw towards
them with magnetic force every fruit-juice drinker, nudist,
sandal-wearer, sex-maniac, Quaker, ‘Nature Cure’ quack,
pacifist, and feminist in England.”

And
The hiring process in academia is controlled by people who would much rather hire nudist sex maniacs than accidentally permit a Republican or a Christian to sneak onto the faculty.

Our universities today are more fanatically dedicated to the abolition of Christianity than was the Emperor Nero, and it is not the least bit shocking to learn that Thursday’s massacre on the campus of a community college in Oregon was perpetrated by a young lunatic who exhibited a particular hatred for Christians. The extermination of American Christians is a measure that our intellectual elite very much endorse, although their preferred means of accomplishing this are (a) contraception, (b) abortion, (c) homosexuality, and (d) public schools.

If your kid isn’t an atheist homosexual by the time he gets his high school diploma, the public education system has failed to achieve its intended objectives. Certainly, no elite university would be interested in normal kids. The folks who run Harvard don’t want Christian heterosexuals on campus any more than they want Republicans on the faculty.

Trump Teachable Moment: How Come Liberals Can Savage McCain's Service?

Limbaugh on Trump and McCain.

The Republicans are always on defense on things like this. It aids this conventional wisdom I was describing in the previous half hour. The convention wisdom is that a statement like this is made by Trump, and everybody in the country's outraged by it, not just the media, not just the Democrats, not just Washington politician, but everybody. They're outraged in Boise. They're outraged in Tuscaloosa. They're outraged in San Francisco. They're outraged in Tijuana. They're outraged in Juarez. They're outraged in Mexico City. They're outraged in New York City, everywhere, Trump is hated universally, is the presumption, and therefore he's got to go.

He doesn't have a prayer because, as a Republican and as a confident braggadocio, he's a mean guy. The fact that he doesn't have a lot of public humility makes him a mean guy. Democrats are all nice people. Look, McCain has called Tea Party people hobbits, crazies, and in fact, let me find something here. I've got a Stack on all this stuff. Maybe it's the bottom one here. It's not the one I'm looking for. In 2008, seven years ago, Politico. Right here my formerly nicotine-stained fingers. "Some on Left Target McCain's War Record." It's by Ben Smith.

Read the whole thing.

The perfect Democrat Ticket: Here It Is: #ClintonJennerDolezal2016

Thus, by the Power of Common Core, we humbly announce that three (3) is just a large value of two (2). We adjure you to vote for Clinton/Jenner/Dolezal in 2016, by write-in, if those odious, pedantic conservatives somehow infringe on your right to feel however you want about that age-old tool of patriarchal oppression, integers.
As the Really Hip Individual Currently Choosing to Retain a Male Sexual Identity Ezra Klein noted, the Constitution is, like, really old, or something. What better way to fight that Ancient Screed of Cisgender, Euro-Masculine Domination than to vote in a First Trimulierate in 2016? Progress is predicated upon the idea that anything conservatives esteem is on the target list for rhetorical saturation bombing.

Fail Burton comments:
Why are we not surprised a cult of race and gender which comes up with transgender also comes up with transnativeamericans and transblack? We have warned for years about the slippery slope and the reality of this cult outruns even our Onion-like sarcasm. That is almost by definition a culture of insanity. Anything is anything in this nutty world. Even we couldn't predict men posing as women would launch ideological attacks at the ideology which bore them and get a 40 yr. old lesbian music festival shut down and feminist plays canceled. Now just saying you're a women qualifies you for a female-only college. What nuttery will this cult come up with next? How crazy does our satire have to get to outrun the actual insanity of a thing which could produce Rachel Dolezal? These idiots have produced an actual transworld, and yes I am transphobic.

The Supreme Court's blessing of same-sex marriage is past it's sell-by date already even before the judges declare their fidelity to crazy.  The cutting edge of societal evolution is my right to marry my horse who is actually a trans-species differently-abled blue dragon, as am I.

The Post Reality Country

In the course of another very insightful post on Feminism by Stacy McCain [is he right that ‘Feminism is now undergoing a sort of nuclear meltdown’?], he also offers some penetrating thoughts on the horrific results of the triumph of Leftist Thinking.

A few highlights:

We now live in a world in which we are required to believe lies, where telling the truth is condemned as “hate,” and where strangers feel qualified to diagnose you as suffering from an irrational “phobia” if you refuse to cooperate with their political agenda….

This arises from the fact that Leftism rejects Reality — Life as it is — in favor of a Fantastical ‘Reality’ that was developed in the sterile laboratories of the minds of their philosophers, far away from the Real World. As Richard Pipes wrote of The Intelligentsia of France before their first Revolution:

For intellectuals of this kind, the criterion of truth was not life: they created their own reality, or rather, sur-reality, subject to verification only with reference to opinions of which they approved. Contradictory evidence was ignored: anyone inclined to heed such evidence was ruthlessly cast out.

This kind of thinking led to a progressive estrangement from life….

This estrangement is self-imposed because these kind of people cannot accept Human Beings as they are and the World as it is.

This essay from The Camp of the Saints is about feminism and the hold it has on Western culture. But this sort of magical thinking is everywhere. The other day President Obama proclaimed that thanks to his leadership, America is now the most respected country in the world once again. This could be passed off as another self aggrandizing lie by a politician who sees his policies fail and is trying to rally his base. But it could be that he believes it which means we have a mentally deranged President.

This is what it's like to live in a totalitarian society.

Paul Nungesser sues Columbia, it's President Lee Bollinger and Professor Jon Kessler

Embedded image permalink
This is what a lying feminist looks like

Robert Stacy McCain:
They say that revenge is a dish best served cold, and Nungesser has served up a buffet of revenge on Emma “Mattress Girl” Sulkowicz. She tried and failed to get Nungesser expelled from Columbia with what was, according to his lawsuit, a false rape accusation. When that failed, allegedly, Sulkowicz convinced two other Columbia students to accuse Nungesser of sexual misconduct and both of those accusations also failed. That’s when, with the approval Professor Kessler, Sulkowicz began her “performance art” project, carrying a mattress around the Columbia campus to publicize her accusations against Nungesser, despite the fact that he had been completely cleared of wrongdoing.

Here are a few of the items in the suit:

Paul’s relationship with Emma began platonically. They were just friends

On December 16, 2011, Emma sent private Facebook messenger messages as a friend to Paul, asking him to speak with Emma’s sexual partner, John Doe, on her behalf, to urge John Doe to use condoms when he had sex with women other than Emma.  The conversation, in relevant part, is as follows

Emma: John Doe and i are all cool - hahahah - i was excited.

Paul: oh thanks god good to hear - so wats da nuse

Emma: he and i went to an art opening and tacos tonight - and we talked it out - like im not gonna force him to be exclusive but i was like "just use condoms with other girls" - so yeah - he’ll use condoms if he fucks other girls.

Paul: . . . its just i mean im glad you talked it out and stuff and im not the one trying to kill the boner here but how are you gonna have any idea whether he actually uses a condom with other girls or not

Emma: yeah i realize that’s true - i mean there’s a lot of faith involved i feel like he needs another boy to tell him to use condoms can you, in like your next bro talk, just be like yo, use condoms when you fuck other girls

Paul: i have tried to talk to him - thats why i talked to you in the first place cause i felt i wasn’t gettin anywhere

Emma: oh forrealz? - goddamnit - yeah he’s totally not gonna do it then

Paul: :S

Emma: why can’t he just only love me

Paul:  • man i feel kinda bad as f-* * * puttin you through this.. its just i really dunno wat 2do hu?

Emma: hu2 no you should feel proud of being a good guy

Paul: naah not so sure meh

Emma: no seriously, i’m thankful

Paul: but yeah i guess, its just im kinda overwhelmed, thought John Doe was a good guy just acting tough you know

Emma: yr saying that you thought he was a good guy but now you’re seeing he’s a straight up had guy?

Paul: not straight up bad but like why is he doing this? like maybe at the end of the clay its none of my fukin business, but then again i feel like it is

Emma: I don’t knowwwww do you think lie’s going to be hooking up with more girls or is it a one time thing that he’s gotten over????

Paul: i have no clue, like really.

...

While they were still freshmen and before any physical relationship had begun, Emma broached the topic of anal sex with Paul by private Facebook messenger as follows:

Emma: fuck me in the butt

Paul: eehm maybe not? jk I miss your face tho

Emma: hahahah you don’t miss my lopsided ass?

Paul: ido. just not that much good I am actually too tired to choose a movie *god also to tired to spell apparently

Emma further communicated to Paul stories and allegations of sexual abuse that she had experienced from other sexual partners. She stated: "i've officially had sex with all of John Doe’ best friends. . . - did lotsa drugs jk just got very drunk - well anyways - now i have an std i actually hate John Doe like if a girl is about to puke - don’t put your unprotected dick into her. . . I realy don’t want to be known as the girl who contracted an std because she was drunk you know? it is more his fault for fucking me unconscious - i mean i was conscious but clearly not in my right mind. . . i was literally blackout. . . like i puked all over the place.

There is a great deal more including expressions of love from Emma to Paul:

"wuv youuuu, "- "i miss and love you btw" - "Paul i really miss you - "i really mis you - "Paul I wuv you so much. Please stay w me foevah" - "paul I miss you so much" - "like u know when you tell people you miss them and you don’t really mean it? - i actually mean it - i miss you so much - ahhh" - "pookie - i miss you - "I LOVE YOU - SO MUCH" - "I MISS YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING - "I love youuuu" - "and l would LOVE to have you here - omg - we could snuggle" - "PAUL I MISS YOU PAUL I MISS YOU PAUL I MISS YOU PAULLL" - "DUDE I MISS YOU SO MUCH" "I love you Paul!!!!!!."

They say that "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."

As is evident from Emma’s Facebook messages to Paul during the summer prior to their sophomore year, Emma’s yearning for Paul had become very intense. Emma repeatedly messaged Paul throughout that summer that she loved and missed him. She was quick to inquire whether he was in love with the woman he was seeing abroad. Thereafter, she continued pursuing him, reiterating that she loved him. However, when Paul did not reciprocate these intense feelings, and instead showed interest in dating other women, Emma became viciously angry.

Read the rest of the complaint. You will not be bored.

Back to McCain:
Now, if we ponder every possible avenue by which Paul Nungesser could (a) vindicate his reputation, (b) possibly collect a large cash settlement, and (c) deliver a brutal payback to Sulkowicz for her effort to destroy him, I doubt he could have done better than what he has done: Instead of suing Sulkowicz, he sues Columbia. Why?
  • Columbia’s endowment is reported at $9.2 billion — that’s billion with a “b” — which means they may (and probably should) decide that quietly paying Nungesser a couple of million bucks is a small price to pay for ridding themselves of this bad publicity.

  • Suing Columbia calls attention to how the university violated its own policy by permitting Sulkowicz to breach the confidentially requirements of the university’s sexual misconduct hearing process and, indeed, by endorsing this breach through Professor Kessler’s role in Sulkowicz’s “performance art” project.

  • Most of all, by not naming Sulkowicz as a defendant, this means that Sulkowicz does not have cause to respond to the allegations he makes against her in the Columbia lawsuit, and guess what? You can’t be sued for defamation because of allegations made in a lawsuit.

There will be other suits like this.  Watch out UVA!
