No Insurance Available for Jewish Kindergartens in Belgium

Via Stacy McCain we find that Belgian insurance companies will not insure Jewish institutions.  Insuring Jews in Europe entails too much risk.  They are a magnet for terror attacks.

Nazi boycott_of Jewish_stores

Wait, I though we had defeated the Nazis?

Sixty years after the Allies defeated Hitler, why should European Jews have to live with this kind of fear every day? Why should Christian students in Kenya have to fear being shot or beheaded by a gang of bloodthirsty Muslim fanatics? And why should Pamela Geller’s American Freedom Defense Initiative have to fight court battles — and media smear tactics — to run its advertisements in Philadelphia?
You may say that European insurance companies are biased against Jews.  but you may be wrong. Dana leaves a comment:
Businessmen don’t have the luxury of thinking with their hearts; they use cold, hard facts in assessing their decisions, because if they don’t, they are very likely to fail in business. And when businessmen in much-more-liberal-Europe won’t sell insurance to a Jewish kindergarten, because the risk of a terrorist attack is too high, you know that that was the result of a cold assessment of the risks.
So, sixty years later, it's getting risky to be a Jew in Europe.

Europe nearly “exterminated” all of its Jews, and chose instead to import tens of millions of Muslims. As country after country caves and cowers to Islamic supremacist demands, violence and hatred, the Jews, the most despised of people under Islam, are fleeing in droves — and those who stay must deal with situations like this.

Europe will reap what she has sown. The rampant violence and hate Muslims in Europe display towards Jews is never covered by the mainstream media. Instead, we are subjected to the non-stop fiction of of “islamophobia” and the mythical victimhood narrative employed by Islamic supremacists and their media quislings.

Christians, of course, will suffer the same cruel fate, and the same scourge that ushered in Europe’s Dark Ages will usher in the Modern Dark Age.

In the US where Muslims are a smaller part of the population, it's mostly Liberals who have begun the persecution of Jews and Christians.  All across academia Jews are despised and disinvestment in Israel is all the rage.  If you want to get death threats, your business shut down and the media gang up on you, tell the leaders of the the Church of What's happening Now you don't want to participate in a gay wedding, but only if you're Christian.

The regular people of the US are still firmly opposed to persecuting Jews and Christians, and have contributed nearly a million dollars to the pizza shop family that was hounded by the media and the rest of the Left, but the Ruling Class is working to put a stop to that.

HIDDEN CAMERA: Gay Wedding Cake At Muslim Bakeries Read

Who thinks that the MSM will take off after Muslim bakers for refusing to bake a wedding cake for a gay marriage?  Tony Macrini, is that you?  Tony .... Tony?

Why is this not big news?  Because the gay wedding issue is not about gay rights.  If it was a rights issue the Muslim bakery refusing to bake a cake for a gay wedding would be all over CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and PBS.

This is about bashing Christians.  It's about shutting Christians up.  It's about forcing Christians to deny their faith, go force them to violate their morals and deeply held beliefs.   It's about showing the "God botherers" who's boss.

Mark Steyn got a message from a reader:
Judge Napolitano on Fox News thinks the Supreme Court will rule against the religious freedom law in Indiana, because it is discrimination. Shepard Smith is also upset with this law. If these people want to see real discrimination, that is ignored by judges, and politicians, just go to Dearborn, Michigan.

I would like to see Smith, Napolitano, and the Supreme Court all wear a t-shirt with a crucifix on it, and attend some festival in this town. Maybe they could set up a gay pride booth at this festival, and hand out gay literature. If any of them attempted to do such a thing, they would need several marine divisions with them, it would be like taking Tikrit or Mosul back.

You can bet that Islamic discrimination will be totally ignored by all the gutless judges, news people, lawyers, and Democrat politicians. Women are not allowed in certain Islamic coffee shops, and certain Islamic restaurants in this country right now, the discrimination is occurring in Islamic neighborhoods, and our courts allow Islamic religious freedom to discriminate against women, go figure. A black guy on YouTube said he is not allowed in Dearborn, and a Muslim said that the black guy is from the crim- filled city of Detroit, and that Dearborn has very little crime. Just let a white Christian say the same thing, and see if this is called discrimination, and racism.

He replies:
Betrothed gays looking for wedding cakes and floral arrangements are not just carelessly stumbling into homophobic bakeries and florists. It's an organized campaign consciously targeting particular establishments. That's why no gay couples have wandered into a Muslim patisserie in Dearborn. As I said on The John Oakley Show, it's not about expanding "rights", it's about shifts in power - which is to say shifts in fashion. In Kenya and Indiana, the thugs know they can get away with targeting Christians and the world won't care - I mean, how often do you ever hear any of the timeserving hacks and panderers who head up America's "mainstream" churches ever say anything on either subject?

But the Big Gay enforcers know it would all get more complicated if they were to go after a Muslim pizzeria in Dearborn. And, if they did, they'd be the ones in hiding. Tim Cook, the Apple CEO who'll have no truck with hoosier homophobes, is happy to enrich Iran's mullahs so they can build fancier gay gallows on which to hang the sodomites. Muscle respects muscle.

Big Gay is on the ascendant in America. But in an Islamifying Amsterdam, once "the most tolerant city in Europe", gay-bashing is on the rise, and the gay moment is already passing.

Court agrees: if homosexuals can marry, so can polygamists.

Once you blow up a societal consensus it cannot be easily reconstructed to protect only those practices or beliefs you like while still banning those you think ought to be kept beyond the pale. That’s the upshot of a case decided late on Friday in a Federal District Court in Salt Lake City, Utah that essentially decriminalized polygamy. The case, Brown v. Buhman, which was brought by the stars of Sister Wives, a TLC cable channel reality show depicting the life of a man with four wives and 17 children, who challenged the Utah statute that not only prohibited marriage with more than one spouse but said it was illegal for a person to cohabit with someone who was not their legal spouse. Citing the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2003 Lawrence v. Texas ruling that struck down state laws that prohibited sodomy, Judge Clark Waddoups heeded the plaintiffs’ argument that said Utah’s law violated their right to privacy.

Of course some Liberal bigots like Stanley Kurtz, would deny polygamists their rights with this ridiculous argument:
Polygamy in all its forms is a recipe for social structures that inhibit and ultimately undermine social freedom and democracy. A hard-won lesson of Western history is that genuine democratic self-rule begins at the hearth of the monogamous family.

So denying people the right to marry who they wish, as many times as they wish is the new meaning of "freedom." The idea that people deciding to marry more than one person is a threat to democracy is ludicrous.

But cheerleaders for gay marriage may not like that yucky polygamy, but they may have to swallow their disgust, realizing that there is absolutely no rational argument against polygamy once you decide that gay marriage is a good thing.

All that is needed is a little candor on this issue on the part of critics of the dwindling band of opponents of gay marriage. The floodgates have been opened, and if that makes some of us uncomfortable, especially those who understandably view polygamy as synonymous with the exploitation of women, then we should be honest enough to acknowledge that it is merely part of the price that had to be paid to give gays the same right to marry afforded to other citizens.

A good reason not to leave a cash tip

It appears that the waitresses of the "oppressed minority" persuasion may be faking being stiffed by bigots in order to generate sympathy and get cash sent to them after they spread their stories.

Example:  Dayna Morales is a lesbian and appears to have victimized a couple she waited on.

Dayna Morales, a former Marine and a server at Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, posted a photo on Facebook earlier this month, showing the bill with a line through the space for a tip. The photo of the receipt showed someone had written, “I’m sorry but I cannot tip because I do not agree with your lifestyle.”
Morales indicated in her Facebook post and in subsequent media interviews . . .that the customer wrote that line.
But a family contacted NBC 4 New York claiming their receipt from the restaurant shows they did leave a tip, and provided what they said was a credit card statement as proof.
The husband and wife, who asked to remain anonymous, showed. . .a receipt that appeared to be printed at the same minute, on the same date, for the same $93.55 total, except with an $18 tip. They also provided a document they said was a Visa bill, which appears to indicate their card was charged for the meal plus the tip, for a total of $111.55.
So, who are you going to believe?

The Anchoress makes the point that you can't ever prove that you left a cash tip and could be victimized by his new wave of fraud and deception.

Because my mother was a waitress who worked for mainly for tips, when my husband and I dine out we will very often strike a line through the “tips” portion of the bill, and leave our gratuity in cash. We do this for a couple of reasons — because often food-servers need the cash to pay the babysitter when they get home; because keeping track of what tips should show up on a paycheck is difficult; because why not let people access their tips immediately?
Well, we may decide to stop leaving cash.

Another example of self-victimization that netted the server over $10,000 in cash gifts.

No one left to lie to.

That was a line from the Clinton administration.  Now the gays are hopping mad at Barack Obama for lying about his support of gay marriage.

First Weiner and now Barry lies to gays with a straight face.

Senior White House aide: 1996 Obama gay marriage questionnaire is a fake, even though Obama signed it

Obama spokesliar Dan Pfeiffer says this document is fake.

So we've had truthers, birthers, and deathers. I guess now we have "marriagers."

Bradley Manning: Poster Boy for 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell'

Ann Coulter:
We've heard 1 billion times about the Army translator who just wanted to serve his country, but was cashiered because of whom he loved.

I'll see your Army translator and raise you one Bradley Manning. According to Bradley's online chats, he was in "an awkward place" both "emotionally and psychologically." So in a snit, he betrayed his country by orchestrating the greatest leak of classified intelligence in U.S. history.

Isn't that in the Army Code of Conduct? You must follow orders at all times. Exceptions will be made for servicemen in an awkward place. Now, who wants a hug? Waitress! Three more apple-tinis!"

According to The New York Times, Bradley sought "moral support" from his "self-described drag queen" boyfriend. Alas, he still felt out of sorts. So why not sell out his country?

As always, Ann is witty and insightful at the same time.  Read the whole thing.

Boxer, Citing Don't Ask Don't Tell, Compares U.S. to Iran, N. Korea and Pakistan

Sen. Barbara Boxer, no stranger to controversy, compared the United States to Iran, North Korea and Pakistan this week, saying America's Don't Ask Don't Tell policy puts it on a par with those three countries.
Via Fox News.  Read the whole thing.

Duncan Hunter responds:
California Rep. Duncan Hunter, a Republican who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, was stunned when he was told about Boxer's comments.

"Wow," he told FoxNews.com. "I can probably think of few people less qualified to comment on our military than Ms. Boxer."

He said Boxer's comments perform an "extreme disservice to our men and women" in the armed forces and "our military tradition, which I don't think Ms. Boxer understands."

Don't you dare question her patriotism ... or her sanity.  This is the kind of person that the people of California send to Washington to represent them.

Is Tolerance a One-Way Street?

Daniel Henninger writes "Tolerance at Ground Zero" in which the Ruling Class has gathered around the right of Muslims to erect a mosque near the spot where their fellow followers of Islam murdered nearly 3000 Americans.  He discusses the tolerance exhibited by the members of the American Ruling Class and notes that - in the case of Christianity vs. Islam - tolerance is a one way street.

Muslims vs. the West
The “West” developed immersed in - some say because of - a Christian culture. That culture is under assault from various directions.  It is most violently attacked by Islam. It would be useful if political leaders in Islamic countries would, in response to the welcome that their religion has received in the West, reciprocate by openly allowing Christians to establish churches in their countries; to worship and proselytize, as Muslims are allowed to do here. So far we see no sign of that happening. It is not even on the agenda of those who loudly proclaim that they are the representatives of the millions or billions of “moderate Muslims.”   Is toleration of other religions going to be another one-way street?

Christianity vs. Humanism
Christianity was the default faith of the vast majority of the American people until the mid 20th century. Even now, three out of four Americans profess to be Christians. Yet the secular forces of the Ruling Class has pushed the open expression of Christian expression out of the public sphere as if somehow - when Christians speak of their faith in school assemblies or erect a crèche in a public park at Christmas time - they create a theological terror. Was it really true that in 1950, when many school days began with a Christian prayer, religious expression was not repressed and Christian symbols were found in public parks the US was a theocracy? To hear the ACLU and its ideological supporters explain how those acts created an "established church" that must have been a fact.  But we know that it was not.  How were we ever led to assent to having our voices and our expression of faith be stifled by this perversion of the first amendment?  Is tolerance for religion in the public sphere only to be allowed if the religion threatens you with death if you dissent?

Gays vs. Straights
Sex has always been a big deal in all cultures; sexuality is closely intertwined with morality. The do's and don'ts are defined - to put it in old-fashioned terms - around sin. We in the West have become rather blase about it; putting sex on public display in every venue we visit. As a substitute for religious rules, the more "enlightened" create their taboos around public hygiene. In other cultures - such as Islam - this is not the case. We're casual about sex while Islam is deadly serious.  In our culture, open homosexuality was considered bad form by irreligious people and a sin by the more observant religious. But the "gay community" has demanded not just the tolerance of "averted glances,"  but public acceptance of its views of morality. Today we are being told that if we do not celebrate and asset to homosexual weddings we are not just homophobic, but we are evil. That our concepts of sin are, frankly, outmoded. A judge has ruled that
Religious beliefs that gay and lesbian relationships are sinful or inferior to heterosexual relationships harm gays and lesbians.
He has found it to be a "fact" that opponents of homosexual marriage are driven by (irrational) fear, that they rely on (irrational) stereotypes, that people who oppose same-sex marriage believe homosexuals are "inferior." He makes much of the fact that a large proportion of the people that voted for Prop. 8 were religious; making his ruling - in effect - a judgement based on a religious test. Until this ruling, religious test were not permitted under our constitution. The religious orientation of the people voting for or against this proposition should have absolutely no bearing on a legal judgement, but in this case it had a definite bearing.

The obvious distaste this judge has in his devaluation of religious value systems has more than a little of the flavor of Orwell's "1984" where it was not simply good enough to acquiesce, we have to positively assert our love of what we opposed before.   Not to do so exposes you as a bigot, and removes you from the Ruling Class, to be cast into an outer darkness, awaiting oblivion.

We shall see.

Liberalism and the perversion of justice.

Richard Fernandez comments on two recent trials that ended in a perversion of justice due to Liberal "political correctness."  The murder of Robert Wone (someone I never heard of)
in which three gay men were acquitted of the murder of a man in their apartment...
...allowed three gay men to skate in the death of a fourth man.

The Obama "injustice" department has dedided that voter intimidation is not a crime if committed by blacks.
The salient thing about J. Christian Adam’s accusation that the Obama administration deliberately let off the New Black Panther party after it engaged in voter intimidation
For more, read: Rocking the Vote: Did DOJ Try to Whitewash Black Panther Intimidation Case?

Equally disturbing is that all of the outrage against these perversions of justice is coming from the "cheap seats" in the Internet communiyt while the traditional champions of justice, the MFM, are aiding and abetting the legal system by spiking these stories.  It's not a new story, it's not something that has not been said millions of times before, by it must continue to be said until the old media finally dies, choked on its own lies.

The average Muscovite said: "There is no Pravda in Izvestia, and there is no Izvestia in Pravda" ("There is no truth in News, and there is no news in Truth.)  Today as we observe the American media, we smile knowingly at the joke that's not really a joke.

Dial 'M' For Maternity

Iowahawk "does" Andrew Sullivan. Excerpt:

"So, Doc, you're saying that Bristol Palin gave birth to both of those babies?"

Burns -- the Atlantic crime lab's gynecologist -- took off his stethoscope, put his face in his palms, and slowly rubbed his eyes.

"No, Loads, you fucking idiot. That's the exact opposite of what I'm saying. The human gestation cycle is 9 months, and the human female is physically incapable of completing two separate birth cycles within an 11 month period. The odds of an 18 year old female having a Down's Syndrome baby are more than 100,000 to 1, compared to 30 to 1 for a female in her 40s. It is an anatomic, physiological impossibility, never before seen in the history of human medicine."

"Ahhh... I catch your drift, sawbones," I said, looking up at the fluorescent panels of his exam room. "You're saying... you're saying that the Palins may not actually be humans! Dammit! How could have I been so blind no to see all the obvious clues? Do you suspect they may be a sleeper cell for intergalactic invaders?"

The medico looked at me with a blank stare for a few minutes. I could tell he knew something, but was too afraid to talk.

"Inspector Loads, do you use marijuana frequently?"

"Depends. Is five or six times a day frequent?"

"Are you on any HIV medications that might cause delusions or hallucinations?"

"Who isn't? Why do you ask?"

"Inspector Loads, I'm referring you to a specialist in your kind of... problem," he said, scribbling out a note and handing it to me. "Good luck."

"Thanks for the clues, Doc. When I bring down Palin, I'll put you in for a commendation."

Leftist Critics: Sacha Baron Cohen’s Only a ‘Genius’ Only When He Ridicules ‘Those’ People

From Big Hollywood:

Oh, big city critics loved them some “Borat,” which spent 95% if its screen time manipulating, editing and boiling down average, working class, not-bothering-anyone Americans (and Romanian peasants) into the worst possible caricature imaginable. How they laughed and found genius and insight into the machinated savaging of everyday folks just minding their own business. But listen to some of them squeal and squawk now that the satire is turned on someone other than us. Here’s a sampling:

San Francisco Chronicle:

Imagine if a white comedian went into the Deep South, disguised in a very convincing blackface and started acting like Stepin Fetchit.

Hollywood Reporter:
Consequently, the character’s gayness reads false. Baron Cohen needs to spend more time in certain gay bars if he wants to learn how to do “flamboyant” and “fabulous.” It’s a ghost of the real thing.

The New Yorker:

You can’t honestly defend your principled lampooning of homophobia when nine out of every ten images that you project onscreen comply with the most threadbare cartoons of gay behavior.

New York Post:

Not to get all PC on you, but the straight, outrageously dressed Baron Cohen camps it up in what has legitimately been criticized as swishy gay equivalent of blackface.

So here’s the lesson: Preying on unsuspecting everyday people, misleading them, manipulating them, pushing them until you get the reaction you desire and then editing them into something even worse, is a-okay. But… An obvious, over-the-top satire of gay men crosses the line.

Rarely in human history has a gay man been that obsessed with a married woman’s vagina.

This became, perhaps even more than the election of Barack Obama to the Presidency, Sullivan’s driving motivation during the 2008 campaign, if the quantity of his writings are any indication of his drive. While others were intimidated by photos of Mrs. Palin in late-stage pregnancy looking like a woman in late-stage pregnancy, the biological impossibility of a seventeen year-old girl giving birth to two non-fraternal children less than eleven months apart, and other indicia of what the rest of us take for ordinary reality, that laser-like mind knew no fear. Without a blow by blow of those two months of Herculean effort, it’s impossible to fully capture the way in which the Atlantic rivaled the New England Journal of Medicine in pushing the edge of medical consensus; a sampling will have to suffice. (Note that I’m not delving into the way Sullivan immediately leaped into the breach on the news that McCain had selected Palin to inform us that a woman about whom he had heard virtually nothing was unqualified to hold the sinecure of the Vice Presidency, and stayed on-message while he revealed his understanding of gynecology — I don’t want any readers to think I’m spinning his acumen from thin air.)

LIBERAL TALIBAN ISSUES FATWA AGAINST MISS CALIFORNIA

Ann Coulter (read the whole thing):
Not even Dick Cheney can incite the blood-curdling rage of liberals at the sight of a sexy Evangelical Christian. Paula Jones, Katherine Harris, Michele Bachmann, Sarah Palin and, most recently, Miss California, Carrie Prejean, have all come under a frenzy of attacks from liberals.

Christians are supposed to be fat, balding sweaty little men with bad complexions. It's liberals who are supposed to be the sexy ones. (I know that from watching "The West Wing" and all movies starring Julia Roberts.)

But sadly for liberals, in real life, the fat, balding sweaty little guy with the bad complexion is Perez Hilton and the smoking-hot babe is Carrie Prejean.

More Ann...
Liberals wouldn't attack James Dobson with the amount of bile they've directed at a 21-year-old beauty contestant. It's not just Christianity -- it's women liberals hate.

From Jean-Paul Sartre, Pablo Picasso and Bertrand Russell, who treated women -- mostly their mistresses -- like dogs, to Teddy Kennedy and Bill Clinton in our own day, liberals are ferocious misogynists. They share Muslims' opinion of women, differing only to the extent that liberals also support a women's right to have an abortion and to perform lap dances.

You'd be better off in a real burqa than under the authority of a liberal American male.
